I enjoy working out here...excellent spot for those who re in a mission !!

Large and spacious. Equipment requires some upgrading

I love this gym. The kick class with Ntsako Majoro and Samuel Manaka is fantastic. The only problem is the one lady at the front desk. Worst attitude ever! I will be laying a formal complaint against her. She is the reason why I ve rated the gym a 3

Receptionists (Charlotte, Khensani and Mhlatsi) are the best !!!!

Great gym to work out - but the Men's Change room is small for that size of gym

State of the art gym, with 3 studios, an indoor swimming pool and sauna facilities.

Love the atmosphere, classes and the quality of the machines. V club for kids is absolutely great!

Modern, clean gym with good staff. Some equipment does seem to need oiling but overall really good

Worst gym. Db's are low quality and other machine are less. Don't join

Newish Modern gym with the latest equipment. Would have been nice if there was a squash court.

If there is no water at the gym, you will get a text informing you of this. When the water is back, nobody bothers to update the sms line....poor service.

Enjoy the pool, the rest is a typical gym. Kauai coffee is quite good here, use the app to get a free smoothie. Parking assistants by the bus load...

Need to go to Boulders virgin active and take notes on how to keep changing rooms and toilets clean all the time

Very nice gym but I asked a question today how much is the leg press without weights on, and no one knew the answer also didn't even find out for me very unprofessional

Good club, but availability of the machines is not always great around peak hours.

Very nice big gym, but many of the free weights are out of place and some were unavailable and broken. Was difficult to get someone to assist

Great Gym with ample classes facilities and a swimming pool, steam rooms and saunas. Staff are always friendly and they have great personal trainers. Like any gym it can get pretty busy at peak times but remains a great gym and has a large children's section that's secure well run and keep kids busy whilst parents are exercising. The gym could benefit with some more modern equipment but that's nitpicking.

One of the best Virgin Active Health Clubs in the area. The club is spacious, has a great variety of equipment, swimming pool and an amazing functional floor.

High quality establishment. Everything you'd want in a gym

Most staff aren't too friendly nor accommodating.
Weights are dirty and ruined 2 of my shirts.
The fitness trainers are hardly ever present to assist. Not enough dumbbells or back machines and only 2 seated bikes and no new cardio machines like the assualt bikes.
Plenty space but not enough equipment for the number of members that train there

Started training here on the 1st of August 2016. Lost 18kg to date. Could not have been done without the trainers and instructors. They're professional and keep you motivated throughout their classes, namely The Grid and the Ride classes. Brilliant place.

Bikes often out of order. Also why carguards AND guards in camo at the entrance boom?

Well Waterfall is Waterfall the Crem de la crem without the calories. This Virgin active is just sooo on point , it has the level of The collection And Reds without the status. The steam rooms and sauna , the showers so beautifully designed , the big pool and baby pool, Club V, wide range of personal trainers Kauai , The lively reception staff the beautiful views while training ... what more could the aristocrats ask for? Everything just to the tee... You really get what you pay for in life and this is just an awesome reminder of how it feels to have everything in check.

It's convenient, but always so packed and gym equipment runs out all the time. The only gym where I age experienced this...

Weights are never in the right place and the facility is sub par

Very nice place, easy signup too. Kiddies club is awesome. Drop your littlies there and you can go workout.

Good gym, new equipment, decent outdoor training equipment.
