Dog had an allergic reaction, the package had a 800 number to call with side effects.. the number when called tries to sell you "Great Promotions" BS for 10 minutes before saying it doesnt recognize Virbac as one of its companies.

Impossible to contact and useless product. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

On 3/4 my cat received topical drops of Effipro.
Within a week the fur where the drops were placed came out.
Three days ago he stopped eating, began suffering diahrrea and vomiting and today was diagnosed by our vet with pancreatitis.
I have been unable to get a call through to the company, Virbac AH, nor can I find an email address for them.
I feel people need to be made aware of this nasty chemical and possible ramifications of its use.
Despite their pamphlets request of being notified of any problems, the inability to contact them us concerning.
I would recommend nobody use this product until further studies are done to ensure its safe use.

Would like to find out when Virbac will reformulate it's Epi-Soothe shampoo and
remove the carcinogen that is in this product. Currently, Epi-Soothe cannot be
shipped to California because of it's formula.......and possible cancer causing
components. Our dogs, cats and horses deserve better; Virbac Corporation.

This company does bnot want to assume that Sentinel did not work for my little Dog.
Last year my little dog was negative in her heartworm exam and the vet recommended Virbac Sentinel to prevent Heartworm disease. My little dog has been doing Sentinel for almost 1 year and now she has the disease. I contacted Virbac US and they do not want to take responsibility. They said it wasn't their fault, but if Sentinel is a pill to prevent Heartworm, so how it is possible that my dogs is infected now. So it means that Sentinel did not work... If somebody at Virbac can contact me, please feel free to do it. You already have the information about this case, but if you need additional information I can give it to you.
