This company does bnot want to assume that Sentinel did not work for my little Dog.
Last year my little dog was negative in her heartworm exam and the vet recommended Virbac Sentinel to prevent Heartworm disease. My little dog has been doing Sentinel for almost 1 year and now she has the disease. I contacted Virbac US and they do not want to take responsibility. They said it wasn't their fault, but if Sentinel is a pill to prevent Heartworm, so how it is possible that my dogs is infected now. So it means that Sentinel did not work...
