Virginia and her account manager Angel were both very friendly and patient in answering our questions regarding our policy. Hands-down, State Farm is the most professional, efficient and affordable insurance company. Each time I called State Farm, the employees are so helpful, friendly and nice on the phone. They took their time walking me through both my car insurance coverage and my homeowners insurance coverage. State Farm responded to emails and phone calls immediately and guided me through the entire process.

The employee that I worked with, Angel Ramos, was enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Angel assisted me to select the best plans for my personal needs. He was kind and friendly. Angel worked very hard and did an excellent job to not only get me the best plans, but also an additional 10% discount for having both homeowners and car insurance policies with State Farm. The customer service is excellent!

In sum, State Farm employees are really nice people, pleasant to work with, and they made my insurance experience very enjoyable.

I was shopping around for homeowner's insurance for a condominium. I used PolicyGenius, which suggested Progressive or Stillwater. I looked in Lemonade and Allstate separately, as well as Statefarm, and I found State Farm to give the broadest coverage at the best prices.

Customer service is something they no nothing about. Watch out for pricing. They ll quote one amount and then charge another after you commit.
