Nicely done job, but a full day (7.5h) to pull a 13m long 16A course on the outside wall as well as half a meter moving a contact. The person on the order phone estimated 4 hours to have some wiggle money. With TOBB discount (20% on hourly rate, 30% on material) it came to SEK 9500.

After complaining, they adjusted down to 6 hours on the invoice, which ended at 8100 kroner.

Another electrician I talked to afterwards thought this maximum was a 3 hour job.

They rented in to install heating cables and replace various connectors and lights in the bathroom. They put underfloor heating in the floor and pulled some wires in the ceiling and walls. On closer inspection, they would not continue with the assignment until they had replaced my entire power system, and it was important to them that they were the ones to do it. Otherwise, they would not continue with what was agreed. I did not want them to suddenly change everything in my house, plus they have very high prices on both materials and work. So I got a final bill of almost 30,000, - for the little they had done. I advise everyone to stay away from this company !!

Am very pleased with the job done and the electrician showed up at the agreed time, even sent a text message that he was delayed a quarter, and I greatly appreciated that as a customer.

Was initially happy with them until the ordered RFID chip never showed up. Have repeatedly contacted Vintervoll by email and have been assured that a fitter will contact and fix .. Now it has been a month since the installation was completed and I think it is poor follow-up of customer and poor service.
