I don't think I've ever before had the level of customer service that Andy provides. We were able to close in 30 days (not recommended due to appraisal availability) without any hiccups. Andy is extremely responsive, even responding to my emails/calls late at night and over the weekend, as well being very transparent in his approach. It was actually through reading his reviews and support on Zillow that I discovered Andy. I had already been dealing with two other mortgage providers each which had a couple week lead time on my process. Andy surpassed them in a day of starting to help me.
Things that make working with Andy awesome:
1. Process is very modern. Online forms that work great. Extremely easy to send the correct documents. What took me days with another provider I had done in 15 minutes with Andy's firm.
2. He is extremely informative and transparent. I felt I could ask any question at any time. I never felt stupid or like I was being annoying.
3. His response time is awesome. I was in the middle of a relocation and would hit him up at weird times and days. He responded within the hour and usually within 15 min. even when he was on vacation.
4. I got a wonderful rate. But more than that I got a complete understanding of all of my options. I was able to make an informed decision.
5. I really NEEDED to close early but my process was complex. Not only did he get it done early but fought to do it down to the last day. I asked him for the *almost* impossible and he made it work. He never promised he could do it but, he was trying like hell the whole time.
I will work with him again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a person rather than a faceless or corporation.
