$35 car wash, paid extra to get the mats cleaned. Car is still dirty. The managers were constantly yelling at the employees, doesn t seem like a happy place. I told the cashier that I wasn t happy with my wash and she said nothing. First time in last time in.
I paid over $30 for a interior and exterior wash didn't even wipe down the driver's side door panel kind of disappointed seems to be the way customer service is nowadays
They clean the car but this is the second time they do a poor job on the rims. If they really want to be a premium car wash...they need to do a better job on the important details.

I've taken my car to Vintage probably 5-6 times and overall have been satisfied. Today however I was not. I didn't look closely at the work they did before I left because I haven't had to in the past. When I stopped at home I started to notice things.
The vacuuming was quite sub par. It was obvious they didn't move the mats, barely cleaned around them and also missed a lot in the back seat near my daughter's car seat. There were a few spots on the interior that were not wiped down, still had crumbs in my shifter, none of the rims were cleaned. It looked like it went through the wash and no one touched the rims after like they are supposed to. My grill was also never touched; full of water spots. The rear view mirror was still dirty.
I called and asked to speak with a manager and was asked why. I gave them the above explanation and was told I could come back and they'd fix it. I don't have time to come back and honestly shouldn't have to. I asked to speak to the manager again, but was told he/she was busy at the moment. They took my number down and Said that I'd receive a call. 2 hours later, and I had heard nothing. So I called back and explained that I was waiting for a call. Then I was told that the manager isn't in on Sunday and that I should expect a call tomorrow or if I don't hear from them, I can call back again.
I paid for the Gold Wash and out of habit tipped the guy $10 because from a distance it looked like he did a thorough job. Not money well spent, and the customer service is severely lacking when there is an issue. For so many things to not be taken care of, it's unacceptable. To ask me to come back so you can complete what should have been done the first time is aggrevating to say the least.
Based on other people's reviews, I won't be surprised if I don't receive a call tomorrow. Maybe I'm mistaken and if something is done to rectify the issue I will update my review, but for now, I'm very dissatisfied.
Was a frequent customer , but on 7/13 was in and noticed floor not vacuumed , console and doors not cleaned and Windows had streaks , as if something was on them and no scent , when I called about it , was asked to come in , which I told them I didn't live in town and wasn't making it back , asked if they could email me coupon for next time or leave my name at counter . Manager said no , he has 48 hours to do something or nothing . He has the worst customer service , just look on their FB page for more issues with other customers and how he chooses to be argumentative with the customer ! I will never use this business , Ever !

Drove threw wash in my truck then cleaned it out, and quick vacuumed and noticed the front and top were still extremely dirty and uncleaned so drove back threw again a second time n they pretreated it etc and it was much cleaner almost completely but still had some left over residue untouched in the tiniest Ridge lines in the 2015 Chevy Silverado roof. Very busy/ crowded so just left.
Went for the first time...I was so excited to have my car very clean and wash and vacuum..but guess what I felt very disappointed...my rugs were not put in right the top of my car still had alot of dust and the guy who was to wipe my car did a very lazy job I don't know if I will go back..has this happened to anyone else let me know
I have been going to this place for 20 years and they do the best job around. I have never had issue with the price because of the attention to detail and great job they do.
I had my CTS black Cadillac detail and the waxing look good when I left but the swirl marks show up days later. I took it back and explain this to the on duty manager (5/13/15) and he phone the other guy to the wipe down area. Manager told he have his best guys on it. Of course I watch them and they spent 80% of their time on the inside. They clean the passenger side door window 4 times. After thirty minutes with no attention to the swirl marks except for the brief wipe down to the the water off I told them to stop. I will now have to take this to a detail shop and buff out these swirl marks.

Dropped the car off for a full interior/exterior detail this morning, picked it up 3 hours later. They didn t even wipe down the back seats. The cup holders were still dirty and the rear trunk area they didn t even touch....had to wipe down whole inside again when I got it home.
Service is great! Just get here early or on the weekdays. If you go on weekends expect a long wait. Overall one of the best car washes in town
Had my car cleaned at this place and they scratched the console screen. They refused to acknowledge the damage. The supervisor was rude and said why wasnt anything else scratched and accused me of having scratched it. Superviser made sure to tell me they would not cover any damages. I will never bring my car back here and would never refer anyone to this place after the way I was treated.
I brought my Honda civic to get washed inside and out. I did the platinum service and waited for nearly 2 hours only to get my car back with stains and what looked like sticky stuff on the passenger seat that was not there before... so I told the manager and he had the car washed again making me wait another hour... on top of that the manager was completely rude and did not seem to care that his employees had not done their job right. I am never going back here again. If you want a half assed wash then this is the place to go. If you want your car washed properly I'd definitely look somewhere else.

My truck was filthy dirty on the outside and inside, with a ton of dog hair on the inside from our vacation. They did a great job, my truck looked great.
they did okay tbh I could've cleaned my car way better for free. the girl at the entrance was very rude and she slammed my door. they don't shampoo seats anymore which was the only reason I came here so that was disappointing. covid friendly, not a single mask in sight. overall the experience was just bad, I dont recommend.
The quality of the wash here is always pretty good. Last week, they forgot to dress the tires and vacuum the back seats. I made a call and the staff apologized and invited me to return so they could correct the oversight. A few days later I retuned for a perfect car wash and excellent customer service. I'll be a regular customer here on-going.

Our car was still dirty when we got the "all done" towel wave. When I attempted to tell a man walking past us, we were ignored.
While waiting for our car, there was a man coughing up a lung while we ordered from the Cafe. He wasn't wearing a mask and never once (in the 10 minutes we waited inside) did he attempt to cover his mouth!
We went to wait outside because no one asked him to cover his face in any way. Seems like a quantity over quality situation here. I hope this is just a bad day.

Was there over a hour waiting on my truck to be done. Had to ask someone after I was there for 45 minutes if they were going to finish my truck. They mumbled something about waiting for it to dry. When they finished I left and had to wipe down dust that was not done on the inside. There was another vehicle that came through after mine and two people jumped on cleaning it and finished in ten minutes before I went to find someone to finish my truck. This place is not the same as it has been in the past. Think I will find another car wash or just do it myself, not worth the time or money.
I normally don't write reviews. Took my car into this place twice now. First time I put a $5 bill in a change spot next to my steering wheel, gone when the car was handed over. For just fun, did the same spot with a $1 bill today to see if it magically disappeared. Not to my surprise it was gone. And a group talked about them loosing money before while sitting in their cafe. And yet the guys all swarm your car like your going to tip each one. I spent 70 dollars on a detail clean, only for them to steal from me, what if they found more? Only gave it a star because they got the stains out of my seats. Other than that, avoid putting anything in the open or even in your center console... Clean your car, before you bring your car to be cleaned... Lol.

Two times bad experience. First time I ignored but this time it was worst that first time. I opted tor platinum wash package but the quality for cleaning was third grade. So may spots of dirt on tires and sides. Very casual approach of cleaning guys. They were just passing time on the car. When asked them to clean the spot they replied we can t do it better. So there it was just a wastage of time and money .
It was my first time and last . I paid 65 bucks. There was still spots and dirt on my dash board they didn t even touch . I paid xtra for scent and didn t even get it . I had smudge on my windows. Horrible experience and over rated .

They did an OK job. The prices are confusing and somewhat misleading. Be sure to understand specifically what your package includes. The smallest thing can require extra fees and before you know it you're paying a $100 or more. Also we gave our tip to someone who seemed to be in charge and asked him to make sure that the guy who cleaned my car got the money. I told the young man who we gave the money to. He checked and he claimed he never received it so ...be sure to give your tip specifically to the person who cleaned your car.

Totally understaffed with unprofessional children taking your order. I would not recommend going there unless you want your car to air dry in the sun and accumulate hard to remove water spots. The disingenuous staff just shrugged their shoulders and walked on by. Not worth the amount of money they're charging!!!!!!!
This is not your father s car wash. They practically detail your car outside, inside, tires, etc., and when they are done, you can t find a speck of dust. Plan to be there for 45 or so, depending on how busy they are, but don t worry they also have a snack bar and gift shop to give you something to do while they shine up your ride.

This is 4 stars prior to seeing the results of a platinum wash with an upgrade for interior shampoo. Did quality work on vacuum and shampoo even went over twice, however how do you skip or not even touch doors and cup holders! Then asked to do and did partial clean up. $60+ upgrades I expect interior to make a customer smile. Better of next time to do basic wash 1/3 the cost only.

I wanted to give the Vintage Car Wash a 0 Star but I can t find it. Went twice and the same old problem with their way of cleaning our cars. The first time I went there the floor looks they haven t been vacuum and I complained and they did again. The result it was vacuumed 20% only and I told them and they vacuumed it again but there were still dirt left. I finally gave up and I told myself I ll just do it myself it s not worth to let them redo and redo and redo their vacuum cleaner it s just a waste of time. After that experience with them I swear not to go back in that Vintage Car Wash. I like Mr. Car Wash better. Yesterday my wife insisted to have her Subaru washed in the Vintage Car Wash and I told her about my bad experience with them but she said maybe they changed. Ok... my wife got the $30.00 Gold as what the young lady who approached us suggested. We waited and when the guy waved his towel telling us that our car is done I checked the back and there were still waters dropping from the back door and when I opened it there were still a lot of sands on the floor and in the rubber strip. I told the guy and he told me it s ok while he was wiping the sands out. And I told him how about the ones in the rubber strip and in the seats and he said ohhh yeah and he called the supervisor and they redo the vacuum work again. Grrrr was sound I heard from my wife and she swears never ever to go back in that Vintage Car Wash. Btw she even shopped inside while waiting.
Love this carwash. Im from Canada and I travel a lot. Mostly driving. I have personal and business matters in California and always stop here to have my carwash. For the price nothing beats this place. On top of this the service is excellent. The service in general in the U.S is excellent but this place takes it to next level.
The first time i went to the U.S and this carwash i was told to go to this carwash. I was so nervous. Wasnt sure what was going to happen. I had a few valuables in the car. All you really see is an army of detailers outside drying vehicles. I gave them my truck i had at the time and they brought it inside the wash. I waited and it was driven out and brought outside to one of the detailers. The individual began working his magic. Then he spins his towel in the air once he has completed his job. I start walking over to grab my vehicle and this random guy comes over to my truck inspects it and the detailer gives this random guy my keys. The guy drives away down the main drag in my truck. I was in shock and was about to call the police. First time at this place and my truck gets stolen infront of me. Then i see this truck come back the other way and pull into the wash. It gets cleaned/dryed again and i get called over once again and i tip the detailer and drive off.
The individual who drove off was a manager or an owner i suspect and he had found the quality not to his liking. So he had it recleaned. I will never forget this. That truck looked spotless and something wasnt good enough for him. Dont get me wrong that truck just finished a drive from northern Canada to California. It was FILTHY. I wasnt expecting a spotless car after that specially at the price.
All i have to say is keep up the great service and i will continue to always include this place in my stops in Modesto. I will continue to tip very well to the excellent workers who clean my car.
Save your money and go thru a gas station car wash, your car will look the same if not better. I should have gone with the cheapest wash since my car looked like it was just rinsed with water and dried. The vacuum job was also terrible, and lazily done. They asked me what scent I wanted, but my car smells like it always does! They didn't get any water spots off, nor did they even try. I will not be returning.
I purchased the Gold package and can't believe how clean my car is! I would recommend this to anyone that hates cleaning there car inside and out.

Took my car to get it vacuumed and wash, got home to find out they didn t vacuum my trunk out, got in my car and took it right back, talked to manager he says they don t do the trunks really I take both vehicles there at least once a month and it s not cheap, I which the manager was very rude. I won t be going back

It was great. Not busy when I went. So nice to have a clean car inside and out. The young man took his time and went above and beyond when drying my car and cleaning the windows.
I came here just to get my interior cleaned up a little bit after going to the mister carwash. But I'll be coming here from now on. The staff were really welcoming and the waiting area was unlike any car wash I've ever been to, It was like a mini household goods store with a little cafe stand inside. When done the car looked better than I hoped it would turn out. I could tell the guy who cleaned and wiped down the interior took pride in his work. I'll be coming back for their package with the carpet shampooing very soon.
