Finally made it to Vincitorio's. We went on a Friday, which was very busy. We didn't have a reservation, thankfully we were seated right away. As it was our first time we decided to share a pizza, the Pizza Caprese which had Prosciutto and Buffalo Mozzarella. The pizza was salty with a fantastic crust, which is just how I like it. We also started with Fried Ravioli which came with their "famous jalapeno ranch". I prefer mine with marinara, they were still good without the sauce. At the end we decided to treat ourselves to dessert. The husband got the Vaniglia Gelati, which he completely enjoyed. I went with the Cannoli, which was creamy and decadent. We left with leftovers. The place is on the pricey side for just a random dinner, so we will add it to our special occasions places.

Service was excellent. Food was very disappointing. Chicken Marsala. Ate about 1/4 then left. Watery tomato sauce, over cooked pasta, chicken was kind of like in Chinese dishes and flavorless. Won t be going back. again the servers were very attentive. Too bad about the meal.

I am writing this review so that people can know what an amazing place this is for having a good and delicious food. I have been there multiple times and every time it has been a very good experience for me. You should definitely visit this place once and you won't regret.

Great place for a dinner with friends, family or a romantic date, and prices are very reasonable (and the restaurant is cozy and beautifully decorated - really reminds me of those small- town family Italian restaurants in New England). Their pizza is the closest to East Coast pizza that I've found in AZ. The fried ravioli is addictive.

I love Vincitorio's, I have never had a bad meal or below excellent take-away until Saturday. It was before dinner hour, possibly 3-3:30 pm. I was driving by after an appointment and decided to stop in and order take-away.
My order was a Chicken Caesar , dressing on side and garlic bread. The hostess was polite, I paid and waited in the bar for 15 minutes as requested, then picked up my order, went straight home (no stops), about 2 miles away.
It saddens me to say the Romaine was not cold, not even cool, chicken was overcooked and very dry, the garlic bread was limp, the dressing EXCELLENT as always. What a disappointment , they only deserve about two stars but I gave three because mistakes do happen, but three out of four ingredients were substandard.
I would've rather given this review directly on their website, but they have no area for comments, that I could find.
This is a five star restaurant in my opinion, I do not think I will take-away again, money wasted that day.

Starting with the prickly pear drink and ending with the white chocolate bread pudding...everything was perfect! Shrimp, scallops, quesadillas...you can't go wrong! Worth the drive ans worth the wait!!

My sister and I went here for our girls night. Our server was very friendly and informative, the wine was delicious, my complaint is that the main dishes were lack of flavor and very bland, the sides were thankfully made up for it, the creamy mushrooms soup were delicious.

Handmade pasta made in clear view. VERY GOOD PRICES, authentic Italian cuisine. We went at lunch and they had a all you can eat and drink buffet for $8.95. Fresh salad with all the standard items to add. Three different types of pasta with unlimited garlic bread and soda or tea and coffee. Wine and beer is available for purchase, I think that there was a bar but I'm not sure I had wine with my meal. Another customer sitting close to my table ordered the chicken pesto pizza and it was beautiful. I love the place and will be back soon.

I was really looking forward to trying this place but was very disappointed. Everything I tried on the menu was mushy and absolutely swimming in water, highly suspect of the food being microwaved. The Chicken and Sausage in the Cacciatori was dry and tasted like it was from the day before. No thank you.

After enjoying an afternoon play, our group of 5 went to Salut for an early dinner. We were delighted to learn that between 3:30 - 6:30, there is half-off wine bottles! We started with a Merlot that accompanied some delicious Hummus Nachos.

Came in not very busy , just 2 of us on a Sunday night at 6:13pm. Asked to sit in wine room . She gave us this little tiny table for 2 next to a party of 8 . When there was 4 other tables that sits 3 to 4 . They would not let us sit right away made us wait due to refusing to sit at that small table . Waited 10 minutes as they seated walk in couple and group of 3. They just noticed me posting this and behold we got a table we kindly asked to sit at in the very first walk Thru . Lol . At least the wine bar host remembers us .

My husband and I have NEVER had a bad meal here last night was no exception! We sat at the bar where our bartender was so great about recommending good Italian reds and let us try a few of them. Great service, and the food is out of this world. From the complimentary bread, to the house salad (their honey mustard is sinful) to their chicken parm and their unique butternut squash ravioli! They split both the dishes since we share them and I left feeling satisfied. Italy has great food and wine but I will be honest, Vincitorios is a very close second. Can t wait to go back again and again!

Service is Horrible you can hear the wait staff complaing and upset because other tables ask for something. Food is very very bland and pretty pricey for some boiled pasta and some baked chicken with no flavor. I'm no chef but I make better Italian Food at home. No changing tables for families to change kids so parents there is a heads up. We wanted a pizza and i was told they werent doing that today because the cooks would get backed up....thats not my fault I came for a service which im willing to pay for and was denied? Poor management leads to poor service. Will let people know about this place for sure.

Maybe I m spoiled from growing up back East but my kid got spaghetti and meatballs, not much gravy, what was there wasn t all that tasty. The pizza was all cheese no gravy, over cooked on one side under cooked on the other...oh well now I know...

Service was present at best, messed up two of the three orders. Food was completely unremarkable. The sauces had no flavor or seasoning, look like it way right out of the can, tasted like it too. Only positive thing I can say is the bathroom were clean, staff was nice, and there was Peroni on draft (that was fresh and cold)

We had a great experience! The appetizers we had from bruschetta to meatballs were all delicious. The wine and cocktails were amazing too. This is definitely a place we'll return to again and again.

Made reservations for a nice date 3 days In advance. When I arrived with my date I was told it was a 25 min wait because they were busy despite reservations. This seemed to happen to more that one person with reservations. Bad business.

Five stars all the way. Food was delicious and the service was super. Thanks Cody! This is now my goto Italian joint when I'm in Tempe. Vast wine selections. Full bar. The food is unbelievably good. Patio seating available. Family run. Just super!!!

This was my first time at VinciTorio's and I will definitely be back. I had the mushroom soup and it was soooooo good! I followed the soup with the Raviolo Carbonara which had a very good flavor and a great sauce.
The live music was very good, piano and sax.
We took dessert to go.

Recommendation: only some of their pastas are made from scratch and you have to ask for them. So ask! Well worth it.

Good food, but slightly cramped atmosphere. Hard to enjoy normal volume conversation, the place seemed to be in a roar, we could barely hear our waitress. Saving grace was the wine and pizza! Delicious and reasonably priced, would return for the food not so much the atmosphere.

Limited but nice buffet for $10.35, includes a soft drink. Salad, a couple of pasta choice one with meatballs and one with chicken. I wished they had a plain vegetarian pasta option. I picked the mushrooms and pasta to avoid the meat. Good service, quaint atmosphere.
