Vensure Employer Services Review

Unfortunately we have had a terrible experience. We have gone thru multiple reps, can't answer questions couldn't even tell us how to retrieve a paycheck stub, my office manager has spent countless hours with incompetent and poorly trained staff we have been very patient with them for past 6 weeks our current rep assured me no problems and she will take care of us, unfortunately right off the bat one of our employees had 70 hours taken off his Check without our consent or approval and basically told us too bad we can't do anything about it in the future I suggest you hire competent people or at least spend proper time training

Started working there about 3 months ago. I could not have had a better on-boarding experience. The training I am receiving on systems, the support from all tiers of employees, and the overall culture has made this an unbelievable experience. The CEO is involved, caring and an excellent judge of business and character. He has assembled a high level of moral, ethical and efficient team players around him to continue to grow Vensure. We are a Mid-sized firm right now, but we are growing very fast and will be a large organization soon. Happy they found me!

Despite unsubscribing, still receiving unsolicited sales emails from them.

Claims to help employers but hurts them financially. They find ways to overcharge you and bill you for anything. Customer service and response times are horrible. Also, Client relations managers are just messengers, why do we even need one?

Vensure is an amazing company, so thrilled that I can call it home!

Business Owners should avoid at all costs. Jacked up all my EE's W2's and our state taxes. Good luck getting someone to return your phone call. Most unorganized mess I've ever had the displeasure of working with.

Vensure's team is made up of A+ true professionals. Everyone is a team player and willing to go the extra mile. I was confused when reading some of the negative reviews but then I realized they were from people who were on the smaller payroll and HR platforms VensureHR acquired and not actually on the Vensure PEO platform. Anyway, I'm excited to see Vensure continue to grow and present best in class customer service.

Vensure Employer Services does a great job of creating an environment where people want to come to work. It s a wonderful place to work for so many reasons. The people are great to be around, the office itself is amazing, and it s very conducive to team collaboration and creativity. There is a great sense of mutual respect among members of every team and it naturally creates a positive and productive work environment.

Stay away! Unless you want your W-2's to be incorrect and your payroll to be incorrect.

I started working for Vensure last year after we became a divisional partner with them. My experience has been great and I love working with my Manager & team. So very happy to be apart of Vensure and looking forward to being apart of their success!

Not a great experience. My employer utilized their services and were unable to get W2s out in a timely manner (after January 31st!). Even then, they were incorrect. Multiple weeks passed and again corrected W2's were sent. I had to file an extension just because Vensure could not get it right with mine, and many others from the sounds of their reviews, W2s. My employer is beyond upset and is currently looking at other options including ADP. It's all about the promises during the sell here. Unfortunately they fall short once the ink is dry. Just stay away.

Terrible customer service. I used to have one direct contact but now I'm thrown around all over the place. Never get a call back. What's the point in having an HR company if they never get back to you. Plenty of email spam from them and their partners tho. STAY AWAY!

Received a W2 from this company. Have no idea who this is and I called asking which company it came from but they kept putting me on hold and didn t understand what I was saying.

Vensure is the best payroll processing company I have ever dealt with. Consummate professionals, who truly care about their clients. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

We have had our reps changed on us at least half a dozen times in the past six months. They claim growing pains but from the looks of it, they're growing quickly ON PURPOSE. Do yourself a favor and go with anyone else. You'll get better service and treated with dignity.

Hours are summarized, in categories, like Reg. Hrs and Overtime Hours.

Employees want to see HOURS worked listed DAILY to see if they have been properly and fully paid.

Seems like some Employers want to hide DAILY HOURS because of very common USA Employer wage theft! Too common.

So with this nationwide employer and Vensure, there are Way Too Many Underpaid Employee Paycheck Problems!

Going on 8 months with an incorrect W2. Can't seem to get ahold of anyone. This company is a scam.

1 star is generous. going back to ADP after this nightmare. business owners beware - this company will string you along and create havoc for you and your staff. have tried numerous times to allow them to "fix" it but recent events proved to be the last straw. we're done.

HAS GOT TO BE THE WORSTTTTT PAYROLL PLACE TO DO BUSINESS WITH....... THEY ALLOW THE STATE TO SEND YOU LETTER FOR NOT FILING QUATERLY AND THEN CHARGE YOUR BUSINESS PENALTY FEES....... THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU HIGHER THEM
