What a wonderful experience! I had never experienced Vincitorio's Restaurant before and from now on this will definitely be THE PLACE that I'll be looking for to book special occasions. The service is impeccable and the food is phenomenal. We will be back! I highly recommend this amazing restaurant.

We put a reservation for 6 adults 2 kids . We get there and they said they don't have seating for 8. We let her know that we made reservations and the host basically said "oh well the table is still being used so you will still have to wait outside " We waited 5 min until she came outside and said" sorry its going to be awhile, the table barely ordered their food and is moving slow."
At this point we felt unwanted and it was 110 outside so we decided to leave. We have been here before and it was great but this time before even being seated the customer service was horrible. Wont return and will let ppl know our experience

Authentic Italian food in comfortable and cozy surroundings. Pasta is made fresh daily, the sausage is made in house and they have a great wine list. I've had several different plates here and never been dissatisfied. The bread served prior to the meal is a tasty medley all by itself. Bring a healthy appetite, friends and spend some quality time.

Beautiful wine bar that feels like you've stepped into a grotto piano bar. The restaurant side of things were run well by all of the front of the house staff on this busy Saturday night that we made reservations for. Live music throughout the week, and great prices for great food. The after dinner apertifs and desserts are not to be missed. Stuffed pork chop was delicious and crispy, it complimented the gnocchi well. The Panna Cotta will keep me coming back though. My favorite. Spectacular service from the greeting to the end, clearing dishes on a smaller table was never a problem.

The food here is awesome, the service was great and the live music was perfect! The prices are fair for the good quality of food you get and the desserts, there the best part. I got the tiramisu and hands down it was one of the best I have ever had. Would highly recommend this place!

Delicious, authentic Italian food in a small and quaint setting.

The food at Vincitorio's is some of the best Italian to be found in the East Valley. Located in a small shopping center off off McClintock and Elliot, the restaurant is decorated like an old school Italian restaurant: a little dark, faux brick, murals, checkered tablecloths. But, it is clean and inviting.

The staff are friendly, helpful and honest. I recommend trusting their suggestions.

Dishes include everyday Italian fair like spaghetti, chicken parm, chicken marsala, antipasto salad, pizza and strombolis. Each is made fresh with high quality ingredients. It makes for a great experience.

However, don't miss out on the less common options. This Gnocchi, Chicken Scarpara and Cavatelli Al Forno are amazing and choosing two or three to share is the best way to go.

Fresh, hot buttered garlic bread goes perfectly for dipping in all the sauces.

Save room for dessert, several Bombas (ice cream balls) are on the menu!

First off the parking here sucks. Every parking spot is a tiny compact spot. Inside the restaurant the table set up mimics the parking lot. It was super claustrophobic and crampt. The tables were way too close to each other and the servers couldn't get around. I wouldn't be surprised if this is against fire code. There are no drinks on the menu, so I assume they don't have any. Our waitress didn't know what soda they had besides coke and diet coke. The bus boy who brings you water in the beginning didn't know when happy hour was. How does one work at a restaurant and not know something basic like that? Our waitress had no idea what was on tap beer-wise. When our food came it was just given to us and our waitress ran away not asking if we needed anything. Food was super mediocre and does not justify the high prices and lackluster service.

Vincitorio's has a weird chain-restaurant feel with a gift shop and branded items for sale. At the same time, the decor tries to be low-lit, comfy and high end. Its super confusing how these two worlds co-exist. The menu is very standard italian so I went for my favorite dish, butternut squash with a cream sauce. My friend, who is vegetarian, requested the pesto gnocchi sans the chicken. My meal was pretty decent but we found a lot of small bits of chicken in his plate, which effectively hinted at us that either the meal was pre-made or they made a mistake and didn't remake the dish for him. They apologized and brought us a dessert which I thought was super awesome. Their tiramisu was very tasty. All in all I thought it was a decent experience, was just not particularly amazed by the food or authentic feeling that they try to sell you.

Great food and atmosphere. My go-to Italian restaurant in the valley. I've ordered a little bit of everything over the handful of times I've visited. Romantic atmosphere as well. Great place with live music, wine, etc. I recommend this restaurant without a blink of an eye. Staff is pleasing. No complaints! The bread tastes amazing too.

Excellent food and service. We decided to eat there to taste the food because we are considering having a rehearsal lunch or dinner there. The manager took the time to speak with us and she was extremely helpful.

The "BEST" northern Italian food I have had in years. Sauces light and flavorful, veal cooked to perfection, and the wine list has perfecto accompaniments from a great orvietto to a Bosch multipciano de abruzzo from Tuscany. We will be back soon.

Non-chain Olive Garden, with less flavor, where the staff where s ill-fitting t-shirts. Not a horrible place, just expected a little more when I searched romantic restaurants in Tempe. Nice place for the family, complete with tacky gift shop.

We were a party of 10 so I know it will take longer to receive our order than it would for a party of two, but last night was to an extreme. We had various pasta dishes, a salad and a sandwich. These are all common entrees for a restaurant of your caliber. The first of our dishes took 45 minutes to get to our table and the last three took another 15 minutes. This meant our party wasn't sharing a meal together we were eating in shifts. We went there to celebrate our grandaughters birthday and this wasn't a good first impression of your establishment.

Too bad Vincentorio's is losing their touch. WE had a family dinner(10) that was a poor experience , especially for the kids. Their pizza took over 60 minutes and had to be remade, we will not be visiting again soon.

This place is one of my favorite places in Tempe. We've been several times and it's always perfect. Tonight we celebrated my mom, who came from out of town to celebrate her birthday. Last minute they made arrangements to get us into the area with live music, which made the evening so much better. Great food, great service, and a complimentary birthday dessert while the pianist sang to my mom made her night so special. Thank you to the wonderful staff for making our visit so wonderful!!

This was my first time, and I was impressed. The service was excellent and attentive. Being my first visit, I stuck with a staple dish: spaghetti bolognese. It did not disappoint. I sat in the bar area, and there was live music (singer with guitar). Very enjoyable experience. I'll certainly return for another visit.

If you like Italian food, you must visit VinciTorio's! It's hidden in a strip mall, but once you enter, the ambiance is so hometown Italian. There's live music, which also really adds to the vibe. The service is great -- friendly, feels very much like a family-owned restaurant that treats employees and customers well. The pace is also a little slower, which I really enjoy when eating Italian. Bottles of wine are half-price on Wednesday, which is a really nice bonus. And the food (the most important part) is delicious! Portions are large, and the pasta (or at least what I ordered) is homemade. It's simple but great. Be sure to save room for dessert because the tiramisu is to die for!

They did a great job while delivering the food at my place. I was very satisfied and amazed with the taste of the food they served. This is undoubtedly the best restaurant I have ever been to and I am definitely going to suggest them to everyone I know because they deserve this.

We picked up for her birthday as they have online orders and pickup during COVID19. The workers were very friendly and thanked us twice for our order. Not necessary but definitely appreciated it. The Philly cheese steak was good and pizzas and gnocchi very good as usual. Ravioli di Formaggio is my daughters favorite

I've been eating at Vincetorio's for years, can't believe I've never posted a review. Their lunch sizes are a great value and definitely my favorite. Any of their pasta's taste very authentic, I'm a red sauce girl so I don't think I've ever tried anything other than red here but the marinara is amazing. I am Italian (maiden name Muratore) and I really never eat out Italian food because not much can compare to homemade but Vincentorio's does. I also love their bread basket which is a combination of focaccia and garlic bread, both fantastic. Wednesday is 1/2 price bottle of wine night so that's a nice plus too. Highly reccomend for the food, wine selection, and service.

Went here tonight for dinner with my husband and dad. Amazing food, beautiful atmosphere, and our fantastic server Cody was very knowledgeable and helpful. A man was playing the piano beautifully and they more than satisfied my authentic Italian food craving. I wasn't able to finish my Veal Genovese and while they were boxing it up a my piece of veal had slipped off the plate and onto the floor and they legit made me a fresh new piece to take home! I thought that was very kind of them. They have one hell of a wine list too.

All exited going to the restaurant with my kids and how terrible was the hostess making us feel very unwanted saying we don t have tables for you I told her I can go on line and make a reservation at 730 and her answer was I still not gonna have a table for you
Wow she must be the owner to decide
if not you should train your people when the restaurant it s busy
Im very disappointed that we couldn t try your restaurant that I got referred to.

Atmosphere feels pretty authentic and welcoming, the smell is amazing and instantly makes you start salivating. Staff are very friendly and engaging, and service is quick but not rushed.
Food was good, garlic bread was fresh and hot. Focaccia bread was the best in the basket. Caprese salad was very good and more diverse with olives and artichokes that you usually dont see. Main course was the Capellini Pomodoro, pasta was cooked perfectly and and flavor was spot on. One critique was that the peppers weren't cut quite small enough and were a little undercooked and made it harder to eat.
Overall great dining experience, would definitely go again if in the area.

Decent service, but genuinely baffled at how mediocre the food was. I expected it to be a lot better based on the reviews. We had very undersalted chicken and sausage cacciatore and pesto pasta. The pasta that came with the cacciatore sucked. It was penne with overly sweet marinara sauce. The cream of mushroom soup was literally salted cream with some mushrooms in it. It's hard to convey just how unappetizingly rich it was. It was SO bland. I think the reason people like it here is because of the portion sizes .

The wine was great, but the food really underwhelmed us. Won't be going back.
