Very non professional people. Divya from HR team contacted me through email for an interview that if i can come in late in the morning i said i go to work but she didnt understand that. She never replied nd i waited for the whole day nd took a day off from work for the interview i tried to reached out many times through emails and voice mails if my interview was confirmed she responded me after the interview time so i told her that i could still come in 15 mins she said yes. When i was on way she said can u come tomorrow i said i was on way. When i went for an interview they gave me 3 pages form to fill out. Wasted an hour and other person was busy in talking with her team member so she kept me waiting. When she came in asked questions her ans was ur experience doesnt match the job requirements i told her i already mentioned online of all the experience i have why did they still asked me to come in when the ans was this. They wasted my full day non professional team they dont know how to respond to emails no "thankyou" and no "hi" i took a day off for this interview from my curent job.really wont suggest anyone to work in a non professional company!

I work at BNC Quality Autobody in Schaumburg. I decided to go with Vinakom because it was spouse to save me money and give me less problems to deal with. I knew it was too good to be true everything the sales man said.
First off Vinakom said it would take 2 months to install when it actually took 8 months, contract was signed 11/07/18 and installed on 07/08/19. After finally coming out to install it the Tech assured us it was good to go. The caller ID did not work and we could not dial out of Illinois. We reached out to them several times to have them fix these issue and kept assuring us over the phone that the problem was fixed when it WAS NOT!
The modem from our previous provider was disconnected in order to connect Vinacom's modem again that never happened. We have reached out to them too many times and still they refuse to fix this problem. They did suggest to walk us thru the process over the phone but then again why should I fix the problem when i was told anything you need we will come out, we are only 10 minutes away. I have a business to run I don"t have time to play technical support and do their job!!!! Wish there was a 0 star option.
