well it designed hotel complex, with rooms in the main building and houses with formula residence with its own kitchenette sea. Very nice and well-kept greenery, a really nice pool and good entertainment. The only flaw is the inaccurate cleaning of the residence, but being holiday homes is fine as well .....

The proximity to the sea repays everything that has stood still in time. The old style structure, at least 80 years old and the basic restaurant at the level of a canteen.
This village is divided into a hotel area and a village area with mini apartments.
I stayed in this property for 5 nights including 4 in the hotel and 1 night in the village.
Unfortunately I was unable to take advantage of all the services such as the swimming pool or the seaside establishment but I can say that the structure is treated in cleanliness and customer service (in the Hotel area).
The rooms of the hotel are very comfortable and with all services: TV with sky channels, air conditioning, safe, comfortable wardrobe, small armchair, private balcony with wonderful view, bathroom with shower and hairdryer.
The mini apartments are a bit shabby in terms of furniture and a bit clean.
From what I could see there is a very good animation that works all day until late in the evening. The pool area is spacious and there is a bar and games for children such as table tennis or table football.
The breakfast is good, while the other meals I can't say because I didn't use them.
The parking is large and convenient under the hotel while in the village it seems to be in a big city where looking for parking becomes a nightmare.
In the area it is the only structure that can offer many services.
A beautiful structure ... that was. At least in the residence part, which would need a definite modernization. Good pool area and common areas. The uniformed staff seems a bit awkward, as does that of the restaurant. The animation is done in 4 and also in 8: always present, everywhere, morning and evening, the best among the staff. The sea is absolutely positive: the beach borders the residence, a step and you're in the water, a sun umbrella, deckchairs and services included in the price, clear water and free space as far as the eye can see. In conclusion, if you are satisfied with tranquility, it is good for a family vacation.

We stayed in the residence part 50 meters from the beach, normal apartment with daily cleaning.Very nice village, family atmosphere and livable thanks above all to the really engaging Maragu 'animation.
Even though I was 700km from home I felt like I was at home and this says a lot.Excellent abundant and varied food all at a good price.So great holiday with a beautiful sea and more than a thought to come back next year .

We spent 4 days in this structure for the new year 2020, we had a great time all the staff available for every need but particular praise to the animation kids. Good meals, in short experience to be repeated. All very good.

Poor breakfasts. Poor rooms at the back of the hotel - loud fans and stench, no balcony. Rude service speaks poor English. You have to walk to the beach, the beach gate closes in the evening

We stayed in the first weeks of July in residence mode.
Very spacious and comfortable rooms in the residence with extra luxury, that is, full sea views, truly breathtaking.
Exceptional animation (sunshine animation) thanks to the dear Sergio (chief animator), Renato and Sebiana who accompanied us every day with group dances and aqua gym.
Thanks also go to Davide (DJ and tournament player) who made us have fun with his funny faces and his always excellent mood.
Always clean beach and spectacular sea also thanks to the dear lifeguards Fabio and Davide (thanks guys) always available.
For the rest the only flaw of this village is the distance from the sea to the swimming pool which is about 400 meters away with a small climb.

I really don't know how the people who have been in this village can say that the food is good and always varied. I mean as a group in four days we ate if you can say that I would say the same things and poor food colorless and tasteless .for when it comes to the staff we say that year reached the sufficiency only for the good will but as an organization less than zero.then my personal curiosity but you pay the maitre? ...... the structure and small but well-equipped but the the only positive note is the animation guys who are committed to spending nice days.
Traditional cuisine, excellent fusilli handmade with sheep sauce. Typical appetizer: cold cuts, cheeses, vegetables, parmigiana etc. Recommended for those who want to taste the taste of local tradition.

Hotel Village with an excellent location directly on the sea, organized and very comfortable especially for families with children and teenagers. Certainly there is a bit of a flaw in the furnishings of the mini apartments that could be more cared for, but all in all the location and the sea view of the terraces for a dinner accompanied by beautiful sunsets, compensates for everything else. Pleasant and never "intrusive" animation, this is not a small value. The guys of the "sunshine animation" all very kind and always with a smile on their lips, they know how to keep company and cheer up the holiday without ever being heavy or vulgar or too nagging, keeping company and cheering up those who want to have fun, but also leaving those who want a few days of peace relaxing sun. The mini and junior club service is good for the little ones.

Beautiful but in the 529 house a piece of the sofa bed is broken
It was a complete throwback to the Italy from the 80's in a positive way. The whole hotel maintained the decoration from the last decades but renewed the toilets and rooms which frankly is what matters. Fresh environment to sleep in considering it was still 35c in that week and even though we were put in a room facing the back we had this amazing view of the sunset over the trees. However we could also see an enormous amount of white beach plastic chairs that were just randomly disposed of in the back of the hotel, which seems to be a systemic problem in south Italy, garbage everywhere in the streets. A point to be made is also that the receptionist didn't even had a record of our booking(made through Booking.co) and couldn't seem less interested in actually get us to our room, however i must note that she was doing the job of 3 different people at the same time and looked like she ended up doing a 12h shift that day and was back the following day in the morning so maybe that explains it. Good old European countries and their perks..
Private passage to the beach was a plus and the night animation for families couldn't be funnier considering it was a group of youngsters doing a musical act.
Would definitely return even with the minor issues since we kind of already knew what to expect

With an aparthotel formula in which we would have had all the services of the htl while staying in the apartment x stay closer to the sea.
We have had neither the daily cleaning nor the change of linen x tt the week. The staff at the holl were inexperienced guys who fooled around on everything. The apartment was not very clean, toilet raised from the ground and also the bidet from which there was a smell of sewer, semi-blocked sink and shower. I served bad tables with a room with absurd ways that almost a few vokta rewashed the dishes on us, the food was bad. An experience that I hope I will not repeat

All very accessible. What convinced us to do the review was the desire to let the kids know about the animation that we enjoyed their work. A fantastic group of young people led by two people who evidently do this work with the heart.
