We found her to be delightfully engaging, and, as we were just beginning our quest for a new house, we asked for her assistance. We verbally provided her with a brief list of what we were seeking in a property, and she was "on it" immediately. The next day, she sent us a selection of houses on the market that perfectly reflected our criteria. She truly listened to us, and did not suggest random listings that were a waste of our time. Unfortunately, our situation prevented us from buying a new property immediately, as we needed more time to sell our existing house in Belle Meade. Kayla was incredibly patient and persistent, and never lost her enthusiasm. She ultimately found us our dream home, and successfully negotiated the sales transaction, which involved some unique and complicated contingencies, in our favor. Kayla has sharp instincts, amazing people skills, and a marvelously positive attitude. We recommend her without reservation.
