Excellent taste of chocolate, very friendly and polite staff, a great variety of chocolate, as far as the aroma is what drew us from the first moment!

So honored that I got to visit this store. It was the first Godiva shop ever, and everything is delicious. I got to watch the manager guy make dipped strawberries. Unfortunately, your American Godiva of the month club won't work, and they won't reimburse you. Buy stuff anyway. Belgian chocolate is god-tier.

If you are considering getting gifts & souvenirs, get them from other Godiva stores.

I bought 12 boxes of chocolates and was promised that they d be wrapped. When I returned later to the store to pick up my purchases, they were not wrapped & I encountered another store manager, Krystyna, who kept LECTURING me that extra wrapping & paperbags would incur additional charges for 10 mins.

Sorry that your colleague left you some unfinished work...or are you trying to make some extra money aside your Godiva salary?

I came here accompanying my friends to buy box of chocolates. Then, while waiting I happened to buy its hot chocolate which taste super good. But somehow the shop is little bit too narrow. So, I have to enjoy the hot chocolate outside the shop.

The sellers are super cool and very nice, the price may be especially high for this chocolate but it 's worth it, it is beautiful and one of the best, I urge you to go!

There is less variety of chocolates than in Elisabeth and Neuhaus, but certainly very rich, they are worth it, but for me, no better than the previous two. Although they are tastes.

There is strawberry chocolate which is not in Japan.
The strawberries were big, sweet and delicious. It goes well with coffee as well as beer.

The shop was busy and mistook my order with some items, and I found out after I left Belgium, but I wrote them email with description and receipt, they made refund in 2 days.... incredible attitude how they do customer service! Impressed and pleasant shopping experience in Brussels

Excellent experience for chocolate dipped strawberries

Brussels' chocolate shops are everywhere, and it seems that chocolate brands with a longer history, more local and high-end positioning are more attractive. However, Godiva is still worth trying, holding a bag of chocolate strawberries and eating while walking, very comfortable.

We have Godiva chocolate shops here in the US, but there is nothing like getting the fresh chocolate from one of the chocolate capitals of the world - Brussels and eating it right on the main square in the city center. The best thing that they offered is the cone of chocolate covered strawberries for 5 Euros. We had them several times throughout our visit to Brussels because they were that good! Just grab a cone, sit on the curb and enjoy the people watching.

This is tiny shop of Godiva, with minimal selection. Good for last minute shopping for a birthday, or bringing some Belgian chocolates back home. They are open until 23:00. Quality is similar to Neuhaus or Corne, and better than Leonidas.

There isn't much presence in Brussels ... Strawberries & chocolates are made in the shop and you can make them fresh!

The quality of this chocolate is unbeatable. This is my all time favourite. What s best about this locations is that it s one of the few with chocolate covered strawberries all year round. And they are so cheap! 9 for 8-10 strawberries. A real bargain. The chocolate is so smooth and tasty. Yumm

My visit dates back to last month. The products of the House are always excellent, but the welcome is to deplore this time. The seller was trying to hasten the sale to close his shop (which may be understandable), but he ended up being rude. He did not listen to what I said to him, answered my questions by the side of the plate, to the point that he did not even notice when I suggested he come back the next day instead. If he was in a hurry to close, he should have seized his chance.
We all have bad days and more or less favorable hours but when we sell excellence, it must not be only in the products ..

Superb Place for Chocs and Shakes . The staff is very Co operative. Specially one fair lady . I couldn't got the name .

I dont recommend the store because they didn't treat well to customers. They offer tasting to customers judging by appearance, those who seem to buy more, with more bags, and just with bags from refined stores. Do not go there with your carrefour bag!

Very famous chocolate shop in Brussels, waffle and smoothie very good

The clerk was very kind and welcoming and introduced us a lot of chocolates. I also bought freshly made strawberry chocolate, which is not cheap, but the strawberries are very large and delicious.
