this garden centre has improved since I last visited I like the idea of the individual cabins outside and the new resturant I will definetly visit again

Nice small garden centre. Good to look around the small cabins with different things. Had a nice cup of coffee and cake. Very pleasant and a good price.

Great little garden centre, helpful staff, reasonably priced

Really nice garden centre. Fantastic looking restaurant cafe BUT they have a revolting stuffed badger on a shelf which made me feel sick and I couldn't go in and eat because of it. Others around me agreed that it belonged in the past - no one wants to eat with stuffed animals near them. There's no way to contact the garden centre in writing so I've had to leave this feedback as a review which is a shame.

Everything was brilliant and all staff very helpful. The breakfast was very good and filling.

Went for brunch. Service was fantastic. Warm and friendly. I had the breakfast roll and the quality of the sausages and bacon were equivalent of those you get from farmyard butchers, which was surprising considering the price. From order to service it was less than 10 minutes. Would highly recommend. Lunch menu looked fab too, so will be coming back very soon!

I use k9 care dog groomers who are in the centre in a cosy wood cabin. Lovely caring ladies take good care of your pet and make a very good job of their beautification. Garden Centre bulges with lovely colourful plants and an old style sweet shop and excellent restaurant and other outlets.

Beautiful garden centre ... all plants excellent ... restaurant good and lunchtime menu choice fine.

Up and coming garden centre, should one want a shed then l would recommend "Grangewood" they have just opened their new restaurant, ok for meeting friends for coffee, needs more improvement on the shop side, it takes time to improve so perhaps in 3-4 years time it will match some of the other big garden centres.

Lovely garden centre. Can't wait for the new restaurant to open in December. Some nice little cabins with local businesses, well worth a visit. Staff very helpful and welcoming. Tearoom great for a stop with such lovely cake. Only 2 minutes from Venturer Park. I'll be a regular, that's for sure.

Cafe restaurant, very slow service waited 10 minutes to be seated 12 minutes for menu, 23 minutes to take order, 47 minutes to get food after taking it to wrong table. 4 tables walked out while we were waiting.

Good selection of plants. Restaurant very good.food was very good and staff also

Nice compact garden centre, somewhat limited for choice compared to bigger centres but what there is is in nice condition, all plants and shrubs look healthy. Some little shops on site worth looking in and to top it off there is the Forest Restaurant ... great food and great service whether you want a meal or just a cup of coffee. Would I go there again - absolutely yes! Highly recommended.

We ate lunch here when passing nearby on way to North Wales. Restaurant staff are friendly. Food is superb and tasty and well presented. There is a good atmosphere and restaurant are nicely set out and decorated. Excellent. A little gem

Garden Centre pricey but, good restaurant food not taken again to pricey. They need to know they are not top class and the surroundings are not that special.

Nice friendly garden centre with a good cafe for drinks and food.
It's not very big but as it isn't one of the big chain ones I find it a nice place to visit.
There are some cabins with interesting bits and bobs by local crafts people

First visit to this garden centre, well laid out, lovely restaurant on site

I needed a good pot to plant a plant with my parents ashes inside, the lady was so helpful. You never know what's going on in people's lives to show care like she did was lovely.

This place has changed a lot since our last visit. The garden centre has really inviting displays within the internal sales area and a good selection of plants and garden essentials outside. There are log cabins with a wide range of products from independent traders around the external sales area from Jacuzzi's to ice cream. Try the new Forest restaurant for coffee and a lot more, plenty of veggi and gluten free offerings and all food prepared and cooked fresh on the premises.

Called in for coffee with a friend,cakes were calling us so we answered! Took another friend for same and have booked for lunch,nice surroundings,cake delicious so have high expectations for lunch,on sure we won't be disappointed. Very nice staff.

Great place for small businesses and gifts. Not as many plants as you might expect from your 'usual' garden centre but a great mix. Lovely tea room too.

Visited restaurant for Sunday lunch with veggie daughter and baby. Nothing too much trouble. Good friendly service and delicious food. Also excellent choice of plants and clothing. Can't wait to go back.

Very depressing...!most of the small outlets are shut everyone shuffling round following the one way system and after all that, they hadn't got what we wanted...

Since new owners wonderful updating and new things all round. Love the cabins and the different types of products available. The tea cabin is wonderful homemade cakes to die for.

Wonderful garden centre. Newly opened Restaurant is lovely and food is excellent. Lots of little shops and very friendly staff. I highly recommend it. It's definitely worth a visit lots of gift ideas for Xmas.
