Waiter was great..... but the food was horrible. The chicken fried steak was more like a frozen "meat" Pattie. The gravy was cold, the eggs seemed to be out the bag and not the carton very bland, the pancakes were good but the syrup had the same thickness as a soda.

This is the 3rd time we've been here and had a disgusting experience. Ordered strawberry banana French toast and the bananas were practically rotten! When I pointed it out, The waitress said, "they all look like that", as if it is normal for them. She did not offer to rectify it or even get the manager. I even took a picture of the bananas, but I can't seem to post them on here. We will NOT be back.

Food was so-so, one of our omelettes was overcooked, the kitchen did send out a very good replacement. However, service was pretty terrible. Waitress was nowhere to be seen and we had to ask for a small cup for my 2 year old 4 times before she remembered to bring one.

Meets expectations - restaurant is clean, hosts are friendly, portions are generous and prices are fair. Menu has the typical breakfast diner fare. Kids menu has servings appropriate for older children, 5 and under will be satiated splitting an order. Cooked to order items come out correctly. Food is perfectly satisfying as warm comfort. Will happily return.

Terrible service. The couple waiting in line in front of me had waited so long for someone to take their check that they just left without paying. And who is blame them? I waited twenty minutes to pay my bill when it was just a complete waste of money. Definitely will not be back.

We read that this place had bad customer service and that it was slow but thought it couldn t be THAT bad. Well we were wrong - it took 40 minutes from the minute we walked in to when our drinks arrived. The first 20 minutes we were there we were ignored by everyone. Our waitress was flustered the whole time, obviously very stressed. We weren t offered straws or any condiments, all our food was wrong and missing items. The table next to us received even worse service and the manager came and spoke to them and offered not to charge them for their food, however we had no communication by anyone as to what was going on. After our meals were served our waitress disappeared and never returned. We wanted dessert so we had to grab the attention of someone, and he got our order wrong also. It was worse than we ever could have imagined!

We left when they could not accommodate sitting us at a table instead of a booth (tables were empty). We did wait 10 minutes or so at their request but it appeared a much longer wait was in store .... 1 mile away is the Moonlight Diner who seated us immediately and made a killer great breakfast!

After waiting an hour for food, we walked out. The staff was yelling at each other. Our server couldn't get orders straight. The phone rang, and rang and no one answered it. The front desk was abandoned most of the time with the entire staff hiding in the back. One server was doing double duty cooking in the kitchen. Total chaos. Really sad.

If you looking to order pies for the hoildays, avoid this location. I had reserved pies for pick up. And when i went to pick them up. I was forgotten about. I was standing at a empty counter for about 10 minutes thinking they were looking for my pies.
Then when i asked what was going on. They look at me like they didnt know what i was talking about. To find out, know one was getting my pies.
After about another 10 minutes and a line building, they finally got my pies. 20 minutes later i had pies.
Definitely avoid this location.

Long wait to be seated. Had difficulty being seated as 2 previous tables were dirty. (Not by my standards...by the wait staff)
Salad was good, however...homemade ranch dressing was NOT mixed and contained chunks of powder.

Being this close to the airport means you have to be prepared to run people in and run people out.

I left money on the table because there was a line of at least 10 people waiting to leave.

Sorry but I will not be eating here again.

This location has gone severely downhill. I have been going to this restaurant 2 to 3 times a week for 3 years. I used to go for the people, but they can no longer hold a staff. Needless to say, everyone there knows us by name. Today, we arrived at 6:45 for a table of two and the restaurant was about half-full at best. We sat for over 15 minutes and were never so much as acknowledged by a staff member. Patty, the manager, walked by at least 2 times and did not even make eye contact. Edgar, the general manager, was also there but did not appear to be working at all. I observed two waitresses covering the half-full restaurant. After over 15 minutes, we left and went down the street to Ruby Tuesday where we had a much better experience.

Went there for breakfast today and it was busy. Had to wait a while but it wasn't too bad.

Waitress unfortunately was a bit slow and took a while to fulfill everyone's order. Had to remind het about it. Also had to ask for the refills and she ended up just bringing the big pitchers for us to refill ourselves. The O.J. Wad very watered down.

Awful, dry, browned, scrambled eggs. Pancakes dripping in oil. Hard to get waited on. Only go there if you have plenty of time to wait, even when it's not busy there. And only if you like bad food. Waste of money.

One of the best places to go for a customizable breakfast. I'm 99% sure my grandma is the cook back there. Who else would let me order sausage links, country ham, a gravy-covered chicken strip, and fried bologna on the same plate?

So disappointed this is my neighborhood Village Inn. When it first opened it was awesome. It seems like they cant get good management or staff to run in. Always either short stuffed, kitchen is behind or food comes out cold. Went for the last time today.

Horrible service. Took 20 mins just to get water and another 50 to get my order. Waitresses are nowhere to be seen and management is lazy and inconsiderate. Food was mediocre. It wasn't busy there on a Wednesday morning. Will NOT come here again.

Great restaurant for breakfast food!! I arrived around 6pm and in the mood for breakfast. An amazing menu with lots of good options. I had the veggie omelet with multigrain pancakes. But the best thing are the employees. They are friendly, helpful, attentive and very customer service oriented. Isaac was my waiter and he was great!! I wish I got the name of the host as he was multitasking various duties and assisting customers. Great experience!! Will definitely return when in the area.

Whether you're stopping in for a quick bite or settling in for a leisurely meal with friends or family, Village Inn is the perfect place to satisfy your hunger for life's simple pleasures.

One of the things that sets Village Inn apart from other restaurants is its commitment to using only high-quality ingredients in its dishes. From fresh-baked pies made daily on-site to hand-cracked eggs used in breakfast dishes, every item on the menu is made with care and attention to detail.

Speaking of breakfast, it's no secret that Village Inn serves up some of the best breakfast options around. From classic favorites like pancakes and waffles to more unique offerings like omelets stuffed with fresh veggies or savory meats, there's something for everyone at this popular restaurant chain.

From hearty sandwiches piled high with premium meats and cheeses to flavorful salads packed with fresh veggies and toppings, there's no shortage of delicious choices on this menu.

And let's not forget about dessert! As mentioned earlier, Village Inn bakes all its pies fresh daily on-site using only premium ingredients. Whether you're craving something sweet like apple pie or something more indulgent like chocolate cream pie or coconut cream pie (just to name a few), you won't be disappointed by what this restaurant has to offer.

In addition to great food and friendly service, another thing that makes Village Inn stand out from other restaurants is its commitment to giving back to local communities. Through various charitable initiatives such as fundraising events or donations made directly by individual locations themselves (such as donating pies during Thanksgiving), this company truly cares about making a positive impact wherever it operates.

Overall, if you're looking for a place where you can enjoy great-tasting food served up by friendly staff in a comfortable environment - all while supporting an organization committed both quality ingredients AND community involvement - then look no further than your local Village Inn location!
