My omelette was inside out and my coffee was watery (or the grounds were used twice). I was not impressed.
Good for a quick bite, service is good, management is great.
Ordered a French dip sandwich...the roast beef was thin and dry and then they forgot to include au jus in the takeout.Pie was good..sandwich..not so much..
Outstanding Randell it's one of the best servers there always the best service period! We drive from Bennett to go eat there
I didn't realize racism still existed so abundantly in the US until i ate here. Will not be returning. Terrible service. Mediocre food and rude waitresses.
Super fast service, waitress was great her name is deven
Food was good. Service above average but nothing really stood out as extraordinary. Typical VI.
First off, our server, Samantha, was really great. As for the rest of our experience we were completely dissatisfied. We usually eat at a Village Inn in Tampa and the food there is 10 times better than what we experienced at this Denver location. Not only that, serve people real syrup! I can get the same kind of food at Cracker Barrel for the same price, but better quality.
Service very good, but food really wasnt good this visit for breakfast. Been there before and was fine. Got chicken fried steak skillet. Potatoes dry, eggs overcooked, steak seemed not fresh with weird old grease flavor?
was very disappointed service was slow, food only ok
Came to Denver for work related so I stay @ a hotel nearby the Denver Airport where I then decided to have breakfast at the Village Inn after having an early flight. Mickey, the guy in the front, was amazing. He was very sweet, provided friendly smile& after all was a great experience with him. Edgar, general manager, seem to be a bit rude to him and him being a general manager shouldn t be treating his employee poorly! :( especially not in front of customers. Overall good food & good experience. Eggs were amazing! Just the way I asked!
Good food except there s always not enough servers. It s Sunday the current time is 8pm my family and I, also a family in front of us had to wait 20-30 min to sit. When inside their was only 4 tables eating. Next time please have more servers, this is my second experience in this location we re we had problems because of no servers.
It is like any other Village Inn. The food and the service was decent (except for my wife'shashbrowns). However, towards the end of the meal, our waitress was more and more scarce. She had placed down our bill with our meal and didn't say anything about it.
When we finally flagged her down, we asked about paying the bill. She had this snide comment as if something was wrong. That attitude alone almost made me forfeit her tip, but we just greatly reduced it.
Good was good but the waitress sucked and the host rolled his eyes when he greeted people. I won't be back
Ok food at best but was cold, literally the worst service I have ever had from Ivonne never checked on us I literally couldn't even get a to go box
The food was great. Excellent pies and the service was the best..
Great pancakes and you can watch the NFL while you're there
Very nice and clean the food was good and the service was quick
I had a minor problem with my meal and both my server, Xavier, and the manager, Patty, went way above and beyond on their customer service! Both were friendly, caring and helpful.
Great staff. They were very welcoming and very engaging. The food was perfect and quick.
Service here is at most times very good. The food is above what one would expect at a restaurant like this. I've eaten here several times and will continue to do so. Enjoy!!!
Quick friendly service and quality food. Crepes were delicious and bacon was perfect.
Rather slow. Food was OK. Service was slow. So slow a party of 3 who both ordered and arrived ten minutes later received there food before my party of 4. Clean facility.
Great restaurant for quick breakfast or lunch and very near the airport.
This use to be a good place to get breakfast, but sad to say no more. Slimy bitter ice tea, took forever to get food and they were not busy. Got order wrong but when called politely to attention of server, just a shrug! Go to the Village Inn at Southlands as at least the food and service is much better.
Excellent Night manager and night wait staff super friendly. Enjoy my hamburger thanks
Crowded but worth the wait staff is super nice.and food us good.
I've never had a problem here I actually love them food and it's on time you won't be waiting very long if at all. The servers can be a little busy so you might have to grab another server's attention but it's still nice.
You have got to try the pie.
WOW
The food was decent, our server was very friendly and attentive. He was great. I was a little surprised at how long it took us to actually get seated as there were multiple open tables. I don't know if the hostess was new but she did not seem to know or want to seat people without a server telling her where to put them.
Great place to have a bite and not break the bank. Friendly staff. Typical diner setting.
Classic comfort and breakfast foods with a friendly staff and great service
The food was good and staff was great. Very friendly.
We went at an off time food was good menu was limited staff were great
Our server was amazing! He was fast friendly took time to make sure we were taken care of!
Love the breakfast skillets and free pie Wednesday.
Took over an hour, and everything came out undercooked. On top of it all we didn't get any sort of discount. Its a shame because we usually love Village Inn.
Clean restaurant, close to DIA, with pretty fast service. Staff was friendly and the food was fresh (not reheated I mean). Only bad part was both pie options that the kid wanted were out I think this is a VI requirement, so no stars off for that. Would definitely recommend for a quick refuel before or after a flight.
Good food. Took a little while to get a table. this is a popular site since there are a lot of hotels around. Bree was very courteous and we had a great time
It was a great place to stop and eat after our trip
I was there Friday morning waiting to check out. The cashier Patricia was not in a good mood she was rude to a Hispanic women as well as a black man. as soon as I got up to the counter her attitude changed I do not know whether she is prejudiced or in a bad mood I won t be returning, her customer service is awful. Train your employees to have ethics and morals . I Won t be returning! I will also launch a complaint to the BBB .
Mom & Pop feel in a chain of restaurants. Food is always good & plentiful, even Senior meals, with free piece of freshly baked pie (yummy)with order on Wednesday afternoon & evening. If I try something unfamiliar & am not impressed; the server has pleasantly replaced it to my satisfaction. Try it for sure!
Our waitress, Ivonne, was excellent! Fast, friendly service!
The evening mgr is/was very rude and told us that he couldn't seat us(2 adults) due to they closed in 1hr. I told him that we were just ordering coffee and pie and he still said no and carry out only!?!?
It's your standard village inn, took care of me at 6 AM after driving to the airport. Top notch service. Staff is very attentive and takes care of you.
There are much better village inn's, a bit greasy... Waiter was great.
The ultimate breakfast was good, but not exceptional. It was pretty standard breakfast fare. A little greasy but still good.
Strawberry crepe was excellent. It had just the right blend of sweet and creamy. Another positive was that The servers were friendly.
I wouldnt drive out of my way but if you are close and in the mood for breakfast or light dinner, it's a good choice.
Could've been better. Food was cold due to there weren't enough servers. However, the one who served me and the host, did ther best.
Cook loves his job. Shows in his food. He made a repeat customer out of me and I'm generally IHOP faithful.
The customer service is great, the food is ok. It's perfect if you're looking for a quick breakfast.
This location can get pretty busy, but the staff are pretty fast and can get you seated and eating pretty fast.
Our last visit we had an awesome server who made the experiance great.
This locatiin has the same menu as all other Village Inn's, but its location in proximity to Denver International Airpot is very convientant for getting a moderately priced meal on the way to the airport.
The potato pancakes they added a few years ago were an amazing addition. I just ate a green chili Benedict on potato pancakes and I was very happy with it. As always, the staff was friendly and efficient. Always a good choice!
Delicious Food, great service, mind-blowing pies.
Our server, Sam was excellent. The food was great. My Ultimate Skillet was filling. Try it with multigrain pancakes. The Grown Up Grilled Cheese was a nice twist on a classic. And the cherry pie? O.M.G.
I met an old friend for breakfast. I have not been to a village in since I have moved away from the Denver area and I was a little disappointed with the service this time. I would have enjoyed getting some additional ice tea and having my plate cleared once I finished my meal. Just because you have dropped the bill off at the table, does not mean that you should ignore your guest.
I was pretty pleased with the food. I had the California skillet. The hollandaise sauce and an over easy egg made the perfect sauce for the potatoes and veggies. There was a little water in the bottom of the serving place from the vegetables that made the bottom runny and not at its very best.
Kimberly was amazing!! Always so friendly and made sure we had everything we needed!!Food was great too!!
Free pie Wednesday was great. Food was great too. Table service was efficient and on time.
Although the dish I ordered was too oily/fatty it was very good. Service wise was extremely slow. I wouldn't have minded if I didn't have a flight to catch though!
Its okay, I always feel that when you go on a sunday they try to rush you out. I know its bust but once I am sitting if I want to rake my time I shouldn't feel hurried.
When I do go on evenings or less busy day I really do enjoy it there. They are friendly food is good. I do think coffee is over priced. But overall good.
