Went for a viewing today and the agent turned up late and without a key for the property that she was supposed to show me. She said she's going to get the key from the office (which was 5 minutes away) and will be back shortly; told her we will be waiting for her but after waiting for 30 minutes we gave up and left. A "nice" waste of time as a first contact.

Rented with them for 3 years no repairs were done and no eviction notice given and just kicked me out and kept all my belonging don't ever use these unless you wanna be homeless without any thing

No gas safety checks completed, meaning tenants must guess if their gas installation is safe.

The worst home agency ever. Full of ignorance and rude staff! 9 month of waiting for serious repairs!!! Keep away from this agency

I've had very good experience with these people. One star off because the house was dirty when we moved in (old mould), however, we asked to rush the move in date so may have effected the cleanliness. Also was miscommunication on signing initial paperwork. But, 5 stars for repairs department who has been very prompt and attentive to all repair needs. Don't know what was going on before, but the team has definitely improved and deserves more than stars listed on their current reviews.

Renting a flat with them. They're flexible and understanding with payments. Fixing the household supplies really quick after the phone call (usually within a day!). The attitude sometimes not the strength point of their customer service but to be honest it is very rare when I need to call them. I can recommend them.

Stay away from this letting agents, so unprofessional. We waited weeks for a response waiting to find out about a house that we put paperwork through for. They proceeded to tell us that they would call us back on a certain day to let us know if we got the house, and every time we ring in for an update the staff are so rude and just tell us to call back. Still waiting weeks later with no response from them, and my lease is up on the current house next month so have had to go somewhere else to sort a house. It is as if they don't want any business at all. Terrible attitude from staff.

Did not rent from company and looking at other reviews am glad about that. Even trying to look at one of their properties was a terrible experience, Michelle turned up 15 minutes late, no apology and knew absolutely nothing about the place! Like others have said, best to avoid
