I dealt with Michelle Lee. You had sent me or I had gone to several people, trying to get a loan started on a Friday. Michelle called me on a Monday and she got the ball rolling. On Tuesday I mailed all my papers in. The other loan officers, not necessarily your company, didn't call me back until Wednesday. One loan officer I don't know what company it was, told me I have bad credit, because I was one month behind on my house payment, and they were negative, Because for this mistake with a credit bureau he told me that one of them could get me straightened out if I pay them $100 a month for 5 months "and then we'll look into it.". It turned out it wasn't even right it was a late payment in 2017. if these men had known what I've been through with the ups and downs at my job, the politicians, the last few years have been hard. Ms. Lee.was very helpful, professional, nice, explained everything, and in one day we did all the work paperwork for a loan i need now. I would recommend her to anyone. Loan Depot is efficient and user friendly processing refi loan

I 've been buying mortgage leads for many years. The quality of leads here is much superior to anything I experience before. Joshua is a great help getting me the leads I need to focus on. FreeRateUpdate has the best return of my investment.

Misleading advertising, they will just funnel your information to other lenders, and you will end up with many sites and companies emailing you.... I had an ad from them through my gmail, it said rates as low as 2.9%, you go to the link, put your information, then it leads you to other websites, where you have to put the same information over and over, and you end up with so many emails from different companies..... not what I signed up for

I have used Patrick Cunningham and Free Rate Update since 2015. They are by far my most cost effective means of marketing. The leads are super high quality and the live transfers are fantastic sales opportunities. The service is great. They are very receptive to my input and responsive on the rare occasions that there is ever a problem. Do not allow this company to use your social security they will run your credit report so many times. that will bring your credit score down. And when you call to have them remove you from their list they hang up on you. Very unprofessional

My loan officer Eric has been professional and efficient in working with me. He been able to work up a refinance package with a much better mortgage rate than my soon-to-be-former company (that "Q" one) was offering, and I couldn't be happier with my mortgage product and the service I've experienced through loanDepot up to this point.
