SCAMMERS - AVOID COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

I would leave ZERO stars if I could



It is now May 22nd, and guess what? We have STILL NOT RECEIVED the certificate. Below are the excuses provided

1. Electrician is "busy and will be working through His long list this week"

2. "Electrician has hurt his hand so is off sick"

3. "Electrician has handed his notice in"

4. "It is 5pm and we are closing - get back to you tomorrow" - never heard back

they are ignoring all contact / emails

I am pursuing legal action

Had a leak in my kitchen and needed fixing ASAP. Georgia managed to get me an appointment quickly and kye came to find and fix the leak within the hour. Will be letting my friends know of their promopt and professional service

Had a boiler service done
Got report back the same day. Engineer came early, and the booking was made for the next day after I called.

Came on time and really helpful - Would 100% recommend

Promised to send an engineer at 8am but he did not turn up until 3pm without any furthet update. Don't get tricked by a cheapet quote.

Was left without heating very unexpectably and with young children I needed someone out quickly, thanks to bianca she got me an appointment booked quickly and now all is fixed. Would 100% recommend

Horrible company, completely dishonest. Stole my money and refused to do the job. Refused to refund, pursing in court.

Shameful company. Taking advantage of emergency call-outs. I explained my issue to the person on the phone. Called back to make sure they carry basic materials to fix common toilet issues. They require payment upfront. The plumber shows up More
