Family hotel, fantastic entertainment, large rooms and we were 4, grammed pools and children's entertainment

Great for families with plenty of entertainment, the hotel's various services are flawless in terms of hospitality, cleanliness and good humor. The catering is impeccable, very varied and for all tastes! We had a lavish stay and will be going back as soon as possible.

Great attention from waiters, reception, entertainment, making special mention to the chef Pedro as well as the girl who made the room Diane great workers, we will repeat this experience, good work chic @ s.

Our stay at the hotel is being very satisfactory. The room very spacious and comfortable.
The attention at reception, restaurant, excellent snack area and very good treatment to the guest.
Wide opening hours at the buffet (Breakfast 7: 30-10: 30, Lunch 13: 00-15: 00, Dinner (summer time) 19: 00-22: 00).

To the only thing that I put a but it is to the coffee, it is not good. But I still put 5 stars.

I've not bin yet but looking for a winter brake and this place looks fab.around October time end off the month.can anyone give me anymore feed back on this place.

Brilliant place. Not sure why this is only a three star hotel, it's one of the best I've ever been to. The food is absolutely fantastic. The staff are really friendly and helpful and the facilities are spot on.

All of 10. The all-inclusive is very good. But what I value most about the hotel are the employees, especially the animation team Marco, Roberto and Casandra, thanks for being how you are. The service staff very attentive and friendly.

If I could give no stars I would !!! 1st of all I will start with the good bits!! Lovely play area and pool for kids the hotel is clean and tidy and staff all great.... now it s all inclusive only luckily we only booked for 3 days... after eating 2 breakfasts and 1 evening meal my little boy eat prawns and then had milkshake much later in the evening... we then had to spend the next day and a half in our room... as he had food poisoning he was sick lots and had diarrhoea also... so not a great experience! I had to go to super market for some beers as I couldn t drink there s!! The rooms are very 1990s like and beds uncomfortable and pillows awful the bath towels stink damp!! Loose plug sockets and some didn t work... god knows where all these good reviews are coming from!? Maybe used to butlins or something!! Sorry to be so negative put not much positive to talk about!! 0 stars can t wait to move on........and in response to the hotels reply..... my son spent more than 20 in hopspital of which the hotels doctor recommended us to go to!! He was in a&e for app 8hrs then moved to a ward after having to pay 2000 euros as this was a private hospital and would not accept our insurance or our euro cards!! When the blood tests came back the doctor at the hospital told my partner my son had food poisoning... so we have not made this up my son was well before we came on holiday or we would never of left the uk with a sick child.., the hotel have not seen any doctors reports as we were advised by a friend in the island who lives here not to show anything and let his lawyer deal with the situation....

Really good all inclusive, great food options, although a little short on vegetarian, but I still founds things to put together. The homemade pasta sauce is great.

Spectacular hotel to enjoy with the family, the treatment of the unbeatable staff very attentive and pleasant. Very clean and the Buffet very varied and rich.

Really friendly and family oriented hotel, the best part were the staff in the kids club and entertainment. I enjoyed the food every night. Pools are not as warm but on a hot day it seems fine even for the kiddies.

The hotel is good. There are two girls who speak Russian. But there are almost no Russians. Good animators. The food is also good. There is always enough. They also arrange intermediate snacks at the bar. Near shopping center. A gray sand beach within walking distance. 20 minutes. In the evenings, entertainment programs and competitions. It is preferable to speak English, German or Spanish.

Start of catastrophic stay, the director was listening and found a solution for our comfort. Hotel very pleasant (despite work during our presence). Some rooms are very large and modern, others much less. The establishment is suitable for children (mini club, swimming pool with games of water, small square, entertainment in the evening with great animators.) The staff is very friendly and available All inclusive formula, the meals are good, many choices. .

The perfect hotel for families with young children. Entertainment from 11am until 11pm every day, food plentiful and great show cooking. Would definitely return.

Perfect hotel for families, friendly service and impressive food

Best hotel I've been to in Europe!!! Even extended the stay with 5 days. The entertainment team is awsome, especially Roberto. Football games at 12, waterpolo around 4, shows and theatre with the guests in the evening. And the food is amazing as well! I Would give more stars but 5 is the maximum:p

Beautiful structure has various swimming pools for children, therefore the Council for Families. We were a group of 14 people and we had fun the animation was fantastic Antonella Ciccio and Roberto very good a perfect team a little less was the. Iacuzzi because the. Temperature. It didn't exceed 32 degrees so it was cold for me to do it only once. The next time I will certainly book I will no longer choose the room with iacuzzi cmq all in all we had a great time the staff were very good and courteous for any problem they made available. The cleaning women are also courteous and kind .. If I would go back? Surely

Very friendly staff, amazing room and hot tub! Wasn't overly busy and could always get near the pool. Best get there early for a sunbed though! Entertainment was good and great atmosphere for children. Good children's club too!

Very bad structure, low quality food with always the same things ...... Inadequate room cleaning, something was always missing and sometimes they even forgot to clean it.
Many of the staff do not live up to anyone even rude.
The few good things are the animation, good and always smiling, something that the rest of the staff lacked.
I do not recommend this hotel for a stay in Tenerife will ruin the holiday and you throw solid as it happened to us.

They were 10 wonderful groups, Thanks Vincenzo the whole reception, Roberto, Ciccio all the animation guys, Davide, a special thank you for the cleaning women. The treatment is unbeatable, attentive and helpful. The rooms very comfortable. A downside that I put and it bothers me is that the all-inclusive are not first brands, you are paid .... go bad baylis I took ... but I do not want to remove the great value and for children that this hotel has. We love

Little cleanliness, in the rooms and enclosure of the pool there were many cockroaches. Little variety in the buffet for children. The animation totally focused on English (full shows in English, not bilingual), the miniclub with no activity, the monitors / little close.
Applause for the kindness of the reception team as well as the bar and restaurant. It does not meet the 4 stars and I would not recommend it.

4 star hotel ideal for families with children, or for couples who want to spend a romantic weekend in a room with jacuzzi on the outside terrace.
Buffet quite complete, aunq logically, with basic dishes that are repeated, ideal for the youngest of the family.
Several pools and different environments. Enough games and animation.
The staff lovely, friendly and always outstanding.
The cleanliness of the room tb is good. Some rooms have a kitchen, living room and bedroom with access to the terrace towards the private Jacuzzi.
In front of the hotel, there is a shopping center where you can walk.
Highly recommended, I will repeat

It is already my fourth stay at the magnificent Tagoro family hotel located in Costa Adeje, without a doubt next year it will be the fifth.
I remember other years Mexican food and Italian day with great affection, this year in that sense they have been less attentive. Even so, it is a week that I rest in great weather with magnificent service and incredible personal attention !!!

Always nice It is a hotel especially focused on family stay. I always treat nice and a cozy place. Very good experience. Worth it

I am a returning customer of the hotel having stayed in the 5* one on Lazarote before. This time it was a disappointment on the following 3 basis:
1. One morning we arrived at the restaurant at 7:20 AM, the door was open, so we got in and put food on our plate. Now this guy in black came over and asked us to stop as the restaurant was open from 7:30 AM. We were then asked to go up to the reception to ask for permission. By the time we got back in it was 7:25. It was not our problem that the door was open, and it was only a few mins til the opening of the restaurant. Plus we got food on the plate already! We felt we were humiliated!!!!
2. Flies in restaurant, and sometimes on the buffet stand.
3. Ants and bugs in the toilet sink area, non-stop.

A hotel with good facilities to go with family. Merlin room very spacious. Breakfast and good food, but dinner is great. The shows very entertaining and the pools very comfortable and clean. Close to the beach and Siam Park. A but, the rooms need a little maintenance but it is somewhat secondary.

2.Restaurant with a flexible schedule from breakfast to snack a spectacular event.
3.Restaurant food In my opinion the best quality and varied food that I have ever tasted in a hotel of this type, congratulations to the kitchen staff.
4. Polite waiters very attentive and involved. One last.

Ideal if you go with children because they have great facilities, entertainment and mini club for them. We liked it, the facilities very well, the food quite good and varied, and especially the staff, spectacular. From the reception staff, the super friendly assistant director, the super attentive restaurant staff, the entertainment ... all. It shows that there is a great team, and that treatment in the end makes a difference. Congratulations, we repeat for sure!

Excellent staff, the facilities need a repasillo, some room is very past. In any case, the staff more than compensates for the necessary improvements.

I was with my family last weekend. My grandson is allergic to milk protein and can not eat the ice cream that was in the buffet.
But the restaurant staff was in charge of buying soy ice cream for him, who "put on his boots". And they informed us, with much professionalism and kindness, of the things that I could eat there. Thank you.
The rooms, very spacious and great. Refrigerator, microwave and kettle for children's meals. We will be back.

A great place for families with children, clean apartments cleaned daily with heated pool water, very nice staff and delicious food. To the beach 1300m taxi from the beach to the hotel 4 euros. Or a free bus from the hotel.
