Food and facilities are OK. But there were some flies in the room and the canteen , which was a concern. The room we lived were very noisy at night with karaoke from the bar downstairs and the pooling noise until midnight.
Great all inclusive resort. Looked nearly renovated and had great food for every meal of the day. All the staff was super friendly and helpful with any questions we had. Would highly recommend using this resort as your family holiday in Tenerife.

Food was lovely, plenty of variety. Staff were really friendly and couldn't do enough for you. Rooms were cleaned to a high standard daily. Hot tub was awesome. Free bus to the beach and back to the hotel hourly. We are a family of four with 2 teenage kids. Facilities were great. Would highly recommend
Very nice resort. Rooms are really nice. We had the one with the hot tub / jacuzzi on the balcony. Nice calm and peaceful by the main pool with some activities if you want to get involved. Also have a kids splash pool over the other side of the complex. Downside was TV signal was not working properly and little ants at night coming into the room.

We had a good weekend although the food and the quality of the food leaves much to be desired, as well as the attention of the service.
If it is true that for children it is great, it has good attractions for children and good entertainment, seeing the children that if they had a good time, it is worth it, but the hotel leaves to be desired for the food, the quality, the rooms ..., we stayed in a special of children that cost more expensive because it was decorated especially for children, with play status and games, these games were very old that no 10-year-old child wants them and the room is quite old.
Really enjoyed the holiday! Spacious rooms, which in my opinion were well maintained. Staff were always friendly and able to help you if needed. It is well central with a reasonable number of stores around it. Good place to stay!

Honestly, I still do not understand how this hotel has the face to say that they have 4 stars, ... I was this Christmas and I did not like it at all. Very bad and little all-inclusive food. The food at the pool hours is absurdly small compared to other hotels, the burgers and the bad dogs and all a bit dirty everywhere. The services such as miniature golf, basketball and horrible tennis ... there is no light in the tennis, the basketball net is in a corner, on a badly hung wall and the miniature golf is better not to name it because it is the most horrible thing that has been seen.
That said ... the price is too high to stay in a hotel that is very far from the beach, you have to go by car or public transport, walking is a utopia.

Lovely place to stay, all inclusive is good, they do fun activitys throughout the day, a football pitch with a lovely view, multi choices of buffet food and free wifi but the lunch time food at the bar isn't suggested
The treatment of the staff and their attention is excellent. The rooms are spacious and functional. The food, although there is not a great variety, is very good. We repeat the same hotel for the third time.

Great hotel, everywhere was always clean, food was OK/Good, plenty of variety for food, some things were a bit bland though but they do change alot of the dishes each day so there is always something there to try. Entertainment was good and so was the pool area, staff are very friendly.
We have just stayed in this hotel, and the truth leaves to be desired ... The food always the same, is to the taste of the foreigner and not of the Spanish always fried, and especially for fatal children, there should be more variety for my taste. In the dining room I have seen cockroaches, from what I understand that there should be health, because there are cockroaches there is dirt. The show for children well, but not at dinner time, you should look to change the schedule. The only thing that has good, is the attention, starting with the room service, how is the restaurant, and reception ... It is the only favorable point. As more so for comment, dena q desired.

In times of covid it is not admitted to have to move around with tongs at the buffet, as a snack there was not even yogurt and cakes.
Time between mini disco and the night show cannot be 40m, at least put music for the kids or a video as there is a screen on stage.
Shower gel only appeared on the penultimate night before only shampoo
The entertainment staff are wonderful especially nurra . All staff were friendly helpful . The food was wonderful with a great variety to choose from. The reception staff were terrific. In fact the holiday Could not have been better

My experience has been very good, I treat very well on the part of the employees, very well and clean rooms, acceptable animation. Very good and varied food. And a special mention for the receptionist Mr. Gonzalo who works in the night shift, excellent worker to highlight pir the human and close treatment offered at my arrival with my 7 year old son at 4:00 in the morning, accommodating us Quick way and the same time that we prepared a picnic to eat something. Attitudes such as Mr. Gonzalo magnify hotels like the Tagoro. Congratulations to the Management for having the good fortune to have such professional and at the same time human workers. We will repeat a hug.

Love this hotel, staff are great, food and drink very varied, even have proper food for vegetarians not just carrots or sprouts.

Family week at the top. Ideal for children 5 and 10 years old. Surprise and sweets on the child's birthday in the bedroom. So cute. Very helpful staff and all smiling. Top service. Buffet with choice and very very correct quality. Great breakfast. Quiet room with spa on the ground floor despite the shopping center. Swimming pool not closed, take care of children. Otherwise there is a special corner for them. Far from the beach but shuttle to the hotel but you have to rent a car because the north of the island is splendid. Very efficient reception to reserve the Park and the bikes and all the advice. Very authentic massages ... Thank you it was great we will come back
