Wonderful the animation with the kids and the staff of the restaurant and the pool bar unbeatable. We will repeat

The hotel is in poor condition, we asked for a superior room with a double bed and they did not inform us that they were two 90 beds joined by a mattress, which offer zero comfort and also do not have sheets to sleep well on them. (Later when we complain, they tell us, according to the director, that they do not have double beds in the hotel).
We forgot our son's swimsuit and they told us they were going to check and they did not return our call (we did not get it back).
The buffet food is acceptable, but they do not respect the individual repackaging, with which many products are touched by children and adults.

Magnificent hotel to go with the family, excellent food, quality in the service of all the staff, spacious and comfortable rooms ..... we will repeat !!!

Great family hotel with large sunny swimming pool. There are kids space where you can leave ur younger ones there for most of the day :). Food and drinks are inclusive and fantastic.

Lovely holiday resort with friendly staff. The pool was never too busy. It was just unlucky that we ended up with an apartment that overlooked the tennis courts, so our balcony was a cage. The food was amazing, giving lots of options as a buffet. Can only suggest that they clearly identify vegetarian dishes. Can't wait to go again, though.

Great entertainments team, spacious family rooms and clean throughout. Menu was a bit repetitive but very good quality and choice, large pool and plenty little games area for kids to play, also the splash pool came in handy for a change to the usual pool. Would definitely go back .

They don't have enough hammocks for everyone and there is a fight in the morning

First time I stayed in a place like this, all inclusive, good facilities, good food and very good entertainment, several pools for adults and children. Made less plus umbrellas and beds somewhat more comfortable. Exquisite staff attention.

Nice hotel, but the music is to much (whole day) and to loud. The cleaning of the rooms and the swimming pool area could be better. There is a life guard but he is almost always sitting at his desk near the podium and not watching the pool. The food quality could be better, the meat, fish and french fries where overcooked and the vegetables where undercooked, also more spices can be used as the food was bland and had little taste. However the staff and other personal where very friendly!!!

Very good! It's the second time we spent a few days in this hotel, the rooms with jacuzzi without ideals. I do not give the 5 stars because the beds are a bit uncomfortable for the rest, the shows, the food, the treatment of the personal.

We are on the last day of our vacation at the Tagoro family in Tenerife located in Costa Adeje. Family hotel with excellent treatment by its workers. Here I have to make a special review to Cristian in the pool area, Fran in the restaurant, Ivan in the reception and Roberto and Cassandra in the animation team. This is the second time I have spent a week on vacation at this hotel and, for sure, I will repeat. The restaurant offers quality and if you like Chinese food, the Chinese chef they have is a true artist. I never know what to choose because everything is exquisite. As a negative point I would say that I found more dirt than last year, especially in the pool area. The cleaning service does its job but they can not work miracles if people do not have an education and they leave everything behind. Despite this, it is a highly recommended hotel if you are looking for quality, humanity and closeness in the treatment and fun. In fact, the animation team has incorporated more water activities that make children and adults are entertained all day

Great place to stay for families with children. The food is different every day. All inclusive is worth it. Lots of space and very nice rooms.

If your idea is to find a hotel to be able to go with young children, I doubt you will find something better. Pools prepared for parents and children, notable meals, entertainment for everyone, children park, kids club .... All inclusive of the best we have found. We will return for sure.

Above all, the cleanliness and the personal treatment.

Firstly, in our room the air conditioning did not work and secondly I have been in hotels with less stars and the food is better. Food is low quality and soft drinks are not soft drinks and all drinks are low quality and alcohol the same. For the price it is exaggerated for the quality of the hotel and there is no protection against Covid, just a little gel in some parts and the children's events, the cheerleaders without masks and when entering the hotel they did not take our temperature. The only good thing about it was the jacuzzi, although it was somewhat dirty with strange residues and hair.
Disappointing.

Friendly staff, lovely and clean spacious rooms/apartment. I particularly loved the large terrace, which had table and chairs and more than enough room for 3 sunbeds. Daughter came last minute and it was no problem for her to stay with us. Food was excellent and catered for all allergies/food intolerance. I'm celiac and I just had to ask for gluten free bread, pizza and pasta. Excellent service.

We have been spoiled in the past with our first all inclusive at a Riu hotel in Mexico so our judgement is slightly skewed.
Food great, pool smaller than the photos would have you think.
Accommodation is fine but a few things like a leaky shower guard, hairs on the floor when we arrived in our room, and wee-proof mattress covers that make a right row every time you turn over in bed (sounds like a crisp packet!)
Staff are ultra friendly and helpful.

Good facilities and excellent treatment. The buffet is somewhat sparse at meals and little rotation of dishes. I was left with the desire for the most abundant child annihilation and for the children's club to work, but the coronavirus did not allow it

Good service, good and pleasant staff, facilities in general are according to their category and price, rooms leave much to be desired, outdated furniture, simple and in the case of uncomfortable sofa beds, without A / C and only one fan of ceiling in the main room. Very nice hotel. Very hospitable. Good room. Very clean. Is cleaned every day. Good food. All day long. The Mini disco is quite late for the little ones. That is only 20.15. Furthermore, well located. On a steep road though. You can walk to the beach, but the car is easier. There is also a free bus from the hotel to the city and beach.

Mainly for the staff, from the cleaning to the assistant director, going through the kitchen reception waiters, we go all, all. I would propose a micro-bus to go down to the beach.

Great for families with children, but not only

Thought I'd hit the jackpot. Cracking room with good view. Lovely food with good selection, something for everyone. Pool bar excellent with good service and nice snacks if needed. But the biggest downfall here is the entertainment. In the day it's pretty good with different activities going on but come the night it's very poor with little effort made. Apart from that lovely place and would go again.

We have been last week the whole family, the cleaning very well, the friendliness of the staff of 10, very comfortable rooms, the food for putting a but, little size of the iron for the amount of people. The girls enjoyed the animation team. recommendable

Very good cleaning, very good facilities and the lovely staff I don't give 5 stars because the food was not up to par, little variety and normal quality for a four star. We had previously been to Tagoro de Lanzarote and there is no color (it is true that the other is 5 stars). I would repeat if they improve the variety in meals a little.

We have spent 8 days here, we will repeat for sure. For children it is fun and they have a great time, it is a short walk from the beach, less than 20 minutes walk, but there is also a bus, both public and free. For the elderly they also have good animation, highlighting the work of all of them for the work of the musical, for the return to childhood, the emotion and the laughter. All the staff stands out for their exquisite treatment, attention, a friendly face at all times and great hospitality from the first day. Clean rooms, good food, pools are very good.
If I have to say something to improve, it would be to change the disposable plastic containers, both at the pool bar and in the rooms. I know it is not easy, but it is necessary. Overall, to say that we disconnected from everything, we had a great time and see you on the next visit.

My first trip to Tenerife and with a little fear of reading the opinions of few stars, but it has been a success. I have nothing to compare but from the minute one everything has been good feelings. Friendliness, close treatment, good food and good cleaning. Without a doubt, if we return to Tenerife, the resting place will be this one.

Price is somewhat high, the service is generally good, the pool is heated, here to enter is not know the digestion until you leave, the cleaning is true that when we arrived we did not get the room well cleaned, then the girls of the cleaning did the right job,

After the negative opinions read about this hotel we thought we were going to have a bad time, but quite the opposite. When we arrived, the hotel manager welcomed us and explained "the hotel rules" and how the hotel was at the time 90% national guests, they are super friendly (all the staff). The spectacular room, my 3 year old daughter would rather be in it than enjoy the pools. Of the common areas, the most surprising thing to me was that at 10 o'clock at night they disinfected playgrounds and the cleaning ladies were still working. I have to say that there is little variety of food, but it tastes good. What should be improved is the pool bar, as queues are at all hours (one waiter alone is insufficient) and more waiters in the dining room (the poor do not stop). Without further ado we hope to enjoy the hotel again! a greeting

Too many children, it looked like a kindergarten instead of a hotel, the food is not bad, the spacious rooms and the very friendly staff, the very small pool, one thing that seemed wrong to me was that they offered me a whirlpool tub, upon a clear payment and then I found out that there are people who give them free jacuzzis, which I think is very unfair or I had to pay a whirlpool bath, it was my anniversary, and others put a free jacuzzi, very bad, I do not think I'll return

Loved this place. Foods great and good selection, staff and friendly and very helpful, rooms/apartments are a good size and always kept clean. We will be going back!! The only down side is that it's on a hill, walking back from the beach is a fairly short distance, I would advise taxis for people who aren't the best walkers, I wouldn't let this put you off though. Fantastic, relaxing, friendly place!!!

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The downside to this place is the buggy access if you stayed in one of the rooms either down stairs or upstairs. We were lucky to get one close to the entrance. Food for an all inclusive was very good. The kids entertainers were fantastic with the kids.

This hotel is terrible!
We made a reservation for the family upgraded room, we got to the hotel, we found out that these rooms are located in the basement of the hotel, no window to the bedroom, it's
litterly underground.
The hotel is dirty, and the food is horrible!
No beach nearby, in the midle of a commercial area.
Stay away if you are looking for a nice holiday.

We have never been to such a shabby hotel. The furniture seems to come straight from the bulky waste. The staff often seems overwhelmed. There are better hotels in town that don't cost more. The food is bland. Since lunch is the same as in the evening, you can save yourself a meal. The only bright spots are the staff who are responsible for cleaning the rooms and the waiters in the restaurant. Conclusion: wide range of this hotel! And a big thank you to FTI for including this great hotel in your program. So I'm now also avoiding FTI.

We stayed for 10 nights for the second year I would say good hotel, super animation, mediocre cleaning (also based on the person in charge) the only advice should be renovated especially in the common areas and I would put Davide back to the pasta department to be able to eat it fresh. Anyway thanks for the holiday I wouldn't say I threw away the money as I read in other reviews.

It's the first we stay in an all inclusive hotel and this was perfect for a family with a 2 year old. From the moment we enter the hotel to the day we left all the staff we're very professional and polite. The entertainment was perfect for both adults and children and our son especially loved the baby disco. We stayed in a family superiour room and it was more then enough room for 3 people (You could easily sleep 5 or 6 people). The food in the restaurant was fantastic and Douglas (chef) in the pool bar was extremely help with our afternoon snacks. We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Tagoro and would defiantly recommend it to any family who want a lovely holiday in Tenerife. Thank you to all the Hotel Tagoro team for an awesome holiday and we will definitely be back next year.

Our 3 stay in Tenerife ... so no longer layman ... Weekly stay .... plus hot and clean pools for children, kids club with friendly service, playground and various other evening animations. The very structure of the hotel is also its great advantage - I recommend rooms on the first floor, with a large terrace, I advise against the ground floor and those on the pool side. The staff are generally kind, especially the animators and several chefs. Cultural and property reception staff. Cons - food after 4 days you have enough. There is one and the same (Only fish deserve attention), so blows culinary boredom. The cleanliness in the rooms leaves much to be desired. It is not a room fault, but rather a thorough cleaning (curtains, bed upholstery up to the stink of dust and dirt, the blankets on the beds were so disgusting that it was terrible to sit on them!). The cleaning ladies are delightful, they see that they are trying, but in a few minutes you can not clean the dirt from a few months ago. Cleanliness is estimated at 3, but only because the guests are themselves guilty !! Parents with children leave so much dirt in the restaurant that they do not want to eat. Praise for waiters who bend agile between tables. However, the location itself is not bad if you like to walk or you have a rental car. Besides, the taxi is very cheap. You can take a walk along the beach and then return to the taxi. And something extremely important is a hotel for families with children !!!! Not for a romantic getaway for two or a rest for seniors. Children are everywhere and they do what they want. Will we return rather not ... Is the price adequate for the facility and services ... no, but maybe you will have other sensations, impressions and opinions.

The highlight of the hotel is its heated pool, something to keep in mind if you go at Christmas, where at night the temperature drops.
For the rest, it did not meet my expectations: buffet with little variety, cold and distant catering staff. I did not have the feeling of welcoming other hotels.

I was pleasantly surprised in everything.We have been a week cn our daughters of 6 and 2 years, the room a luxury cn our jacuzzi and large terrace.The facilities very well maintained, the food of 10 and the staff starting x the ladies of the cleaning and finishing x the girl who received us upon arrival of 20 !! Perfect place for families , any age and fun. Very close to supermarket and beaches . The staff is phenomenal , polite and hardworking. Rooms are very clean and checked regularly . 5* plus

Everything is perfect, the attention is maximum, both the reception workers, the cooks, waiters and other hotel staff. We were impressed by the buffet, lots of variety and everything very tasty with food made instantly and very attentive. The rooms are large with the room separated from the living room, with terrace and a small piece of lawn, cleanliness is good. Being an all-inclusive I find the quality very good price ratio, ideal to come with children.This is pretty well have daytime entertainment both inside the pool and outside and night. I recommend it 100/100
