If I could give no stars I would !!! 1st of all I will start with the good bits!! Lovely play area and pool for kids the hotel is clean and tidy and staff all great.... now it s all inclusive only luckily we only booked for 3 days... after eating 2 breakfasts and 1 evening meal my little boy eat prawns and then had milkshake much later in the evening... we then had to spend the next day and a half in our room... as he had food poisoning he was sick lots and had diarrhoea also... so not a great experience! I had to go to super market for some beers as I couldn t drink there s!! The rooms are very 1990s like and beds uncomfortable and pillows awful the bath towels stink damp!! Loose plug sockets and some didn t work... god knows where all these good reviews are coming from!? Maybe used to butlins or something!! Sorry to be so negative put not much positive to talk about!! 0 stars can t wait to move on........and in response to the hotels reply..... my son spent more than 20 in hopspital of which the hotels doctor recommended us to go to!! He was in a&e for app 8hrs then moved to a ward after having to pay 2000 euros as this was a private hospital and would not accept our insurance or our euro cards!! When the blood tests came back the doctor at the hospital told my partner my son had food poisoning... so we have not made this up my son was well before we came on holiday or we would never of left the uk with a sick child.., the hotel have not seen any doctors reports as we were advised by a friend in the island who lives here not to show anything and let his lawyer deal with the situation....
