Longview technology solutions now LTS, is a company that lies to prospective employees. They contacted me and told me the job they had was a 5 year project with good pay and benefits. Unknowingly this project was only for 3months. They let me leave my stable job and left me hanging without a job after the 3months. I did not know that it was a 3 months contract until the last week of work. They are also dis-functional and disorganized. Please do your homework before you take any position with them.
I worked for Multi same employer for over 5 years and had a good stable job with 3 week of vacation and no worries of termination or lay off. I was contacted by Long View with offer for a position with higher pay and better benefits. They told me that I would have an apart unity to grow with in the company. When I started working there I found out that I did not have any paid time off. I had to urn it, as well this was a fully new department and no one new what they ware doing and who reported to who. As well when finally I started to reach out to the project manager and request for her to assign task to me and projects her response was that I have to reach out to the hire up teams and talk to them my self. When I ask her but isn't that your job to organize the projects and find out what is going on, she did not respond and contacted the HR department and had me written up. I feel strongly that companies like this should not be contacting people and offering them positions. If a person is interested in working for them then by all means let them apply them selves but if you are offering them a job do not lie and be honest. I was lied to and taken out of a stable job with a Wife and 2 children when I am the only person who works. I hope this company does not do this to you.
