With its view on the racetrack borrely. This hotel offers a beautiful space of rest and relaxation. A certain luxury a little excentre is the business of the football teams who come to play velodrome. The bar is nice as is the restaurant.

Do not go for the 4 stars because the establishment is not that extraordinary in terms of benefits but the view of the racecourse, the opportunity to walk down to the beaches of the borely stopover or A little further from the red tip and be at the foot of Borely Park that's great. A little further by car you can either go to Callelongue or Sormiou side. In short we are far from the city center but with the bus is good.

A hotel worthy of the name, really the perfect welcome, very professional staff, the rooms are really very nice, family trip with my child and my partner cetais awesome, excellent breakfast, the swimming pool and the sauna hammam side we are there that pleasantly surprised, RAS I HIGHLY RECOMMEND WITHOUT HESITERING.

The hotel is located very close to the beach (5-8min walk), if you have rooms with view you can see the race track and the golf corse. Receptionists are so helpful and nice, parking is on site and is free for hotel guests.
Rooms are spacious and the bathroom is big with a shower and a tub.
We had the panoramic room which provided us with two balconies.

The pool was nice but I didn t like it much as the water wasn t so clean, also you can book two hours slots to visit the pool due to COVID restrictions.

There s a nearby mall where you can buy many things you might need (e.g. Carrefour, Pharmacy and clothing shops).
Although COVID rules are stringent, you can enjoy a good breakfast with a lot of choices and decent quality in addition hot plates can be provided (e.g. Omelette).

Overall a nice visit

The hotel is well located not far from the sea on foot and the racecourse is stuck to the hotel, however the city center is located rather far away. The rooms are fairly well equipped and the room service is perfect. Nothing more to say

We spent one night with my wife. The reception is good even if it seems very automatic and not very personalized. One key given is a bit limited to be free of our movements. <br/> We had a room with partial sea view. It did not have a fridge (this lack is indicated in the description so no surprise but very surprising for a 4 star) and a folding bed for I do not know which reason was not comfortable at all. We slept very badly with wife because in addition to this very bad bed walls were so fine that we heard our neighbors talking all night at a reasonable height (so we can not blame them for shouting). <br/> Breakfast ok. <br/> Pool and outside, the big advantage of the hotel and only point on which we have no complaints. <br/> We could enjoy cocktails, not necessarily very balanced with either too much or not enough 'alcohol. <br/> We did not complain to the host because it was impossible to make up for it when we return the room. But our stay was not the expected one. <br/> At the initial price of the room, can do much better.

Hotel really was leaking .. they didn't even clean the room. They are also very rude! (Emma) I called her to tell her to clean the room, she told me it's on request you have to call us for her. Super rude. I told her madam I am going to leave you a bad comment she told me I don't care you only have to put 5 !! Thank you for the welcoming

SERVICE worthy of a penitentiary center. Hotel located far from the city center. Usefulness of a car for your trips. In this case parking charged 15 per night. The Taxi is expensive. I took a night at a seminar. With a friend who had also taken a room. Hotel chosen for its SPA. Outside the SPA does not work in jaccuzi renovation. Closed swimming pool. Hot water in the non-existent hammam. Nauseating odor in the SPA. On the other hand super efficient employees to remind the ban on smoking. The fine 150 charged by the hotel in case of breach. We were reminded to order from the outside when we cricked one to the window. Then when we got a good bottle of wine and the employee saw a package on the table. In short, service only to the service of the hotel. Even the welcome in chek in is icy. I frequent the same channel abroad it is another level.

Decent hotel but extremely disappointing welcome.

When I arrived for a two-night stay, I asked to settle the bill for the entire stay, indicating and specifying that I should leave very early and that I wanted to get ahead of my departure formalities. The receptionist asks me about 120 . I told her that I was there for two nights (information that she had just validated with me about 24 seconds before). I tell him that I am staying two nights. It then corrects the amount. I pay by credit card. despite its "I have been trained in health security" badge, the payment terminal is never cleaned, either before or after I have used it.
I then ask for the invoice. She tells me that she cannot get it out for me and that this document will be given to me when I leave.
I insist a little by saying that 1 I need it for my expense reports and that 2, I would like to avoid going through the reception again when I leave.
She confirms to me that this is not possible and that there is someone at the reception 24 hours a day
When I leave, I arrive at the reception and obviously there is no one there. I must therefore be patient. When the receptionist arrives I ask him for my bill. The latter tells me that I still have to pay 8.5 . And this, being unable to tell me what these 8.5 correspond to. I adjust them. Still without cleaning the payment terminal despite the same badge worn.
I then ask for my invoice. He then tells me that it will be sent to me by email. I told him that for my expense reports, it would be more practical in paper version. He then invokes the health crisis to tell me that this is no longer possible.
I don't see how handing over a sheet of paper spreads the virus. But above all, 2 bank card receipts were given to me (when one would have been more than enough) and at no time was the payment terminal cleaned.
And when I expressed my annoyance, I understood that it was extremely badly perceived. I also pointed out that sending invoices by email very often required a telephone follow-up, superfluous when you have a busy professional agenda. I was assured that I would receive this invoice. It's been two days since I left and I still don't have it.
In addition, 15 per night for an underground car park which remains open and accessible to anyone, I find that a bit expensive.
This is why I am extremely disappointed with this hotel

I stayed at this hotel a few days ago and I was delighted, the fall is good but can be more classy, good bedding and general comfort. It lacks more .. positive point for the pool and its baths on time, Haman, sauna. The brunch is topissime.

This place is very clean very warm. The breakfasts are very rich. Staff very friendly and very welcoming. The beaches are a 10 minute walk. We can enjoy the terrace for lunch it's great, I recommend +++.

The decor of our room is not very beautiful I could compare it to a hospital room with comfort and more. Perfect home. All toiletries available Parfais. The big downside no free parking for guests (for the price of the room anyway) 20th parking at night. breakfast buffet a treat. Pool heated to adors.

Exelent hotel service at the top due top.
Very clean hotel very well arranged.
Safe small fridge terrace.
The people and the little care for the customers.
The spa service was more than perfect and all in a great condition.
Everything and clean.
I really recommend this hotel.

For my part it just lacks milk pods in the rooms for coffee.
Thank you for your great welcome.
We will come back.

Room ok but benefits not worthy of a 4 **** not enough to make a tea or coffee before going to lunch, no mini bar, toilet paper 1st price etc ..., except maybe put the hand in the pocket and take rooms superior or suites ????, expensive breakfast for what it is and I suspect in part of the staff to practice a certain segregation compared to the room number (level of services chosen) in short we will now pass our way

Hotel at the top! Good hygiene, good bedding and very attentive staff. The breakfast is just exquisite. On the other hand, a loud noise of ventilation according to the rooms lasts until midnight and resumes early in the morning ... Even if we cut the heating.
