Beautiful space. Extremely welcoming. Faultless staff

The hotel is beautiful and the buffet is at another level, but I see a problem that the spa has to pay for it separately, especially since they don't let you enter the hotel until four in the afternoon, the circuit of spa and closes at half past six, so unless you are going to spend the whole day inside better not think about it ...
On the other hand, if it is winter you have the indoor pool at twenty-eight degrees, which is still cool, it is not that there are many activities to do inside the hotel, although the location is beautiful.
They have paid great attention to detail, you have a set of slippers, lots of towels and bathrobes, a tea set in the room and a huge bed that is super comfortable.
Maybe a little expensive to not have even a hot tub included in the price.

Beautiful resort, got married here on the beach, they were very professional. However don't get them to run and ship any of your belongings back, it's a joke. Other than that they were awesome.

The staff is friendly, the food is very good, the pools are also ... Only the bed I didn't find MT comfortable and at night I was cold and there were no blankets

Very nice hotel. The buffet was unfortunately very monotonous and had little local specialties. There were the usual things like Pizza and chips that all tourists taste. Fortunately, the selection was quite large.
It is a very child friendly hotel.

Nice hotel with good facilities swimming pool ,gym and spar. Good size rooms that are clean . The breakfast buffet is brilliant but the evening meal not quite so good. This hotel is close to Salgardos golf course. The hotel offers a free bus into albufeira.

Great structure, poor service, noisy rooms. Even before the last night, we feel like leaving. Inattentive staff, they forgot to put soap in the bathrooms in addition to the cups for the coffee maker; twice we complained about the extreme noise of the guests next door and nothing was done; the service is reduced to the maximum in the low season and does not match a five star: we pay for a gym that closes at 6:30 pm, and in a hotel where half board is mandatory, the dinner service, even if centered in only one restaurant, should have decent options, in addition to six pots of varied vegetables and two grilled.

Family friendly hotel and pleasant to stay in family. Competent person just misses water bottle daily

Clean rooms, friendly attentive staff, very much choice of food. The beach is easily reached in 6 minutes via a jetty. There is always free sunbathing thanks to the attentive staff that makes the reserved rooms free. The location is secluded, if you just want to beach and eat, this is just right. If you want more should book a rental car in advance, with the cheap taxi to get for about 12 euros to the next larger town where z.b. a car rental is located. All in all, I can not really find anything to complain about. Therefore I can definitely recommend this hotel.

We stayed in the villas of the hotel. Magnificent stay! Staff was really friendly and helpfull.

The hotel is very close to praia salgados. Very wide and quiet beach of fine sand. Highly recommended if you go with children. The hotel has very spacious and good rooms
Facilities

A great place to relax
The premises are generously sized. The beds are good. The dining room is divided into quieter areas and areas where you get to eat faster. Diverse food fabulous (we were there for a long time and could always try something new).

Hotel 5 *. Majestic reception hall. Air-conditioned rooms with balconies overlooking the palm grove pools and the ocean. Bedding extremely comfortable. The buffets are very qualitative varied and sought after. We have a great time.

This Resort is one of the best in the Algarve. It is located on the first line of Praia dos Salgados. It is only 5min on foot, through a wooden walkway. The pools are fabulous, three outdoors, with a blue bottom and two indoor, all of them with salt water. The SPA is very well designed, and the treatments are of high quality. It also has a jet pool, whirlpool, sauna and Turkish bath. Two gyms, one of which is a little more complete with additional cost, which is located in the SPA. In terms of food there is the Buffet, with a lot of variety and with alternatives for vegetarians. The OLIVO MEAT & Wine restaurant is simply divine. The hotel staff is very helpful, quick and efficient. For those with babies, it is also great, as they have a kettle in the room to heat water and a mini fridge. Breakfast is also quite complete. There is also a free car park next to the outside hotel and the interior with additional cost. The Half Board service is an asset. I loved the experience !! I will return!

Both the place and the facilities are great, it is all very beautiful and has access to the beach just a step away from the hotel. In general, my experience has been very good, but I leave it at three stars for a couple of reasons.
First of all, an additional 20 is charged to enter the spa, which in addition to being very small only has a cold water pool, a jacuzzi that can accommodate two people and a sauna and Turkish bath also at a low temperature.
And on the other hand, the buffet is quite small if you are vegetarian / vegan or do not like to eat meat or fish every day.

However, I point out that the facilities and service are excellent and I recommend the place to spend a few days.

Great hotel. Far from the Madding crowd. (In March any way ) Right next to excellent nature reserve and dunes covering in blooming scrub.

Really boring in the evening, everything else okay but rather 4.5 stars than 5.

Little things like drinking water bottles in rooms is only available, as a paid service.
Towels were of shot supply around the pool areas, one towel per person around the pool area .
Foamed sun bed covers were very filthy.

This is a very very exquisite and top end hotel for decent price. Only caveat is that it is a fair distance from Albufeira. Definitely a great resort to get away from it all. Its next to the beach and has a very good pool and the food was fantastic with different themes through the week

Stay of 3 nights in the villas, first day the bath with practically cold water, after complaint telephone contact nothing was done, second day cold water claimed in the book of Complaints, third day hot water. for a very weak 5 star instance, I do not recommend it.

Great hotel, my wife and I have been here four times and have always felt comfortable. Restaurant are great and the Zinmer super modern and clean. The only negative: the gym costs extra and only open until 1830h. what a shame!

If you want peace and quiet it's a good thing. Good meals, fantastic pool and a beach next to it.

We stayed in a hotel with Itaka travel agency. From the very beginning the service tried to make our stay a pleasant one. We had to wait because the hotel day started at 15, and the hotel was after 11. At this time, the luggage was stored, and as soon as the room was ready, the luggage was moved there. As a welcome, as newlyweds we got champagne and strawberries with chocolate. The service was very nice and helpful. Not everyone spoke English, but it was not a problem because someone else was approaching in a moment. Room with a large bed, open space and bathroom. When someone took care of the need, everything was heard through the glass door. Not everyone may like it. Delicious food. Breakfasts from 7.30 were the same every day, but the selection was so huge that you could eat something different every day. Dinners were served from 18.30. Many dishes to choose from. Every day something different. Meat and fish were grilled on a regular basis. There were a lot of people, but there was never enough food. One day there were Portuguese dishes, another Italian, etc. Nothing could be faulted. The food was excellent. For dinner it was possible to go to other restaurants in the hotel. There was a bar by the pool where you could have a light lunch. A wetbar is also available. Sitting in the pool, you can enjoy drinks. Salt and cold water pools, one large and two smaller next to it. In addition, another in the pay zone, Jacuzzis and beds. If someone is not enough, there is one more indoor in the spa section. For this gym, shop, hairdresser and probably many more attractions. On Tuesdays a concert after dinner in the garden, weekly concerts at the reception. You can hire a car at the reception. We got a new Peugeot 306 from this year. You can also book jeep trips around the area and a cave cruise. We are completely satisfied with our stay at this hotel and we recommend it to others. Greetings

Excellent location, very friendly and available staff.

A dream hotel near the incredible cliffs of the Algarve.
Everything is top: the room with a view of the swimming pool, the palm grove and the sea. The breakfast and dinner buffet is unlimited and offers us a wealth of flavors.
The outdoor pool is exceptional.
The only downside is the spa which could be renovated and the two warmer indoor pools.

Went for a wedding, unfortunately the sun never came out

Generally very good hotel conditions. The staff are friendly although professionally I have not "seen" them as well prepared for a Resort of this price.
Regarding the argument COVID19 for not having indoor pools, not having an open gym and more serious than all that, having a weak breakfast and weak dinner. The price that was requested and paid was for a 5 star Resort. It was not what I felt in the service at all. At the level of restoration I would say it is at the level of a 3 star. It is not even possible to understand the relationship between the very low supply and quality of the restaurant and COVID19.
I could have liked it a lot but .... the quality / price ratio is well below the expectation of such a Resort and the price you pay.

Excellent location, quiet area on the first line of beach and leaning against the nature reserve. Clean and generous rooms as well as outdoor spaces. Friendly and extensive buffet service. To improve the quality in the Italian restaurant, not compatible with a 5 star. Drinks in any hotel space too expensive.

A wonderful resort with lots to do. The half board is perfect and the breakfast and lunch varied. The beach is a short walk on the boardwalk. There are two beach restaurants where you can grab something to eat.

Too bad we arrived we had booked a room did not exist we had to wait to book again then it was already paid and with invoice they wanted me to pay more it was not long after they said they were mistaken in the room there was no hot water we went into recession was more customers complaining about water and poorly made markings of the hotels that I was even 4-star were superior in terms of orientation but ready this hotel is to forget what is worth it because it has good facilities Good food but it was a bad experience.

Excellent hotel for couples or parents with young children. The hotel rooms and hotel facilities are well maintained and the buffet restaurant food is of high quality with a good selection. Our daughter has a dairy intolerance and the hotel catered specifically to her needs making her special dinners every night. There are four pools, a small pool for small kids a pool bar a large pool and an adults only pool and bar nightlife is very tame but caters for its majority clientele. If you want lively bars then head to Albofeira Old Town which is a 15 cab ride away

It has been great here, the people are lovely and very kind. I would totally want to come back here but in the summer when it's a bit warmer.

A magnificent hotel, beautiful services, buffets at the top, in an idyllic setting. The staff is very caring. All you need to have a dream holiday.

Regional park at 200m and arranged for the walk. Ideal for couple or family.

Very nice hotel with a large pool and a stand entrance. Everything was very clean and new. The buffet is very rich.

For us perfect in all respects, good buffet and good access to the beach. Spacious rooms for 4 people and with all the services.
Little animation but it did not matter it is not what we were looking for. Very attentive staff.
In general all very well we will repeat for sure.

The hotel is great, the facilities of 10 the friendly staff, the extraordinary cleaning, if you have to put some but it is the lack of animation at night and the location that is in an area where you leave the hotel you have absolutely nothing, but for the one that wants the total peace is very well. I, despite this last point, would recommend it.

4 star hotel for me. The greatest thing is the Food! I stayed 1 week. The price was acceptable. The room was ok. But the walls not very noise isolated..

If you came here expecting a five star hotel you might be bitterly disappointed. It's at best a 4 star Hotel. I guess because of the facilities it merits it's 5 star status. Food was hit and miss, while we had really nice meals we had poor ones also. The staff were quite good and reasonably accommodating. I guess because of the value they offer you can't have everything. Drink is very expensive but if your staying here with kids it won't bother you at all. It's a really child friendly envoirnment and that is this hotels Trump card. I booked a half board deal which was great value just outside peak season but it was significantly more expensive in the week that followed. Had I waited for a week or two later I may have not been as complimentary with my review.

Very good hotel unfortunately the Spaezial Res taurants were closed. Otherwise very good rooms and very good food.

We spent a lovely few days resting and enjoying the wall to wall sunshine. The hotel was everything we would expect, very clean, bedroom was spacious and very comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly. Our only small comment would be the food which we felt was not up to 5* compared with other 5* hotels we have stayed in. There was always plenty of choice and fresh fruit.
