The resort is really nice and comfortable. The staff is just wonderful. So nice and helpful!

Very good outdoor space sins in small details two days in a row without shampoo or shower gel or soap in the room, staff misinformed about schedules, etc ...
Ask the hotel manager to contact me and until now .......
Lack of entertainment after dinner.
For a 5 * it leaves a lot to be desired, used to a Vila Gale de Lagos 4 * this leaves a lot to be desired.

Loved our apartment, hotel done up really nice for Christmas. Shame our pool wasn't heated as it was freezing in December!

Right now we have gone to the hotel, we reserve an address for two adults and two children one of 11 and another of 13 years, the hotel manager tells us that he does not admit us because the child of 13 is an adult and requires another room, that is another 2500 plus we are a family of lion Spain and we are 900km from home, we have stayed on the street, the worst of this is that the director has not shown his face,

I loved the rooms, very comfortable. Friendly staff, great bar food and nice facilities.

We are here righr now, we booked a 5 star Hotel, over 3000 Euros for two peope.

We come here with 35 kg Luggage and ask for an Iron, they say they dont have Irons anymore( Last year we were here they had) , we have to pay for laundry, each peace 4,10 Euro, means i come to a 5 star Hotel and have to pay 200+ to have ironed clothes, isnt that why we come to a 5 Star Hotel and not a 3 star Hotel ?

Also you dont even get watee for free, someone who drinks 3 l water daily has to pay 10,50 Euros for water a day, not even a glas water is free after breakfast.

Next time we wont come here anymore, i pay 5000+ for my holidays but somewhere else, you have to pay for every little thing here, better choose a cheaper Hotel because except of a beautiful view you dont have anything special here, 5 Stars should mean you are a King in this Hotel.
