Gr8 place 4 cargo truck parts & repair of trackter trailers & cargo truks if dont have part wil assist in finding it elsewhere 4 u overall

Probably the worst experience our organization has had with a service provider of any type. Absolutely horribly run business.

Brought our truck to their shop with the part number that was needed to be fixed (our normal shop doesn't work with our truck warranty company). They said it should be ready in two business days and their electrical guy would run another diagnosis. Two wrong diagnosis, three misordered parts and 30 days later (had to rent 8 days of rentals), I finally get my truck back. The best part is that initial part I told them it was ended up being the part that was needed (internal module for lights).

Two times they told me my truck was ready and to show up at their shop the next morning. Two times I showed up and the truck wasn't ready (drove 45 minutes out of the way). The staff never called me or updated me ever regarding my truck. Came down from $160 hr rate (already ridiculously high) to $125 an hour even though my truck was in the shop for one month and I needed eight rentals.

Finally, when the truck was eventually ready. I had to wait two hours to speak with a manager about the horrific service who just shrugged me off and walked away. The manager wouldn't even put in writing that I had a warranty if this part broke again.

They should be reported to the BBB and if not for their brand name would be out of business. To give additional context, the truck was for a nonprofit that furnishes homes for families leaving homelessness.

The guys there help you with an advice or two (if you ask them nicely) - that is why sometimes it takes longer to get the service. (visited for parts only - no repairs)

This place is horrible. Stay away from them. Experience the difference in loosely repairs, defective loaners, and more down time!!!

This place is a joke you can never get a straight answer from the service department I was told to drop my truck off by 8am and it would be looked at by the afternoon guess what 3 days later just now getting to the truck I will never deal with rush again for service nor will I recommended anyone to use their service horrible

Prices are a little high,service is superb! They can always get the parts you need.

This place has got to have the laziest employees ever especially in the parts department. They never answer the phone and when they finally get tired of hearing it ring off the hook they answer it with an attitude like you're disturbing them. Also they are crooks and liars and will try to screw you over in the service department. Never ever had a good experience with them. They are rude and obnoxious! Stay away!!!!!!!!

Worst service department in Chicago (Central Ave), Foreman charged me for 3 hours labor for a 1 hour labor job, Mark from service is a crook.

This place is just highway robbery I took in my 2012 international for service and they took 2 weeks just to look and giving me excuses that they have a lot of trucks in front of me and then after 2 weeks they get to see what was wrong to tell me I need everything new from exhaust to manifold all you can think off. 6600$ just to do the job. 2 weeks later the same symptoms happen take it back to the dealer to see why this is happening to me again, they can't find the problem and even loose my vehicle for 1 day they couldn't find the problem but you know it, there's a service charge just to tell me they can't find anything while I still have issues 2 hours of stupidity 350$$$. If u value you're time and money don't go here. And if these ever gets to the person that actually cares or the owner..... please hire new people I think it was better off when it was just international dealer not rush truck center. I would never go back to this place not even for parts I'd rather take it to a corner Mechanic than this place. At least they'll take my money in smaller amounts.

Good parts counter people, just really expensive for parts, way overpriced in my opinion.

The service department is awful. The service writers lied that they are working on my truck even though the GPS says that the truck hadn't been moved in days seven days. It is Tuesday and I just called them to check on the status of my truck and was told it just pulled out of the shop a few minutes ago, but GPS shows that is has not moved since Friday night. I now have two days of lost profit due to them not having the enough courtesy to call and let me know that my truck as been done for over two working days.

They are the worse dealer ever they charge me $2000 and my truck still have the same problem I want the next day and the wanna charge me for check up

parts department never answer calls and never return calls , and when they answer they don't talk they hung up on me , web says open until 2pm been calling since 10am and now is 15 minutes pass noon still no answer i will call again Monday and ask for manger this isn't right . bad bad bad service

If you are in the Chicago area & are pressed for time don't come here for ANY TRUCK SERVICE it's going on 4-6 days to replace a 2 turbos in my International truck I arrived here on Monday 05/2/16 at 7am before they opened.

Was left on hold as of today for almost 35 mins checking the status of the repairs on my truck. I am outta pocket almost $400.00+ for hotels besides repairs on my truck.

They don't give you any real information of the status of repairs if you speak to 4 people about the same truck they will give you 4 different stories about the repairs & not check on anything.

Really Bad experience I would not tell another truck driver about this location under any circumstances as far as major repairs that need to be done on semi trucks..

Friendly, fast, and nice display of truck items. But lackin in low prices for OO's that are not working as much. But still trying to feed their families.

Extremely dissatisfied 5 hours for a fan belt install on a mechanical cat.

Needed a metal taillight bracket and they had one in stock and they (employees were nice and helpful hopefully they can say I was a nice customer, it's easy to find and I have drive past many times and today I was needing a part and got it and went flawless

Parts department is very good. Kind people who are always help you.

I strongly suggest to avoid service tho. All of those guys have no idea what they are doing. Got big fleet of trucks here, was in this place lots of time and I've never been satisfied.

Parts call center unable to varify part on hand. Carol stream showed it, didn't have it. Central showed one, traveled to location. Agreed they showed it in stock, but don't have it. Parts Mgr MIA. GM not around. Calling is pointless. The hero is the counter guy. Ordered it and hope to have it next day. Hopefully warehouse really does have it. Stay tuned.

Felicia was wonderful and we had great conversation and was a big help and helped me find a great parking. And feel safe and comfortable thanks public storage for great management

I work as a mechanic for idot. We sometimes send our trucks back to rush international for warranty work and those guys are great! Great service very knowledgeable and the mechanics are awesome!

Place is a joke. Espically if you get the idiot Benny in parts. Told me I can pay over phone then lied to me. I record all conversations so when I told him listen you can hear what you said to me then he got all defensive jacked my price up and hung up on me. So if you need parts don't deal with the high school girl sissy named benny.

Very bad experience and will not be coming back. I had an appointment at 10am for oil change. Its 11.45am and my truck is still waiting to be serviced. When asked about the deley, I was told that the appointments do not guarantee time serviced. I inderstand the deley but by almost 2 hours and still counting???? In addition, very rude attendant. Didn t even appologized for the deley.

Absolutely the worst service department. Had my truck for a week and $1700 for 2 batteries and a cable. I m literally standing at the desk waiting for some guy to do my bill and he is socializing with some other guy. I will never be back, and would tell everyone to stay away. Only bright spot was Allie, she was nice and seemed generally concerned. The remainder of the service department is a nightmare.
I feel like I m being punked, older gentleman spending more time preparing my bill than the truck was in the shop.

Only cause i can't get lower. This place don't deserve even 1 star. Kept my bus for days, luckily i live in the area and went there 6:30 Pm after i was told , it'll be ready 6:00pm after numerous calls to find my bus parked in their parking not even ready, waited another 4hr to get fixed( who knows ) and got charged $2000. Are you serious? Drilling four bolt and welding a small panel needs 11hr of labor. Ohh sorry Mark even gave me a discount, it was 16.75hr on the receipt.

Took my truck to this dealership on December 12 because the cruse control is kicking off..the dealership in North little Rock told me the cruse control pods were bad.picked up my truck January 6th and I'm still having the same problem.the only thing that was done to the truck was changing the break pedal switch and they say oh it's fixed.then they want to charge me more money to fix the problem they should've fixed in the first place...I will never take my truck there again worthless shop..

Hello everyone. I bought 8 batteries 7 months ago with 18 months warranty on it, one out of 8 batteries was dead, when I came back to the store for replacement on one battery, guys was so rude,displeased and unprofessional. I don't understand guys, why it's not my fault that I bought from u low quality product, and now I have a headache with it, spent a lot of time and energy, had to come back two times just to prove that this battery wasn't working. I am very disappointed, you guys should work on your customer service and I hope next time you'll be more friendly with your customers. Thanks

I had to wait one week just to get the truck tested,two and a half total with repairs.Got new dpf,after few days alarm for dpf is on again...

Great for killing time. I'm an hourly driver. Terrible for getting things done as promised.

don't Come on the weekends for parts 1 guy is always the only 1 helping then there is another that just sits on his computer inputting info.
if you have customers that been waiting for 15mins stop what ur doing then come back to it later. he has TERRIBLE service like he doesn't want to work.

Gotta admit I fell asleep in one of the cozy recliners they have in the driver's waiting room, in front of the big screen TV.ELD installation only took an hour. Friendly people, great service.

Great place for International Harvester and Navistar parts. They're also a certified Cummins dealer. Surprisingly low prices on brakes and L E D lights. They have a full service mechanic shop too and they're open on Saturday.

The worst place you can every take your truck to get service. Please do not take your truck here or you will regret it. My truck was in the shop Tuesday and I was told it would be ready Thursday, well Thursday came my truck still wasn't fix, so I was told it would be ready Friday morning, Friday came they still hadn't fix my truck. I got my truck out Saturday morning I lost a whole week dealing with them with my truck. The service department have no type of customers service skills, they act like I was invisible, didn't ask if I needed help or anything. The last straw was when I got my truck, I went to hook up to my trailer and someone from this shop took some and broke my glade hand on my trailer I wish I could upload the picture on here. I will never in my life come back to this shop.

International Trucks are ok but service on them is terrible, service staff that seems to just guess and guess, on your dime.
