Hotel very attractively located. In the near distance from the beach. Near the nature reserve, you can watch various species of birds and turtles. You can use 3 swimming pools, of which 2 are for children. Food varied and of a good standard. Very clean. Hotel ideal for relaxation. There are not many attractions around.

Queue to enter the restaurant.
Queue (15 minutes) to have fried eggs. One person for a queue of 10 people. The poor !
The half-board formula does not include water. You have to pay for your bottle every night.
Poor WiFi, poorly soundproofed rooms
Nothing to do around the hotel or in the hotel at night.

Beautiful resort. We were there for a wedding and the setting was perfect. Can t speak to the accommodations, the event space was amazing. A large gazebo, a grove of palm trees and a reception hall made everything seem spacious yet cozy. The buffet dinner was delicious with a large selection of food.

It's wonderful going back. It is very good for families with children

It is equivalent to a good 4-star hotel (the 5 stars seem a little exaggerated).
Good rooms, spacious and well decorated. Extensive outdoor spaces with good pools. Located very close to the beach (unfortunately very crowded at this time - August).
Overall good quality food (with some exceptions) but not 5 star level.
Room cleaning service does not follow any foreseeable time and it is not worth putting the notice on the door to be cleaned because they do not call (the notice was always at 9:00 am and the room was often only cleaned after 4:00 pm).
Overall friendly and attentive staff.
Careful with the preventive measures of COVID-19.

Fantastic long weekend spent celebrating with family. A good hotel right on the beautiful beach perfect for a stroll. Would highly recommend the Asian restaurant,the food was excellent everyone was impressed, staff were also happy to adapt menu for a vegetarian alternative. Staff all very friendly, great service on the whole.

The hotel is MORE than beautiful, the breakfast buffet is more than EXTRAS, the villa is BEAUTIFUL.
The bedding is SUPERB, the pool of the villa was a little cold.
Just a little flat, the staff is not too welcoming and does not speak French.

Good size rooms, amazing shower, good facilities, good food. 3 starts as for me, to many kids and not much chance to escape them plus it's a bit isolated if you're not driving.

Hotel chain in Salgados, particularly this one is wonderful with a unique space, not only indoor and outdoor, close to the beach, great service pools, good breakfast and dinner, naturally due to the current situation there may be some differences however I think it is very good at the same time Quality / Price.

Great hotel and pleasant staff. Expect a little walking to get to places like restaurants and shops.

Best mini holidays and family. Everything good, especially the outdoor heated pool. A treat for the kids.

Phantastic hotel, very friendly people working there, excellent food at breakfast and dinner (buffet) . Sometimes a bit full and loud with all the people eating at same time. But you can sit outside. Three pools (you get towels) , pool bar, easy walkway to beach...i was in the hotel twice and I'm looking forward to going again

The perfect hotel concept :) We always like to come here! The food is great and varied. In addition, the hotel is away from the hustle and bustle of albufeira! Here you have your peace :)

I give it 3 stars because it is what I really should have in relation to the quality of the food exposed in the buffet. Terrible ... 5-stars hotel. Well located. Ocean view. Luxurious and silent rooms. Two meals a day buffet style. Swimming pools, indoor and outdoor. Asian restaurant. Bars. Immense. Garden and respect for nature.

Good pools for kids & adults, plenty of sun lounges, unlimited breakfast & dinner. Only negatives on our stay were the limited games in the games room and the mozzies at night time when we tried to play footie.

Excellent hotel. Went in March 2019 for a week, was probably half full with some variance for a couple of weddings. Excellent service, friendly helpful staff, large comfortable rooms with excellent showers. Breakfast excellent and evening buffet very good too. Lovely main pool, two pools for kids if that matters to you, and moments from a beautiful beach via the private walkway. Highly recommended.

Relaxed atmosphere, good for families and couples. Food and facilities great. Highly recommend.

There is no respect and help for people with mobility problems (rings).

They brought a disabled person at the entrance to the hotel, so the Swiss began to argue with the driver, saying that you cannot park the car near the entrance. Didn't help the person get out of the car, just swear a lot.

The doormen only help if they see that they will get a tip, but they don't care about the disabled person. Well, you won't get anything from him. Hypocritical 1 Star Hotel

Lovely modern hotel. Enjoyed a family stay here. There was activities for out little one, whilst we had some grown up time.

Lovely hotel, pleasant and comfortable stay. All staff very friendly and accommodating. A few areas around the resort are looking a little tierd nothing serious just needing a little attention. We stayed on a bed and breakfast rate, always plenty of choice. The room was spacious and quiet especially the air con. There are two restaurants in the resort apart from the buffet restaurant however, there were no menus anywhere to advertise these.

A lot of air up. The 5 stars are really not given. The management fails here totally (service, friendliness, attention missing completely). Maximum 4 stars! But because of deception and rip off of me only 2 stars.

Lousy service! Cleaning staff unwilling. Breakfast staff with little desire to help with anything. Reception unfriendly and very cold. Bar and restaurant without sympathy and team spirit, in addition to the delay in service they manage to put the embarrassed guest in front of everyone present. A star because although the facilities are excellent the service is very poor and for me it will never be a hotel to repeat or recommend to anyone!

This is a five star hotel with two star service and a three restaurant, which is in fact abLas Vegas style buffet. The redeeming features are the location next to a fabulous wetland nature reserve, and the rooms, especially the wonderful showers!

The hotel has very good facilities, the buffet is good without throwing rockets, very good accessibility to the beach. The correct rooms, the best the shower. Let us say that this hotel in Spain is a 4 star.

Was over for a conference so I didn't get to enjoy the hotel as much as I could. Ordered room service which was pricey for a local but probably quite acceptable to tourists and the food was well made and the portions were generous. Most of the staff was quite friendly. Breakfast was amazing, varied, fresh ingredients, loads of choices and local as well as international dishes. The spa was well worth it. Enjoy!

Would recommend staying here the hotel is fab, rooms are very clean and the evening meal buffet is great as it is different on a daily basis. The beach is beautiful and very clean also the staff are very attentive from the reception to the house keepers/maids would visit again.

Good value for money. Very nice location and good ambiance.
The compulsory hf board is below par for a 5 star establishment. If you are a vegetarian def dont opt for a half board as there is not much option.

Staff amazing, food delicious and varied with a breakfast buffet I have never seen the likes of before. Just a great place.

Nice large rooms with a great view of the nature reserve. Quiet pool area and a short walk to the beach.
The food is a matter of taste. Partly cold and not tasty. 5 stars are definitely not.
As an alternative, you can redeem your meal voucher at the pizzeria next door.

This hotel is the perfect place for s sum holiday. 4 restaurants, great food, 4 swimming pools and just a couple of hundred metres from the wonderful Salgados beach. This is a nicely sophisticated resort.

Recommend it when there is a package deal on. The DB and B can be very good. Nice area for walking.

It Is More Of A Couple Hotel. The bathroom is open and the shower too, the food was nice but with the corona time you have to say to the people who are there what you should have and they don't understand you! Not Really Worthy of a 5 Star Hotel!

Very nice space and the heated pool allows for "overtime" in the late afternoon!
