The pavilion set up was amazing! It was well decorated and looked great

Great accommodations, nice bathroom. Quiet stay at the hotel. Considerate of the environment.

This actually my second time here, the rooms are very nice and very clean staffs are super friendly that's why I keep going back to this place and the restaurant inside is pretty decent also you don't have to go somewhere else for dinner highly recommended....

Had our family Christmas there, and we had them cater. Amazing food and fabulous staff that quickly cleared the plates and everything. Super clean as well!

Very nice rooms . Great bathrooms ,but not enough water pressure. Kind of defiets the purpose of a great shower. Very nice people at the front counter.
One suggestion , in these times of covid restrictions , is better television. Because if we're not able to go anywhere for entertainment or meals that leaves us with few , if any options . Even if it's pay per view.

My group rented a banquet room to hold a meeting and view a documentary. The staff was very helpful getting their electronics working with ours.

Attended the Easter brunch buffet with my family. The food was great, my two boys kept busy on the play structure and I enjoyed my food and family. The service was friendly and prompt. Would recommend their buffet.

Upon checking in we were assigned a room that already had someone in it, though I understand mistakes happen and the front desk clerk was appropriately mortified. The room we ended up in was on the far end of the hotel which, while circular in shape, there is no quick way to get from the front desk around to the room. There are outside entrances you can drive to but I wasn't informed of that being the easier way to get to my room after having already dragged a carseat and luggage up to the second floor and back. The room itself was comfortable enough aside from the pillows, one set of which felt like it was stuffed with tennis balls and the other felt like it was a slab of bricks. We did receive two complementary breakfast coupons and the breakfast buffet, while small, was delicious.

Rooms are clean. There are no elevators. They need to change the door locks because they are difficult to operate

Nice place to stay in Brandon. The pool is very done up with a tropical theme and their meeting space is very nice.

Its ok. Old rooms but clean. Kinda pricey for what you are getting.

The convention rooms are very nice and spacious. The food and service were fantastic.

Wing night. Wings were good, came out fast, food was hot. Also had a steak and shrimp special. Steaks had between us were of different sizes. We're told we were getting 4 shrimp, only got 3,veggies were not spectacular. Drinks were good though.

Was there for business lunch. Food was well done, service was prompt, facilities were nice.

We always stay here when visiting Brandon, its so clean and the showers are awesome. I always get a really great sleep here. The breakfast is even really good. We tried a few other hotels in Brandon like Canadinn but this hotel is so much cleaner, our kids like the pool as much as canadinn and this is a way better value.

Pretty solid hotel. Good foundation, excellent window framing and stellar restaurant. The Sobeys across the road though, looks like it came out of the ex Soviet Union.

Great place to stay, but I wouldnt recommend the restaurant inside. Very high prices for mediocre food. Service is hit or miss depending on which girl you get. Rooms are spacious and have comfortable beds. The room layout is terrible if one person wants to watch tv and the other wants to use the computer desk because the tv is mounted right above the desk. Has a fridge and good amount of closet space to hang things. Very nice bathrooms, the showers are pretty unique for a hotel. Nice pool with hot tub. Has an ok fitness room. Tons of parking space. Beer store in same lot, gas/convenience across the street.

Great hotel very clean, great service. Breakfast was wonderful in the morning.

Everything fine. Kids running around late in the evening, could hear in Hall. They had soap in a bottle which was environmentally friendly

I stayed at the victoria inn a month ago and was impressed. The gal on the phone gave me the rate that I told her I saw online which was great. The room was clean the bathroom was awesome. Clean pool. Good free breakfast. When I checked in the gal at the desk texted me to welcome me and asked me how my room was. I will be staying here again when I come back to Brandon to visit my family.

We weren't there very long. Late check in and early departure, but would stay again. Fun balcony overlooking the pool area. Nice shower with waterfall head. Many recent room updates.

Be warned that if you order through expedia you do not get the included breakfast. Call hotel direct and they will match expedia.

The pool was noisy and full of children wrestling and splashing.

Courteous and efficient staff, warm welcome, good restaurant at reasonable price, clean rooms. However bedroom doors slam in a deafening manner and adjacent doors between rooms are without soundproofing. Stay still nice despite this.

Very Unfortunate visit. My assigned room was full of people using drugs. I walk away ASAP. Go to the Clarion and leave your car underground.

Rude front desk girl, sketchy people walking around the hotel drinking beer and swearing. We booked the room with a "balcony" which is actually just a balcony to the pool area. We didnt get breakfast because we booked through expedia. The room appeared relatively clean but had a wierd smell, the pillows are terrible and lumpy from being used too long. The shower was the only nice thing I can mention. Everything else was subpar and run down. At the price we paid we certainly will not return and do not reccomend this hotel.

Attended a craft sale. Easy to find, room was spacious and clean.

The best ever hotel i stayed in this much price. Service, Rooms, Cleanliness, Staff all perfect. Luxurious touch when you go for shower 10 star for that stuff . I ll stay here next visit.

I have stayed at this hotel a number of times and I love it. The whole atmosphere of the place with the rooms balconies overlooking the pool and the restaurant, all out in the open. It has a very relaxing feel, and the rooms are always kept very clean, and the food is great.

They have the best Showers and the rooms are always great

Showers/bathrooms are updated and really nice but no tub is hard with a toddler. Rooms are just ok. Our door sticks and doesn't always close without some force and is very loud. Can hear everything in the halls outside of the rooms. Had an unpleasant experience with someone drunk and peeing on a car in the parking lot when we arrived so that was a concern.

So so service in the restraunt, and the food was pretty embarrassingly bad at the breakfast buffet

We visited the Brandon, MB location. We chose the buffet and had an amazingly efficient waitress. Our glasses were refilled and plates were quickly taken away each time they were finished.

Stayed one night. The bed was comfy. The walk in shower was fun once I figured it out. Great breakfast. I enjoyed my stay. Thank you.

This hotel is very nice. Great rooms, comfortable beds, spacious and clean. However, it is extremely loud if you have a poolside room. There were kids playing hockey in the pool area knocking a ball off my sliding glass window at 1030 at night. There was also a very loud gathering taking place in the room next to me with 20 plus people from 900 until midnight. I asked the front desk at 1030 to address it and they said quiet time was starting soon so the security guard would patrol and ask people to be quiet. By 1130 nothing had changed so I called the desk again. It is now midnight and the party is raging on so I am walking to the front desk to demand a refund. If you want a hotel to party in or a place where your kids can run freely completely out of control then this is the hotel for you. If you want to sleep, go elsewhere.

Very clean place. Restaurants are great. I have used the pool in previous visits, also very cool (the rooms have balconies where you can watch the pool, or go straight into it from your room). Staff seem pleasant.

My experience was a supper for our lodge. The meal was superb. I had ribs. We were on the pool deck and it was a bit noisy. Service was great and everyone had a great time.

Enjoyed a nice meal with a friend. Quiet and friendly with nice dinner options.

Loved my kind room. The pool was great and the hot tub was hot. Clean rooms. Beds are soft and comfortable with good pillows. Clean towels.
