Was able to easily find parking close to the door. Warm welcoming atmosphere and kept very clean. Staff were friendly and the Victoria Inn offered a large enough space for the group of people attending

They did a great job on my friend's wedding reception and dance.

Service was acceptable, even good but food was abysmal. it is quite an expensive restaurant and you expect the food to be good but it simply was not. Burgers came undercooked, cheese was congealed and cold, fish and chips was both over cooked and under cooked at the same time. Side salads were tiny, served in coffee cup sized bowls, way too much dressing. My Mom was buying for the family so no one wanted to complain and make her feel bad. We all ordered off the "Light" menu with very few drinks to keep price low for her, maybe that is why the food was so poorly prepared. They thought we were too cheap or something. Anyway, will never go there again.

Pleasantly surprised .Beautifu and cleanl clean. Lunch was awesome the pool area was beautiful all fenced off. Tables outside of people rooms.Looked really nice.Very friendly staff.

The food is super good, all are super clean and it accepts animals. I loved the beautiful hotel the indoor pool and it has a gym.

Even though we were limited to doing certain things in the hotel, it was still a pleasant stay. Bed was comfortable. The shower in the bathroom was pretty neat as well. Friendly service by all in the hotel, which makes it pleasant as well.

This is a great restaurant and lounge. Great daily specials and rewards program.

Clean, new, very accommodating staff. Lots of kids running around but that is hardly the hotels fault.

Nice hotel, the interior has been redone recently so it looks a lot newer on the inside than on the outside which is nice. Has a large pool for a hotel and a nice restaurant as well.

We used one of the convention rooms. The food was delicious, and the MC was great

just slept there for a few hours after work, very professional

The cleaning staff were knocking on my door way too many times. Started early, still knocking half hour before check out then ten minutes prior to check. Obviously I am working at the desk and was occupied. I had things to get done before my flight. 3 checks prior to check out, pushing me out to go home early? I'm here on business and the desk is my office until check out time. Not cool.

We had a great time at the English pavilion during winter festival. They always provide a beautiful space for such a fun event!

A great place to take the kids and meet with the family poolside. Poolside rooms are great for gatherings but be prepared to pay a fee for requesting a table and chairs for outside your room. The complimentary breakfast is great but you wont receive vouchers if you book through a third party. The vouchers can be purchased at front desk for and additional $10 per voucher though.

Great conference area. My only complaint was how loud the noise was coming from staff through the closed kitchen door in salon 2. Made it hard to hear the presentation in the back of the room.

Very nice hotel, excellent welcome, clean modern and spacious room, magnificent glass shower! The only downside is that the swimming pool only opens from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. because of a lack of personnel for surveillance ....
