Amazing food served at the grad dinner. Buffet style with lots of options.

The only thing I wasn't a fan of was the lack of parking due to the event. Everything else was excellent!

The bathroom is modern and great restaurant. But I had lots of not so great experience. I had made a reservation about a week ago, on getting to the hotel, I was told there was no reservation in my name. I had to show them my confirmation email, then they kicked someone else out to accommodate me. On getting to the room, the pillowcases and towel had human hairs on them, the building had terrible smell. No microwave in my room, I had to go down to the restaurant to microwave my baby's food. We couldn't use the pool cos they had lots of people in there.
The heat wasn't functioning, the room was cold, we had to call someone to get it fixed. Room phone wasn't working.
Anyway I was compensated for the troubles.
This is my honest opinion.
Don't think I will back to this hotel. One love

Pool was perfect size for a family with young kids.

The Victoria Inn is a very family friendly hotel. The pool area is great for kids and the play structure is also a great feature. The rooms are clean. We also made use of a hospitality room and it was wonderful.

Great hotel! The room was lovely. The staff was exceptional. Breakfast was tasty. Perfect location. Enjoyed my stay!!

POOR EFFORT- My brother and I stayed here today. My brother is paralyzed down his right side, and has a large challenge walking a long distance. I asked for something close to an elevator or near the main lobby. We were put literally in the farthest room from the lobby. When I went back to ask if there was something closer I was told there isn t necessarily anything closer...what does that even mean Not necessarily . No effort to accommodate by my observation even after being outright told my brother is paralyzed down his one side. S***y service

It's a reasonable but simply to expensive. It rate was $145. It's a 100 dollar hotel at best

Highly recommend this place! Have a decent size swimming pool that your kids can have so much fun and a room is clean and well maintained with special shower heads. Complementary breakfast is bonus!

Quick reception service, wonderful pool area, great rooms, and wonderful hotel for helping the people that lost their homes due to the fire in town not long ago!

If I could give it less stars I would. Rude guy at the front desk wakes me up to tell me I need to check out. I was booked for 2 more days. (They re mistake.) Now it s constant phone calls and knocking on the door from housekeeping telling me to leave. Never again.

Room was listed at $189 and I was charged nearly $600 for 2 nights

Besides low water pressure in the shower this hotel is pretty good

Just had the Sunday brunch buffet. Server was friendly and food was alright

The reception area makes you wonder about what you are going to get (the reception area is kind of dark and dindgy) but the room I was put in was modern and clean. Also fairly quiet. There is a huge pool in the middle of the hotel so I thought noise would be an issue but I was placed in the rooms that faced the outside rather than the rooms that faced the indoor pool.

We went there for Xmas party Very conducive very good services and facilities are fantastic. Guests appreciated,free Wi-Fi, free packing space and so on.free breakfast and enjoyed an indoor pool plus restaurant facilities. 3550 Victoria avenue brandon mb. Booking around $124 lower

Great place to take your family to dine.Thay have a fantastic brunch it's nice relaxing and the waitress are always courteous, friendly

Booked the boardroom for a fantasy football draft. Had service from the restaurant. All staff were great and everything was reasonably priced.

Nice pool area and nice refinishing in the bathrooms

Stayed here one time in the summer of 2019 while attending my daughters softball tournament. We had clean rooms, good service and enjoyed our stay. Would come back again!

This hotel is great better then the comfort in , because of clean bedding and pillows not use and dirty to sleep in , the hole room wash not clean that was the comfort inn, in Brandon, mb.

Everything was great. They just need more organization with their restaurant staff. They had no idea what was going on.

Supper event was very well done and professional. Buffet food was excellent and 4 lines were very efficient getting people thru.

I had an omelet that was tough and chewy. Though the server was pleasant, the service was slow.

Victoria Inn brandon is in a great location. Great staff who are accommodating and courteous. Haven't stayed in room as live in city but restaurant as good food that won't cost u a lot good value for your dollar.

Visited the 34 restaurant. Second time visiting and was disappointed in the quality of the food on this second visit.

Tried and didnt win but overall was a good experience, my late father and I used to go to this place, stayed all day 3 years ago on xmas day, and was snowed in afterwards. Staff are friendly machines weren't lol, next time...

Stayed here on occasion if only just to swim in the great pool its well worth the price. Restaurant is good. Conference rooms are well lit and great for meetings.

We used an event room for an NFL fantasy draft. Food was good. Service was good. Its a yearly event for us

Not too good first room heater broken when outside -30, we need move to other room at midnight, second room in washroom not clean, we have to clean washroom table by ourself, but all staff are goos

Very disappointed we are from out town on a day trip we called and were told we can swim in the pool for a fee when we arrived we were told by a very rude manger this is incorrect. If we were informed correctly it would have been nice or at the very least if the manager was a little politer and apologetic for the the mistake would have been made the experience better. I will not be staying at this hotel if that's how they treat there guests.

This hotel is great! Very clean and comfy rooms. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Although the exterior is dated the room and especially the bed were great. Staff were pleasant. Only beef is only 2 free breakfasts for 3 guests...on the other hand 2 of us slept in past breakfast cutoff anyway.

Had a company Christmas party here. Staff had food out in a timely and well prepared order, also the food and drink were fantastic.2

Awesome amenities. Friendly staff and for a restaurant in a hotel it wasn't terrible. The rooms are big and spacious. The reason for the 3 is the beds are very uncomfortable and the pillows suck. Also very dry in the room. Other then that it is a good place to stay.

Clean rooms but they've removed all the bathtubs and put in shower stalls. I really wanted to take a bath.

Problems with booking rooms even a year in advance. They like to give away your room.

Room was dated, shower sucks be more flow from a water bottle pool open until 11pm, so if your room over looks pool dont 3aspect any peace before 11pm, food is great though

The room was very well kept and the cleanest I've seen on my trip. I would definitely only stay at this hotel in the future. The look of the exterior is deceiving as it's a very nice place from the inside
