Friendly staff. Great meeting spaces. Perfect spot for meetings and conferences.

Rooms are great, service was excellent. The restaurant food was a hit and miss.

The rooms are clean and nice. The swimming pool is not very big but is really good. Not to mention a hot tub! Very good spot.

The rooms are always nice and the buffet on Sundays are amazing!! I love it there.

Stayed for one night. Room was clean and modern. Hotel is well kept. Shower was nice. All kinds of nozzles like a car wash. Worth the price of admission alone. Would recommend.

Enjoyed my stay. Rooms are affordable and clean! Staff is friendly and prompt. Bathroom showers are amazing!

Only changes I could hope for is to have a microwave in my room. They have one in a common place, but sucks to have to get dressed and venture out to reach it lmao. It would also be great to have a complimentary breakfast like waffles!

I had a wonderful stay last night! The food at the restaurant was delicious my room was very clean and the front desk clerk Tanya accommodated all of my requests with a very friendly attitude. I strongly recommend this hotel

It was a very good the outside looked like a very old hotel but the inside was beautiful and extremely nice and the people were very friendly

One of the better places to stay in Brandon. The hot tub and pool are nice, the restaurant is decent and the rooms were fine. The bed was very comfortable.

Hotel was clean and comfortable but buffet in the conference room was over priced and poor quality.

If you book via 3rd party you do not get the free breakfast. Cost of eating a little high. Other than that staff was pleasant, rooms were comfortable and clean.

We accidentally booked a room that was upstairs for my grandparents, since my grandparents can't move very well and need walkers it's hard and takes a lot of time to get up stairs. Avery helped us out and got them a room on the bottom floor instantly! Thank you so much Avery I hope you get a raise!

In the on site 34th street restaurant I ordered my "go to" reuben sandwich and poutine and it was one of the best I've had anywhere. Comes with a side of spicy mustard. Highly recommend. The wait staff was very friendly and welcoming.
The pool and hot tub looked great but I didnt have time to try it out. Maybe next time.

You wouldn't guess from the outside that the rooms were so nice inside. Also they take the 100 percent clean guarantee wire seriously.
I have been in newer hotels that were not as clean. Even where the walls meet the corners, there wasn't even any first or long build up.
The reason for the forf star rating though..
No microwave, as with many hotels with a restaurant. You can request one, but doesn't mean you'll get one.
No elevator, at least on the side we stayed in.
Towels in bathroom are too close to the toilet for my liking. I blame the architect for that one.
The showers in the rooms are pretty cool.
Staff all take their job seriously, from security to front desk agents.
Overall, a really nice property, though I am unlikely to stay again because a microwave is essential to me.

When I got to my room the floor was soaked from washing it and input a towel down and it turned red the colour of blood or wine. They moved my room but that was an awkward and uncomfy situation for sure.

Exterior of the building looks old but the interior, it s noticeably a lot of updating that has been done.

Staff are friendly.

Place is well maintained. My room with 2 queen beds, feel small compare to other hotels that I ve been.

The hotel is close to some amenities like Sobeys which is right across the building.

I will recommend this hotel for someone looking a place to stay in Brandon.
