Rare experience where phones and computers, Apple/ Windows / Android can be purchased, repaired or you can stop in just to ask questions about! You never get the feeling that the associates have an agenda other than providing a great experience. Also very interesting fact that they sell apple care and can service apple devices since they are certified.

Ian is phenomenal. We have three phone lines and they all had upgrades. He made the process extremely smooth. He went above and beyond and made sure that we got everything we needed. If you ever need any help with anything phone related, Ian is your guy!

They were very helpful in assisting me with trying to get my old Hotspot to work with my new laptop. Turned out the Hotspot was in compatible with my new Laptop. Which I was afraid of. They a new Hotspot that I was able use and set it up quickly for me to use.

Bought an iPhone today, they are super friendly, efficient (fast) and knowledgeable. The sales manager even gave me a hand-written note with tips on differences in the new iPhone. Love this place, will buy from them again for sure!

Lakes Region Computer came to my rescue when I was unable to access my mail account through another provider. Tom was able to expeditiously and successfully migrate my accounts to a new one. I received a new Ipad which was purchased on line. I could not get it to run properly so I brought it in to Lakes Region Computer. Even though the device was not purchased from Lakes Region, Ian Davis spent 2 hours working with me helping me understand how it worked and getting all the applications functioning. I ve been going to Lakes Region Computer for years, and the service seems to get better every time I m there. The staff always goes out of their way to make sure all my needs are met, and they are one of the friendliest businesses around. This place is awesome! A couple of years ago, they had repaired my iPhone in record time, replacing a screen that was no longer responsive to touch. This time, they replaced the keyboard in my MacBook Air laptop; these particular keyboards are known to be faulty and I had already had to have it replaced once before, at the Apple Store. Last time, the Apple Store had my computer for almost a week which is a real problem if you rely so heavily on your computer as I do. Lakes Region Computer in contrast replaced the keyboard in.....two hours!!!! Amazing! They managed to get the necessary parts within two days after I first contacted them. They provide great service, seem extremely well organized, and have really nice and knowledgeable employees. I'll bypass the Apple Store and come here from now on.

Thank you so much to Ian for helping with my iPhone problem when I arrived at 6.59pm (for a 7pm close) on a cold wet Friday night. As an international traveller I was very much in need of a working phone and desperate to get it fixed. Ian was very helpful and stayed late to sort my problems. Thank you again says everything!

Had a problem figuring out the usage on my Jetpack, called and the person answered all of my questions. Called back the following day with more questions and your staff was very patient and helpful. I always have good experiences when dealing with LRC.

Windows has overheated my PC which was not even 2 years old,{small tower} i took it to the Center Harbor store and within 2 days i was rebuilt, with super speed, much better than before, also my virus detectors were very expensive, and was able to switch to theirs{ Webroot } which saves me money !! and its more simple, i had a Tech named Tom, he was very Professional explaining details with me, and the costs, it was my first time at this place, and i was very satisfied, with all the employees, very friendly, and they were happy i was there ! plus the hours they have allowed me to pick up my computer right from work ! big HUGE Plus

This is not your ordinary Verizon or computer store. Went there recently with a Google Pixel that had a fried operating system. Nothing I did worked........I was without a phone. I brought it in to LRC, and Elena new just what to do. She wiped the phone clean, restored all of my data, and I walked out happy as a clam. All done in the most pleasant and upbeat environment. I will not take my phone or computer anywhere else.

Lakes Region Computer set up our network of 17 computers and various printers. We always take it for granted that things will run smoothly. Unfortunately with windows updates and comparability issues, things happen. Both Dan and Matt, and of course Tom, they come to our rescue and resolve the conflicts with knowledge and expertise. I called Lakes Region Computer (LRC) after struggling with molasses slow and often nonexistent wi-fi for three years (this while trying to run business in home that was totally dependent on wireless, right down to the constantly-dropped and failed conference Skypes). Dan returned my call within 48 hours, asked me a few questions and knew immediately what to bring with him on the service call. Two days later he arrived with everything he needed, and less than three hours after that, we had a complete and flawlessly functioning wireless mesh system delivering the fastest internet speeds we'd ever seen, in every room of the house including the basement, AND all the way out to the garage and the back yard. Dan stayed until he checked that everything was working and installed on every device the way it should be, completed numerous speed tests, explained what he was doing every step of the way, and provided all this in a single service call and at a price that was fair and honest. This marks the third time I've turned to LRC: I officially will not go anywhere else. Amazing, courteous, reliable, professional, prompt... the way business should be done. The people here were amazing setting me up with a new phone after I smashed mine. They stayed late to make sure myself and three other customers were all taken care of and had their phones set up before shutting down the shop.

I've been trading with LRC for the past 15 years, or so. Many decades ago, I began personal computing on a Mac. Years later I switched to a Windows-based PC, because I was told most serious business applications were built for the Windows OS. Eventually I trashed my Windows-based PC and returned to Apple. I haven't looked back and Lakes Region Computer has been with me every step of the way in equipment sales and service. I am a Mac user exclusively, including iPhone and iPad. In my view, Elena and others on the sales floor are the friendliest, most knowledgeable and helpful people one could hope to find - no better, perhaps, than the staff of Apple Stores, but every bit as good. And, and LRC is local. Plus, the LRC tech team has solved every problem I've ever encountered, which, by the way, haven't been many. I support local business whose owners and employees value my patronage and deliver the timely results I require. I am happy that Lakes Region Computer makes it easy for me to give it high marks on any consumer satisfaction scale.

Guys were great helping when Apple couldn't figure it out!

I was having troubles with my home internet and Daniel came out in less than 24 hours to take a look. He had all the equipment he needed on-hand to fix the problem and tried to provide a solution for the best possible price. He even cleaned up my mess of wires and secured them all neatly under the windowsill where they could be more hidden away. He was friendly, courteous and professional. He had so many ideas of things to try to diagnose and fix my problem and from talking with him it was easy to see he really knows what he is doing and also enjoys his job!! I worked with Elena the manager in the past and this week she helped me solve multiple email and Google and Microsoft related issues that have been plaguing me for months. She even went so far as to reach out to the two main companies to determine why they weren t working properly together on an issue. While I was in there they were at least two other people that complemented her knowledge and helpfulness. My wife and I have always had excellent service at this store. In addition, we recently had Daniel come to our home to set up new technology. I thought I would have to go all the way to Manchester to fix my old iPad that all of a sudden stopped working. That would have been a long ride to fix one issue. On my way there I decided to try my luck at Lakes Region Computer store first. Ian was super helpful and after 30-40 minutes to my great surprise he fixed all the issues I had. He invested his time even after working hours to get my problem resolved.

I just want to give some recognition to Ian Davis. Last weekend he helped me upgrade my iPhone SE to the newer edition and, as always, he was very friendly, helpful, and professional. It was a Sunday afternoon and he was in the store by himself and found that he had more than a few customers at once. He kept his cool and was able to juggle all of our varying needs such that everyone appeared happy with the service they received and left the store satisfied with their experience. I usually end up at Lakes Region Computer a few times each year and I've seen Ian in action several times. Whether he is working directly with me or I see him helping other customers, his knowledge, professionalism, and kindness has always stood out to me.

I don t live in the area I just happened to be down there and saw the Verizon store and decided to go in to see about a problem I was having with my phone that started almost a week ago. I have been without my phone since Monday.
I explained the problem that I was having to Elena, and they were lots of loops and hoops to jump through but she never gave up and she fixed a problem that I was told could take up to 5 to 7 days before I would get my phone back.
She went above and beyond for my son and myself and I can t thank her enough.
Like I said we don t live in the area we live about an hour north but I would definitely come back here if and when I ever have problems again or I will reach out to her to see if she can help me if I have to come in I will make that trip.

I called a Verizon person, not a professional, to ask for help with uploading all of my wife's data into her new phone. He asked where I got the phone I responded that I got it from the insurance coverage I had on my Verizon phone. He summarily dismissed me and had an unprofessional attitude and tone, immediately hung up the phone.
Makes me want to go to a different provider.
PS. I could not post this review unless I rated it with at least one star. The experience was not worth a star but a minus star.

I have been a customer of this Verizon center for quite a few years. The service is outstanding. The staff is friendlly, knowledgeable and are more than willing to go the extra mile for you.

Really awesome place. Brought my MacBook in on a Friday, had a call with diagnostics same day and had my computer repaired and returned to me midday Monday. Everyone is very friendly and knowledgable.
