This place is awesome! A couple of years ago, they had repaired my iPhone in record time, replacing a screen that was no longer responsive to touch. This time, they replaced the keyboard in my MacBook Air laptop; these particular keyboards are known to be faulty and I had already had to have it replaced once before, at the Apple Store. Last time, the Apple Store had my computer for almost a week which is a real problem if you rely so heavily on your computer as I do. Lakes Region Computer in contrast replaced the keyboard in.....two hours!!!! Amazing! They managed to get the necessary parts within two days after I first contacted them. They provide great service, seem extremely well organized, and have really nice and knowledgeable employees. I'll bypass the Apple Store and come here from now on.
