I just want to give some recognition to Ian Davis....

I just want to give some recognition to Ian Davis. Last weekend he helped me upgrade my iPhone SE to the newer edition and, as always, he was very friendly, helpful, and professional. It was a Sunday afternoon and he was in the store by himself and found that he had more than a few customers at once. He kept his cool and was able to juggle all of our varying needs such that everyone appeared happy with the service they received and left the store satisfied with their experience. I usually end up at Lakes Region Computer a few times each year and I've seen Ian in action several times. Whether he is working directly with me or I see him helping other customers, his knowledge, professionalism, and kindness has always stood out to me.
