Worst customer service and worst company to order food from.... Do not ever order from these jerks...

The food is not delivered but marked delivered. No easy way to register a complain. Their new chat support sucks. What can be done by a call of 2 mins now takes 30 mins with frequent disconnections and use less chatbots. There is rampant orders not getting delivered and no option to talk and resolve. Stop using this app to order food, untill they can fix the delivery issues with their agents. Need some assurance from them on how they make delivery fool proof before I can think of ordering on this app.

The worst brand in terms of food deliver. Their Company FoodPanda is a complete failure in terms of food delivery and is a source of harrassment.

Worst Service as they deduct money on order and then cancel the order. Not able to contact them for refund as the do not have any number

As there is no way to contact a manager, and I wasn't able to include images on my review of the app, this seems like the best way to register a complaint. The pictures are screenshots of the conversation I just had regarding a delivery. I requested to contact a manager 4 different times, but was given the same response each time. The customer service is horrendous. I will stick with Swiggy or Zomato from now on.

Shrijo, the foodpanda floor manager.moreover the associate Vivek, Ankur and Dimpy.no one in the foodpanda can place my order repeatedly and keep on transferring the call and saying technical glitches for that he is disconnecting my call without proper resolution as the conversation is taking long and his TAT is not meeting. No confirmation mail and answer has given me.only refund can't help my hunger.no one can give me any proper channel so that I could escalate.coz everyone trying to say is my fault that this technical fault happened. I am hungry from last 24 hours and giving refund and voucher(which will come after 24hrs as per floor manager) won't make my stomach full. Everytime delhi office harass me by stating ultimately is my fault and shut my mouth with voucher is not acceptable.Disgusting professional attitude u people have. worst experience in foodpanda since 3yrs continuous order and repeated escalation no one still act professionally.....even escalating to customer delight team...Ghanist Khanna called up stating my fault due to bad experience...seriously u guys???? no one have given me resolution...no one consider the refund status....after cancelling my order...not bother to inform anything in mails too.....very BAD....NO BRAND VALUE

Very bad service coupans not working at all. Food panda and indiatimes playing office office. I will discontinue accounts with both.
