We placed a "special order" for merchandise on August 30th. We hear nothing back. Last week my mother in law went in for an update. She was told I guess they can't get the merchandise and that the company will send us a refund. She paid cash initially so now they are sending her a check. Nothing like holding onto the money for 45 days and not contacting her with any sort of an update. Why take her contact information if they're not going to use it. Don't shop here. After all that they ran me around to call corporate rather than the issue being resolved with a cash refund from the store that we paid cash in. I wouldn't shop here. They don't deserve to receive the money you work for.
