Vereda NY Review

We placed a "special order" for merchandise on August 30th. We hear nothing back. Last week my mother in law went in for an update. She was told I guess they can't get the merchandise and that the company will send us a refund. She paid cash initially so now they are sending her a check. Nothing like holding onto the money for 45 days and not contacting her with any sort of an update. Why take her contact information if they're not going to use it. Don't shop here. After all that they ran me around to call corporate rather than the issue being resolved with a cash refund from the store that we paid cash in. I wouldn't shop here. They don't deserve to receive the money you work for.

Not a good visit for me. Showed texts from their website offering a discount for signing up for texts and was treated as if I was making it up.

UPDATE: 01.15.2020: received an email back in December offering a gift card if I sent them my mailing address and I still have not received anything. Reached out to them by email and have not heard back.

Customer service was great today....will definitely return to this location again

I went shopping with my friends and the retail workers were very rude. My friends and I were going to purchase some things because the store is closing soon, but the way the employees treated us was just terrible, so we ended up leaving. I never in my shopping experiences have had a problem with rude employees, this is the first time and I did not like it at all. Just because they are closing doesn t mean they can be rude to the customers like this. The employees worked August 12, 2020.

I am very sad to jear this store is foimg out of business

Not very friendly. I find that disposition in a lot of the New York & Company stores. The manager was not helpful at all and she let you know she was not going to help you. I will never be back at this store ever again. And I will think twice about spending my money at New York & Company the way I did in the past. Like spending thousands of dollars throughout the year. I'll take my business elsewhere.

I gave 5 stars because I received a lot of assistance in finding something from a wonderful salesperson named Toni.

Pretty good in-store selection, very friendly staff

I went shopping the other day with my friend and one of the girls that work over there told my friend to get out just because she had her little brother in a shopping car what she didn't know was that my friend is pregnant and she couldn't carry him .

Great store. Nice, clean and organized. Even though they were having a 60 to 70% sale everything was nice and clean. Very impressed.

I visited on 12/13/2019 at around 6:30. The store was so organized. ALL of the staff there that evening were so welcoming and helpful. They made the whole experience so much more fun. I will definitely be returning! The ladies that work at this store are amazing!

Like the store & merchandise but as far as customers are concerned they are invisible to the staff
Especially this time of year. I do live near by and go on other occasions. Same experience!
