Not very friendly. I find that disposition in a lot of the New York & Company stores. The manager was not helpful at all and she let you know she was not going to help you. I will never be back at this store ever again. And I will think twice about spending my money at New York & Company the way I did in the past. Like spending thousands of dollars throughout the year. I'll take my business elsewhere.
