Such an amazing place! Wonderful staff! I worked with Liz and she was great!

My daughter Lea and I met with Jennifer on a Saturday morning. Despite it being busy, Jennifer was patient, and made us feel like we were the most important people there. Vera and other staff also stopped in to comment and see how things were going. When we asked how long we had, we were told we had as long as we needed to find the perfect dress. It was nice not to feel rushed or confined to a time slot. Jennifer asked many questions and listened so well to feedback about each dress Lea tried on, that she was able to find the dream dress she had been describing. It was an amazing experience and I would recommend a trip to Veras House of Bridal!!! Ask for Jennifer!

I went here for my first appointment today. Bridget was absolutely amazing. She was fun, helpful, and very knowledgeable. I can t imagine a better bridal experience. We also were able to peruse the bridesmaid dresses, and they had a great selection! I would highly recommend Veras, and if you re lucky Bridget will be your consultant too

This was the best experience I had wedding dress shopping. My consultant and her team (including Vera herself) did an excellent job sharing their expertise and helping me find the right dress. Two thumbs up!

I had my appointment earlier this month. Saritah was my consultant and she was amazing! I was very impressed by her enthusiasm and her knowledge of bridal gowns. I even had a special appearance by Vera herself. I just got an email stating my dress is already in! Very happy I chose to go to Vera's to get my dress.

I had a wonderful experience saying yes to the dress! I made a reservation for a Saturday and we had our own room. We brought in champagne and glasses for the appointment. My consultant, Lydia, was incredible at her job and helped me narrow down Vera s huge selection of dresses to find the perfect dress for me. She was respectful of my budget and helped a very indecisive bride (me!) find a dress. The selection, prices, and overall experience is unbeatable.

I cannot say enough great things about Vera's!!!!! If you are a bride and wanting to find that perfect dress, you HAVE to make an appointment at Vera's. Having come from a horrible bridal experience at a different shop, I was really nervous I wouldn't find my dress or that I wouldn't look beautiful on my wedding day. Upon walking into Vera's, I felt welcome and that I was hanging out with old friends. EVERYONE is incredibly friendly and make you feel like the entire shop is yours for the day. I highly recommend going during the week because it's less busy and you have so much one on one attention in as much time as you need. Right away I was reassured that I would get to try on as many dresses as it takes and take as long as I need to decide. I never felt rushed or bullied into buying something I didn't like. I had Tammy helping me during my appointment, and oh my gosh this woman was made to work in bridal!!! I believe she is one of the managers on the weekends- highly suggest booking an appointment with her during the week, you will not be sorry!! Needless to say, I found the perfect dress and it was entirely not something I would have picked out on my own, so special thanks to Tammy for making me get out of my comfort zone and truly making me feel beautiful and like a bride! All of their dresses I tried on were beautiful, even if it wasn't my style. This is truly an amazing place and I can see why they have been around forever.

I had such a great experience at Vera's! I had the pleasure of having Lydia as my consultant. She was so patient and very understanding it was a big decision. I narrowed it down to one dress but I have a hard time committing to things and I couldn't say yes to the dress. She tried to get to the bottom of my hesitation and suggested we break for lunch and if I decided to say yes to come back later that same day. I thought about it, came back, and said yes to the dress! I highly recommend Vera's to any bride who wants a wide variety of styles and price ranges and who is looking for a total bridal experience.

Another thing to note is that while your appointment is set for a certain time frame they do not rush you at all and allow you to take the time you need. Many bridal salons only let you stay for that given time frame which creates a sense of urgency but that is not the case at Vera's.

A couple of my friends had really great experiences at Vera's so I was excited to come here for bridal gown shopping. I had the absolute best experience at Vera's. It was even better than what I could've ever dreamed of . Saritah was extremely attentive and listened to what I wanted, while still encouraging me to try on a few things I thought I wouldn't like. Saritah also made it such a fun experience. I have been super stressed about finding a dress and she made it comfortable, successful and fun. Seriously almost every dress she had me try on was amazing. My previous bridal gown shopping experience had been terrible so I was so happy to have such an amazing experience at Vera's. Everybody is so nice in the store without being pushy. Vera also came to stop by a few times and see how things were going which gave it a special touch. Thank you! 10/10 would recommend to everybody.

Had a wonderful experience at Vera s! Liz was not only fun to work with, but was willing to pull as many dresses as it took to find the right one (even though she nailed it on the first dress!). Other managers, seamstresses and even Vera herself stopped by our fitting room to help us and made the appointment so enjoyable. It felt like family. Would highly recommend!

My daughter found her dress last summer and was told by Vera s that she should hurry and order it in time for her New Year s Eve wedding. The dress arrived in 3-4 weeks. We were all good with that, but did feel rushed that evening to order and put money down.
Covid unfortunately caused a postponement of the wedding and is moved to this July. My daughter had chosen a winter feeling dress and wanted a lighter weight, more summer feeling dress. Vera s owner/manager reminded us that we signed a contract and there were no exceptions in choosing a different dress. We were told that we could simply leave the dress at the store and let the account close, meaning they would keep the dress along with the 600.00 deposit.
I have been a nurse for over 30 years. My daughter is a new nurse and we both worked very hard during the pandemic. Many establishments helped out healthcare workers and supported them by treating them extra special. Vera s bridal did not get the memo. I understand that businesses still have to survive, however the entire country made sacrifices. Again, Vera s Bridals did not. We were stuck with a dress that my daughter will not use.
I encourage all brides to stay clear of this store. There are so many beautiful, kind, smaller bridal shops all over Wisconsin who care and are compassionate. Think twice before heading to Vera s.

My mom and I spontaneously decided to look around for my wedding dress. We came here just last Friday shortly after they had opened and even though we didn't have an appointment scheduled, they were very accommodating and got us with a consultant right away. We worked with Lydia for the next two hours and she really did a great job! Lydia was very informative and laid out the details of the wedding dress purchase process. She really knew her stuff, especially when it came to picking out dresses that met my requirements. Although I wasn't initially a fan of some of the gowns that hung on the rack, once she put them on me, I was surprised at how much I really liked them! Lydia did find a gown that I really liked and was very tempted to purchase but I wasn't quite ready yet to purchase. For the reviewers that say that they are pushy on sales, I did not feel that way at all but then again, I go in with the expectation that any representative of a business is going to want to close the sale :) Regardless, my mom and I had a great time and would like to thank Lydia for the time she spent with us. (Fun thing too - Vera was walking around and she is such a joy!)

Wow. I couldn't have had a better experience!! I couldn't believe the variety of wedding dresses they had! It was incredible! There was literally every single kind of wedding dress there! And KAYLA WAS THE BEST!! She was so so soo patient and kind. She helped me in and out of soo many dresses. My appointment took almost the whole day and I felt bad having her bring in and out so many different dresses, but she didn't hesitate at all whatsoever in helping me. Give Kayla a raise!! I love her!! When I finally found the dress I loved, Vera (the owner) came out to see my dress and she loved it!! THANK YOU VERA!! Everyone in the store had a smile on their face and was excited for me. I couldn't be happier with my wedding dress. All of the staff was there to help me and support me. The price was not bad either!! They also have a great selection of accessories and other dresses (mother of the bride/groom, bridesmaid, etc.). Even the seamstress came out to help give me ideas with my dress when I was curious about what we could or couldn't do for the dress. I bought my wedding dress from Vera's bridal about 3 months ago, and after going to other bridal shops looking for bridesmaid's dresses, I am SOOO THANKFUL I WENT TO VERA'S for my wedding dress!! Other shops I have visited don't have nearly as big of a selection of wedding dresses as Vera's does, nor the quality customer service. I totally and completely recommend this place to anyone! YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!! I absolutely LOVE Vera's and I can't wait to go back!!

I booked a Luxe appointment at Vera's, and I was not disappointed! They opened the shop up on a Sunday for myself and 6 of my friends and family. There was sparkling cider set out for everyone to enjoy while I tried on dresses. The building itself is gorgeous and I loved the changing rooms.Tammy was so knowledgeable and fun to work with. I'm happy to say I found my dream dress! I'd highly recommend Vera's to every future bride!

Claire was amazing!! She made me feel beautiful, and helped me find the perfect dress! She really listened to me and found the dress I didn't even know I was looking for, while still bringing in dresses I liked already. The experience was great, and the whole staff made me feel special. They have an amazing selection, and the prices are great too. I highly recommend Vera's!

Vera's, hands down, is the bridal shop that most of our brides go to. Here's what our brides have told us : Vera's made them feel cherished and taken care of. That Vera's dress selection is like no other, and that the entire experience makes them feel so special.

So my fiance and I have a wedding set up next year and we had been wedding dress shopping at a few places. We won't mention any names but we had been to a few places and they either had very limited selection that we were looking for, didn't listen to what we were looking for, or just were annoyed that we showed up without an appointment but we're so busy with our schedule when we have time we use it so it might be spontaneous. This day happened to be the day that Madison's downtown was shut down because of the MG&E fire. So we decided to drive around to a bunch of places in Madison and look at wedding dresses. The first store we went to didn't have a very large selection and when my fiance tried to explain what she liked the salesperson went and picked out choices that they preferred instead. The second place was near Vera's and we didn't have an appointment so they would let her try on anything. The manager was also having a very loud disagreement with one of her employees, it was so awkward we just left. We knew Vera's existed but we were a little hesitant of going there nit knowing the range of prices and size selection. So my fiance called and asked if they accepted walk-ins and they said of course, much to our pleasant surprise. We went in and it was so gorgeous. The place is organized well and by price. The fact that it seems like a well-oiled machine was really appealing to my fiance and the fact that everyone in there was so nice and welcoming it was a refreshing change of pace. We got assigned Caitlin as our helper. She was amazing. Lots of the wedding dress sales people that we have met are on par with car dealership salesman where they pressure you so much it's off-putting and you want to leave the entire time. Which kills the special mood you're supposed to feel when picking out your wedding dress. But she did not do that she was fantastic. So just to give you a little heads-up of why it was amazing for us they gave us these little rings to put on dresses we'd like and then she went around and picked up these colored rings that were attached to the dresses and brought all the dresses into the room and we had a little Fashion Show to our self in our own private booth. It was great to get to have a consultant pull option for you, but also get to look around yourself. It was very efficient very privates and it really let you see how beautiful you look in your dress. We were also on a budget so we knew what areas were in our budget to shopping so we weren't wasting time looking at dresses what we couldn't afford. We ended up spending hours in there going through dresses and she was very helpful and eliminating dresses with us but not trying to steamroll our decision-making. It made the whole struggle of finding a wedding dress super easy and very positive which was great compared to other places. By the end of the time there we found the perfect dress and we ordered it on the spot because we knew that it was the one. They even let you walk around in it and don't pressure you to get out of its immediately after trying it on and take a picture of you in it so you have it for a reminder of your dress. It was first class customer service. Would reccomend.

I had the most incredible experience at Vera's. What made my experience even better was having Tory as my consultant. After showing Tory a few photos of the dresses I liked, it was dress #3 that I put on that I knew was the ONE. Not only is Tory very talented, a great listener and so very kind, she was extremely personable. She made my family, friends and I feel right at home. I even had my fitting last week and she spent time with me to make sure everything was perfect and helped validate my thoughts in how I was wanting things to fit. She has gone the extra mile to make my whole wedding dress experience better than I ever expected. My sincerest thank you to Tory and the entire Vera's Family!!!

I can not begin to tell you how amazing each person has been to work with. My dress and vail is absolutely amazing and the as a bride, I couldn't be more thankful for Nicole helping me find it, Vera herself customizing my vail and Jamie n Rhonda for being so outstanding with my alterations. It may take me an hour and half to get here each time but Vera's House of Brides has been more then worth the trip! 100% recommended!

Had the most AMAZING experience at Vera's choosing a wedding dress for my daughter! The bridal consultant listened to the bride of her ideal "10" dress. She was then able to bring out dresses to try on that were flattering and with more questions to the bride, helped her find "THE DRESS". Priceless moment for a mom to see that special look on her daughter's face and have her say "Yes to the Dress". All this done with your budget in mind!!! We did not have an experience in the Chicagoland area to compare. So worth the drive to Madison!

I purchased my dress in September. Vera's staff has been nothing but outstanding through the entire process. I will recommend Vera's to brides and bridesmaids every chance I get!

Overall, great experience and I found the perfect dress. Everyone was very nice and helpful. My only two complaints were 1) I felt a little rushed and 2) After coming from out of town to buy my dress, they were unwilling to schedule fittings on Saturday, which means they expected me to take off work for every fitting. The manager did end up making an exception since I had bought the dress while they were still doing Saturday alterations but this would be a reason for future brides to shop elsewhere.

They did a fantastic job. We had been to a few places for my little sister to try on dresses for her wedding already, but she found her dress and bought it the day we went to Vera's! Gorgeous gowns in a variety of styles and prices. A seamstress on hand to give advice if needed. And a lovely atmosphere. Our attendant, Saritah, was so accommodating and generally peppy and wonderful. I would especially recommend her if you're going with a group and really don't want the bride's opinion to get drowned out. She kept coming back to how does the bride feel in this dress, what does she think about it. She wasn't pushy about it, but I felt like she would have stood up a little for a bride if they needed her to! Definitely a 5 star experience.

Vera s House of Bridals is amazing! The experience was amazing and the staff was wonderful! They were very accommodating considering the trying times. I love my dress and will 100% recommend this establishment to anyone!

Shout out to Bobbi. She is one of the seamstresses at Vera's. She went above and beyond for my aunt and was willing to do whatever until she was happy. This included pulling a rabbit out of a hat that ended up being the home run of bustles. You patience and understanding were remarkable and we cannot thank you enough. Bobbi is amazing and I would highly recommend her any day of the week for any alterations. Keep up the great work and Vera, don't let her go!

My bridesmaids purchased their dresses here and we had a lovely experience. When i first went in, it was just me and my sister. We used this time to go through what styles we liked and narrowed it down to 3. The second appointment i took 4 of my 6 bridesmaids in to try on and get measured. The consultant really helped me figure out that i only really loved 1 of the 3 dresses and we chose that one! the final appointment i made was with my 2 other bridesmaids. That appointment was okay. it was busy so i felt like i was being rushed out the door and they didn't get the try on the dress they were ordering. So just need to be mindful of the busy times even if you make an appointment. Overall i felt we had a good experience with Vera's.

This was my second stop shopping for my wedding gown. Tammy and all other staff I encountered were great! They made me feel special and beautiful. After trying on a half dozen dresses, I decided on the first one Tammy put me in.

I have been to 3 bridal shops so far and scheduled an appointment with Vera's on a whim. I am SO thankful I did.

It's gorgeous inside and they have the best selection of bridal gowns I've seen. I wanted a long sleeved ballgown and they had so many for me to try on, I was amazed. I ended up finding 3 dresses I absolutely adored more than any dress I tried my previous 3 dress shop visits.

Picking my dress was so difficult; I never expected to find more than one dress I absolutely adored. In the end, I picked the perfect dress and I was so sad to take it off.

Vera s was at the top of my list of places to shop for my dream dress. I had brought a friend of mine here two-ish years again and had a fantastic experience. She even found her dream dress. This weekend it was my turn! I had the privilege to work with Erica, and she was an absolute doll. I can t recommend her enough. You can tell that it was her mission to put me in my dream dress. I m pretty sure she knew which dress was going to be the winner before I did! When it s time to pick up my dress, I plan to go when Erica is there so she can be with me when my face lights up with excitement for the second time.

When I first went to Vera's I thought I had already found my dress at a different bridal shop. I ended up finding the dress I said yes to at Vera's. It is truly a personal experience! Becca, my attendant, was AMAZING. She immediately made me feel comfortable and knew so many little details about the dresses. She figured out which way I was leaning towards as I was trying on different dresses. Becca then brought me her personal favorite. It quickly turned into my own and was the dress I said yes to. Caitlin was my consultant and she was amazing! I had somewhat of an idea on what i liked and she was able to capture what i was looking for perfectly. She asked pointed questions and listened carefully throughout the process. I felt like she was honest with me on what cuts and styles were more flattering on me. I loved that! Vera's is the BEST place to go for your bridal needs! I had Lori as a consultant and she was so patient and caring with me. I find myself as a "hard" bride since I just didn't know what I wanted for certain. She pulled items from my favorites I chose prior to my appointment online as well as brought additional dresses to try.
I was so overwhelmed when I got there just seeing the dresses and feeling uncomfortable with the process as my previous experience left me feeling shamed.
Lori was able to perk me up and just kept giving me options and took the time with me.
She did not rush me, and my appointment was almost 3 hours! And that was just due to me being unsure of myself.
Lori helped me find the perfect dress for my big day. I cannot thank her enough for that!

Our experience at Vera's was fantastic. I couldn't say enough great things about Vera's and Tammy our consultant. We were there in August. This was our first day of looking at dresses; just trying to get ideas of what my daughter liked, with no real intention of actually purchasing that day. Vera's was our second stop. The store was impressive, with sweeping, elegant staircases and private salons. Tammy asked a few questions about my daughter's preferences and brought in dresses that were spot on. There was no pressure to buy that day but we found the dress of her dreams within the hour and purchased. They have dresses for everyone's budget. Vera came in and introduced herself, that was a treat in itself. The whole place was very professional. I would skip all other shops and head directly to Vera's, you will not be disappointed!!

Maddie was so helpful in finding my dress! She was patient for the entirety of 2 visits that were around 2 hours each! My daughter picked out her wedding gown at Here's. We were blessed to meet Vera who is past the normal retirement age and a lovely woman who works very hard at being involved with the women picking out their wedding gowns. Vera took great interest in my daughter and the story of her upcoming wedding. My daughter is marrying my best friend of 32 yrs. Son who is also my Godaon. A true love story!!

I had an incredible experience at Vera's, I couldn't say enough nice things about it. I went yesterday for my first ever bridal appointment and was lucky enough to find my dream dress! Tammy was absolutely FABULOUS! She was able to pull dresses I had favorited from the online look book as well as a few choices of her own to help narrow down what I wanted. Aside from finding the perfect dress she also found the perfect veil and accessories to match. Tammy s attention to detail and eye for bridal made my appointment relaxing and the best time! I would highly recommend Vera s and Tammy to anyone in the market for beautiful, reasonably priced bridal gowns.

The experience we had at this shop was simply outstanding. We went to this location because nearly everyone we knew asked why we hadn't gone here first. We were here to help our friend find her wedding dress, as well as our bridesmaid dresses. I never write reviews, but felt others should know how truly special this place was. From experiencing other boutiques and chains, I could see a drastic difference with this place. The lady who helped us was named Tammy, and she definitely knew what she was doing. My friend was absolutely in love with only the THIRD dress that Tammy picked out. (We loved the first dress as well) You could tell this consultant was good at what she did and really listed to what the bride was looking for. She was very knowledgeable and gave us a great amount of advice on any type of question we asked her. Also, we LOVED the fact that Vera herself came to our appointment and introduced herself. When my best friend and I walked into Vera's we felt out of our element. The store was elegant and we didn't know what we were doing. Luckily we were immediately greeted by a friendly employee. We waited for just a few minutes when Amy met us. She took us up the staircase to a large vintage decorated room. I had no idea what I was looking for and Amy was patient, friendly, and made us feel comfortable. After a few different dress fittings, Amy found my dream dress. I walked in with no idea of what I wanted and I now have a dress that I feel is incomparable and reasonably priced. I worked with other employees who were also helpful and professional. So far, I have my dress and veil with the help of Vera's staff and it will be difficult to go anywhere else for my other bridal needs after this experience.

Vera's incompetency and failure to openly admit that they made a mistake in ordering my daughters wedding gown is as disturbing as their Google rebuttal which includes biometric measurements in inches on the future bride. Subsequently we went to a reputable bridal establishment and purchased another wedding dress. I am out over $1,000.00 on Vera's gown. I was not totally at ease when I first seen the place, it is outdated. The day we went to initially pick a dress out they placed us in a 2nd story room with my 90 year old mother along. They were accommodating to change to a first floor dressing room however this shows the lack of insight they have. As the mother of the bride I will share the inappropriate comments made by one of the sale persons and witnessed by the others in our group the day my daughter chose the dress at Vera's. My daughter made a comment that she was not sure that she liked a train on one of the dresses. I started to explain to her my thoughts. The sales person raised her voice and began over talking me which was demeaning. She did this everytime I said something to my daughter. After we chose the dress the same sales person shouted across from the stair area to where I stood close to the register another demeaning comment about the train. My daughter and I were horrified. My daughter and I are reasonable and respected professionals in the medical field and are only posting this so future brides do not experience what we did. Ask other wedding boutiques about Vera's. I can expect a long response on my post from Vera's. LOL all they ever needed to do is take responsibility for their mistakes instead of posting rebuttals on Google to salvage a unearned reputation.

An amazing experience. Tori assisted me and she listened to what I was looking for, brought dresses that fit my criteria and also branched out A bit. I got a dress that was not one I would have picked on my own and I am IN LOVE! Vera was also there and was sweet as pie:) I recommend this place 100%, and recommend Tori as well!

Saritah did an amazing job helping me find my dream dress. I m very glad she was my bridal consultant. She was very knowledgable with all the materials and the dresses. I felt that everything went very smoothly, ,quickly and it was a very welcoming/ friendly atmosphere. Not only we re we able to find my wedding dress, but also my bridesmaids dresses. I live about an hour away and I m happy to say Vera s was worth the drive. I shopped at several stores before I finally found my dress here. My attendant, Nicole, was excellent. She was patient and listened to what I was looking for. I didn t feel any pressure to buy anything that I wasn t completely happy with. I highly recommend Vera s!

Tammy that assisted our bride, was so knowledgeable of Vera's inventory of dresses & truly listened to our bride! We even met Vera. What an amazing woman. Vera's is the perfect place to find your wedding dress!! They have such a great selection that whatever you are imagining will be there. Everyone is so friendly, and Vera herself loves to make appearances to check in on every bride.
I worked with Tammy when looking for my wedding dress. She was sooo incredibly helpful and knew the exact questions to ask to help me get in the right mind frame so I knew I was making the right final choice. She listens to exactly what you are looking for, but also brings in some surprise dresses that you didnt know you would love. I loved that she was so patient, as I am not the best at decision making. I went back later the same week to look for bridesmaids dresses, and even though she was on the wedding dress floor, she stopped by and checked in on me. I cannot say enough about how amazing working with her was, I could go on and on. She helped me find the perfect dress!

Vera s was above and beyond any experience I ve ever had. They were very warm and welcoming when I came in. I had Claire as my stylist and she was everything I could have ever hoped for. She was relaxed and made me feel very comfortable. She really listened to what I wanted and what I was looking for. I found my dream dress from a massive and beautiful selection of gowns. Great customer service and Vera was there to celebrate one of the most important days of my life.

As someone who has had the honor of being in several weddings, shopped for my own wedding gown and visited several bridal stores in the process, I can assure you with everything I have that Vera's is the best place you could choose to get your bridal gown or bridesmaid dress. The experience and service you get here is truly one-of-a-kind. The staff has always listened and guided appropriately with respect and genuine care. All of the dresses she brought to my room were beautiful. You cant go wrong with any dress but Anna really helped me find MY dress. They exceeded my expectations!

I had such a great experience at Vera s, from booking the appointment to finding the dress! I m having a micro wedding on short notice, but was able to find the perfect dress in stock. My stylist, Margaret, was so helpful and patient. Even though I didn t really know what my style was, she took the time to show me so many different options without making the process overwhelming. I visited Vera's to just look at dresses. I brought a few of my girls and my mom to help me look. I walked into Vera's and instantly felt comfortable. Kayla was my consultant and was AMAZING! She listened to what I liked and didn't like and the first dress I tried on ended up being the one! I was so excited to have found the dress. I am so glad they had dresses for the non cookie cutter woman like myself. It was so great to see how the dress fit and not just stand next to it and imagine it. I wish I could add more stars!! Growing up I've always wanted to have the opportunity to shop at Vera's! Today shopping for my dress was such an incredible experience. Shelly helped us out and was on her A game for our entire time there. She had us grab some dresses to start to see what I was looking for but then used her knowledge to pull some that I never would have thought of. She was very professional as well as personal and made me and my ladies feel right at home! She took her time to make sure I was comfortable and any questions were answered. Towards the end she made me feel like royalty and gave me my first look in my dress and I knew right then that it was the one! I could go on and on about our incredible experience today. It was a special treat to be able to have Vera stop by to see us and show her how happy I was. Thank you all for an incredible day!!

My experience with Vera's was better than I could've ever imagined. I stopped in one day with 2 of my bridesmaids and a young woman named RENATTA helped us. I requested her again when I came in to find my bridal gown, and I'm so happy I did. She was patient, helpful, and amazing to work with. When I went back in with all my bridesmaids I specifically requested her again and she was AMAZING! She truly helped make my experiences (bridal and bridesmaid) stress free and wonderful. She is honestly a part of our family - I can't even put into words how great she is! My entire Vera's experience was great, everyone was so helpful and nice throughout my entire journey. I would recommend Vera's, especially Renatta, to anyone and everyone!!

I truly don't think I could've gone anywhere that would've topped my experience at Vera's. I was so excited for my trip to Vera's after having gone with a friend for bridesmaid dresses and another friend for her wedding dress last year. My mom came up from the Milwaukee area for my appointment, and we were lucky enough to get to work with Saritah. She asked for pictures of what I had previously tried on and been interested in and made sure to ask questions to really grasp my dress/wedding vision. Saritah was the perfect guide; she never made us feel rushed (in fact, she stayed past close and never once let on that it was getting late), stepped in to help take pictures, offered real opinions, and asked the perfect questions to help me figure out what I really wanted to walk down the aisle and get married in. She even creatively suggested little additions to the dress to makes it totally unique to me, which was just icing on the cake.
I wanted to have a special day with my mother- and sister-in-laws-to-be to pick out my veil, so I called Vera's the following week to schedule a special Sunday appointment. I was told the person who usually did those appointments was unavailable but I'd receive a response the following day letting me know for sure. An hour later, Saritah called me back offering to come in that Sunday to make the special appointment happen. She made that experience beyond fun and so very memorable for me, my new sisters, and my fiance's 6-year-old niece (who will be returning for her flower girl dress soon!); she even gave my future niece "jobs" to keep her involved and entertained while we found my veil and tried on bridesmaid dresses. I can't say enough wonderful things about Saritah and the entire Vera's staff and store - THANK YOU all for making my dress shopping experience such a dream!!

Everyone was so helpful. Even though I originally bought a dress from somewhere else, when it didn't work out these ladies were SUPER accommodating and helpful in finding me a dress shirt notice. I also love that they are willing to store it for several weeks for me, so helpful. I also appreciate that as a plus size woman, there were many dresses of all sorts of stores to try on and the quality is great!

My consultant Tammy not only managed to juggle the four individual opinions of my bridesmaids and family, but also paid careful attention to my wishes; right down to noting the subtle differences in my reactions to each gown. Ultimately I was able to find my fairytale gown and top off its drama factor with a few accessories while still staying under my $1000 budget. Just got back from purchasing my wedding dress at Vera s. Having a fuller figure i was very apprehensive about going wedding dress shopping for the first time. I wondered if there would even be enough dresses in my size to try on. I met with Bridgette and my experience could not have been more positive! She listened to what I was looking for and there were plenty of dresses for me to try on. I can be indecisive but she asked great questions about each dress I tried on that helped me make decisions. She was so friendly and helped me feel very comfortable. I was definitely not expecting to find the dress or make a purchase today but I found the perfect dress in the sample sale section for an amazing price point and it already fits like a glove.
