They were scheduled a interview process. Me and a friend went to Vensoft India Pvt Ltd. 1st round was completed.They did not give the information selected or Not.

HR never gives your interview feed back, even after u call and ask they ignore you.. ask for original documents...

It's a reputed enterprise with open door policy. Good working environment and employee friendly management.

Vensoft is good for us it recruiting but pravallika hr who have taken my telephonic round was very professional and cool..waiting for further round..

Interview is done as if they don't require any new person
They offer less salary but we have to give bond

not good at all,i still remember that i completed my interview last month on may, they don't even handle the calls properly,they will call for interview and tell will get you back,very recklessness.i have reffered my friends,but they are rejected.waste of attending interviews in this company.person who took my interview has very attitude.no proper information.

dont attend interviews it is fake and waste of time the person who interview me is showing attitude and at the end of the interview he will say you have only basic knowledge and i refer to many friend non of them got selected worst company

i got a call from this company as i informed my expected salary . they called for interview and started for negotiation of salary and wasted my time worst HR worst company.
