Was given the run around for a wiring schematic that I desperately needed by multiple Komatsu dealers. Gary helped me get the information I needed to get my lift running. He had to chop up a diagram into a bunch of pieces to be able to fax it to me. Went above and beyond, and it s greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Our company has used Mid Florida Material Handling, Inc. on two separate occasions, and on both occasions their whole staff has been very patient, kind, professional. Any of the many questions I have had were answered very quickly, each time without any issue, and the one occasion we had an issue (poor wording on my part) they quickly clarified. Safe to say we will be happy to use them again in the future, great job Mr. Southerland with training/selecting your staff.
Isaac and his staff are wonderful people. I had a Harper dolly with two flat tires and was told by the company it would take 2 weeks to get 2 new tires from the production plant to me. We are having an event next week to benefit the neonatal unit at Winnie Palmer Hospital needed all the dollies in our office for this event. I saw that Mid Florida Material Handling was a retail outlet for Harper. I called and they had me bring in the dolly to their shop which was a few miles from our office. They kept it, replaced the inner tubes at no cost and we have a dolly as good as new. Isaac said it was the least he could do to help the tiny babies at Winnie Palmer Hospital! We are so grateful!!!!!! Thank you Mid Florida Material Handling for your generous gesture in helping us with our useless dolly!

I requested a quote on a rental of a forklift. Julio sold me on a 18 month long term rental for $470 per month. It turns out that there is no such thing and the owner of the company doesn't know how Julio came up with these numbers even though he has been in the industry for over 15 years. When I received the quote, it was for a 36 month lease and all the terms were different. I spoke to Mr Suderthland the owner and he wansnt interested in hearing my side of the story. When I tried to address the issue with Julio, he just decided to hang up on me because he just couldnt explain his dishonesty. I wish the owner of the company had dealt with this issue in a more professional manner. To say the least, I will take my business elsewhere as I dont feel I cant conduct business with a company that tells you one tjing and the quotes you another.

I my old forklift finally died and I went to find an inexpensive used replacement. Paul and his team were so friendly and honest that I was able to make a purchase that day. He had his team totally service it and insisted on including new tires at no charge. On top of that he even paid me something for my 1969 Toyota Forklift which a hauled away. These guys (and gals) are great!
We contacted this company to purchase pallet racks for a new warehouse. It took under one week to receive the materials. There were a few miscommunications involved but the order we received was accurate and exactly as described. Our rating also encompasses the trucking company MFMH had contracted to deliver the materials. They missed an important deadline causing financial loss on our end. Oviedo Road and Wrecker Service mismanaged this delivery they had several days to prepare for which is an unfortunate loss for MFMH. We hope our business relationship with this company will improve along with the reliability of the trucking company providing delivery service so we can continue to do business in the future.
Found this gem of a company on Orange Ave driving by and seeing tons of used pallet rack out front of their warehouse. Ended up getting a used forklift at a great price as well. Awesome customer service and delivery time here in Orlando, very rare in the warehouse industry!
