Absolute legend. Highly recommend any one purchasing or upgrading there existing trailer. I personally upgraded mine and George went beyond to assist with repairing and upgrading our 8x12 box trailer. 10/10 quality, service, pricing and customer service.

George is not a gentleman, he is very rude and arrogant individual. Also the director of Venom Trailers. He over prices his work and does not care about his customers just $$$$. I booked with him with ample notice of a month. I had to close my business in order to book with Venon Trailers. The day before he was rude, stopped answering my calls and said I was a headache and no worth his while. I begged him to honour my appointment and agreement as I had a month of planning to close my business and book with Venon Trailers. I explained how important it was to add the breaks so i could make the trailer safer for my teenage daughter but he was rude, obnoxious and had little regard for me as a customer or the fact my trailer was not safe. Stay clear from Venom Trailers unless your want to deal with a rude arrogant individual. He may have awards that are decades old. But now he has lost sight of what customer service is. He still dwells in the past as at one stage Venon Trailers has awards but now 10 years later they have lost sight of their customers. STAY CLEAR dont be duped by old awards 20 years ago
