Not enough customer or client support available. We tried contacting them for inquiry but we kept on calling them and there's no one to answer us. I think for a company to be successful, they must delegate a reliable team for customer service that would be the front liners in dealing with inquiries and concerns from their clients.

Everyone who has worked here for more than three months eventually becomes lifeless. Working here will make you lose your work-life balance. The job requires a great amount of energy and management keeps assigning tasks. No day goes by without employees getting their stress levels to the maximum. This company is not for the faint of heart.

Their consultants are unprofessional, untactful and rude. They are always late for meetings, act like the most important people in the world and your business won't be better without their advice. They show up like the boss and would say inappropriate things that come up rude most of the times. We don't really like these people.

Their consultants are not as flexible as they claim to be. There are only two options and models on what they can deliver. Both options in our opinion are still lacking some elements, but they can't generate more or at least a better idea to what they originally proposed. We ended up going to the competition.

I wasn't treated like a human here. Instead, management treated me like a robot who has no life outside of work. The managers pressured me to work for very long hours with minimal compensation. This made me lose my work-life balance and took a toll on my emotional and physical health. Do not work for this company for your own sake.
