We had a one day seminar here. The facilities that we encountered were splendid and the lunch was delicious.

A very elegant and beautiful place. Their facilities are well kept and the staff is professional and quiet friendly. If you want a weekend getaway with your family or significant other this would be an option you won't regret.

Terrible, one small towel in the bathroom, no hot water, hole in the sheet, old couch, not worth the money

This place has realy gone backwards since my last visit in July 18. Water pressure was very low an erratic. The floors in the rooms need repairs. Aircons was not working. Moved 21h00 at night when I complained about it. Then no water at 7h00 this morning. 3 Supersport Channels not working. Staff seems not really interested to attend to issues. Food at lunch and Supper no variation. Always fish and chicken

Women was rude when I asked to change rooms, room not always clean, reception and room service never seems to answer calls, had to get takeouts. It's sad. But I love the set up of the suite.

Outside of Pretoria in rural area. Close to Lanseria airport. Nice big rooms. Beautiful settings.

I had a wonderful time. The staff were wonderful, very helpful. I struggled with the aircon in my room which seemed to be controlled at a central place. At least put instructions in the room to assist the guests

Nice hotel. Friendly and helpful personnel. Excellent service. Stayed at this hotel and received excellent service. This Hotel is really earned it's four star status.

Service was terrible, rooms were not ready at check in, room service was not available, ordered drinks to the room, drinks never arrived, the showers are absolutely horrible, you can either shower in cold water or in boiling water, will not be staying there again.

The spa is excellent. Great atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff. Great service and the massages are heavenly. The hotel is disappointing. The room we have is run down. Clean but tired. Room is quite spacious but the floors and chairs are peeling. Not happy considering the price we paid.

Velmore hotel and spa is the perfect place to host a wedding! With a stunning pool area and gardens it will sure make for beautiful wedding photos. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The manager greeted us very politely and made us feel so welcome. We got to stay in the most beautiful room. The presidential / honeymoon suite is definitely one of the best rooms i have ever had the pleasure to stay in, in a hotel. The bed was big and comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and clean. The room was well equipped with everything you need for a hotel stay. The lobby of the hotel also looks stunning. The food was fantastic. Tasty and well presented and didn't take long to arrive. I had the bacon burger which was big and had delicious fries! There is free wifi and a gym for guests to use. The hotel has plenty of adequate secure parking. There is also a brilliant spa available on site, which you should try out during your stay. The full day spa package is a must.

The spa treatment was amazing, the hotel and restaurant looks amazing. The hotel restaurant is infested with houseflies, they need a good plan in place to deal with the houseflies, theres a roof spray to deal with houseflies but then they fall on top of the tables, i ate looking at houseflies on the table, on the floors and live ones on the walls.

The roof is leaking they got buckets in the passages. The bedding got marks on them. The hot water goes cold then hot. The pool is not working this in the middle of summer. The conference hall is smelling like mold. The staff does not know what they are doing. This for a 4-star hotel I stayed in better 2-star hotels.

We attended a wedding on Sunday 16 December 2018. Venue stunning...if that's all you're there for. The service was pathetic. Our food took ages to get to each table and when it eventally got there it was ice cold. It took them 3 hours to serve all the food to all tables..they ran out of salad and when we complained and asked head waiter they miraculously produced a plate of salad..that someone else had already tucked into and spat their olive pits into. Our family has had four weddings in last 2 years and this is the worst place we've ever had the misfortune to eat at. Food is poor, small portions and their waiter staff brain dead. DO NOT BOOK AT THIS TERRIBLE HOTEL. NOT WORTH THE MONEY PAID!

Gorgeous atmosphere and views. Toilets near the wedding venue were messy though.

I had a wonderful time, the staff were superb especially at the dining area. But I think with all the space you have you can do a little entertaining area for the kids, so that it can attract more family clients. Over and above I loved your property and will surely come again...

We booked in as we are in Pretoria for business and literally just need a good nights sleep. On Wednesday night when we arrived at the hotel really late at night, our room was on the second floor. It was extremely noisy! Like the sound of an industrial fan. So I went to reception and requested a change of room. The guy at reception was very helpful and gave us another room on the first floor.today woke up. Time to get to work, the water is ice cold!!! Couldn't really have a decent shower as it was too cold! Also any noise in the corridor echoes. So even when someone's going to their room and talking ut sounds really loud. Maybe put a carpet runner across the corridor to absorb the sound.

A nice environment in tune with nature. Classic bedrooms to spend the night. This hotel is in the outskirts of Pretoria and the first when coming from Jburg. The buffet is a delicacy you don't want to miss. The only challenge I had was parts of the large hotel compound not paved hence difficult to walk through when it rains otherwise It's a great experience to be home away from home.

The staff presence is very low. There is no number to call from your room if you want to contact housekeeping, reception maintenance. The building is grand, but it looks like there is furniture missing - maybe furniture was removed. Food options are only buffet, salad dis not look fresh at lunch. Food is mediocre.

Very welcoming and friendly place to be in Centurion.
