Completely worthless. I placed an order through their website for delivery. They call me the day before it is supposed to be delivered and said they don t deliver there. I called back to ask why they accept orders for places they apparently don t deliver, and spoke with a miserable employee who refused to acknowledge they shouldn t be taking orders for areas they don t deliver. I asked if she was in Denver, she said yes, so I told her the address it was being delivered to was about 30 minutes away, she said she didn t know where it was or how far it was and hung up. Will avoid this place at all costs in the future.

Veldkamp's Flowers at this specific location has been my trusted source for buying flowers, and priceless gifts. I am always stunned by the selection, quality, and customer service! I purchased and arranged this bouquet for my parents 50th Wedding Anniversary, and it was such a special gift. All 50 roses were purchased here, and this beautiful vase to hold it all together is absolutely amazing. I recommend everything about this place, and I am so very grateful for all that this company stands to represent, and every staff member that it takes to keep it up and running. Please look no further for flower shops! This place has truly won!

I received a plant for my birthday from Veldkamp's. The plant was lovely but it quickly became apparent that there was a problem with the plant. I called and they replaced it. They brought me a different species of plant at my request, since I was concerned about the problems I had with the other plant. They really stand behind their stock and want the customer to be happy. I'll use them again in the future for flowers and plants. Thank you for standing behind what you sell. My parents who sent me the plant for my birthday, were really happy to hear this shop had good customer service. Thanks Veldkamp's!

My husband ordered these roses for my birthday. They are nearly all perfect, and arranged beautifully. The delivery person also seemed happy to see me receive them. I loved them and am drying out a couple to save. Thanks so much. Oh also, every time we have ordered from them, the order is correct.

I have now ordered a few times from this company and they have always been great!! I sent my grandmother flowers today and she called me crying overjoyed with her beautiful arrangement! Thank you guys so much!! It's always a great feeling to receive/send a product just as advertised.

Every time I have ordered arrangements from Veldkamps (3 so far) they have been top notch. My wife has loved them. Definitely will use them in the future.

Veldkamps has some of the most beautiful flowers to pick from. I typically go a few times a year and it never goes wrong, they are loved by guests. I do like that the roses stay alive and healthy for a longer period of time than those at grocery stores.There is something here for everyone, and the inside of the store is lovely too.

I placed an order for same delivery on Friday, but due to some delays and/miscommunication, my order got accidentally canceled which I found out on Saturday. I reached out to customer service and rep by name Talia emailed and called right away and she went above and beyond to get my flowers out for delivery on Saturday. She was fantastic. The florist did a great job! This was for a special lady recovering from her surgery at a hospital and the bouquet Veldkamps made exceeded our expectations! Very beautiful, fresh flowers, and upbeat and cheerful arrangement. Highly recommend.
