The Jewel Event Centre Review

Just wanted to share a little anecdote: We got married at The Jewel THREE years ago and, when we see friends and family, they are STILL complimenting us on the food from our wedding...from three years ago! This is a testament to how amazing this hall is. Congratulations to The Jewel for doing such a great job that people are still talking about! We also had the day after the wedding catered by The Jewel (for 70 people). Now, we are planning a backyard engagement party and there is no one else we even think of calling - contacted The Jewel again right away to cater the event - Lisa has been more then helpful! Looking forward to another great event kudos to the great team at The Jewel.

My bridal shower at The Jewel was a HUGE success! Guests adored the signature cocktails, delicious food and impeccable service from the management and waitstaff!

Planning this event was easy and stress-free! Lisa walked me through the process and was a great help every step of the way! Grace (our lead server/captain) was phenomenal!! She is super friendly and genuine - you know you are in great hands!

The night was seamless and perfect! I could not ask for anything more!

Lisa is absolutely amazing. Ive changed my wedding date to next march of 2022, and currently decreased my guest list and she's been nothing but understanding and accommodating. Every time I talk to Lisa, she makes me feel better about the current situation. I am looking forward to having my wedding at the Jewel, everyone is so lovely. I have also ate there quite a few times and the food is absolutely delicious. Cant wait for my day!

We ve been in the process of scheduling our Engagement party (postponed many times) and our wedding (postponed once) at this venue, and Lisa has been so accommodating, friendly, and amazing to work with.
We looked into many other halls before selecting this one, and I m so glad we chose the Jewel! I definitely feel like we would not have received the same level of support and service at other venues during this pandemic, and I can t wait to one day celebrate our Engagement and wedding here! I highly recommend the catering from The Jewel. I ordered the seafood meal for Christmas Eve and it was a hit. The portion sizes were great, and the seafood was extremely tasty, likely one of the best Zuppa Di Pesce I have ever had. The staff was very friendly and easy to deal with. I will defiantly be contacting The Jewel for my next catering order.

We ordered Fish for Christmas Eve dinner and I can't express how delicious it was. The food and the service at the Jewel is outstanding. I would and will highly recommend The Jewel.

Always enjoyed events at the Jewel. The food is delicious, and the staff is kind. This made it easy for me to decide to have my own wedding reception there as well.
Unfortunately, due to COVID, I had to make changes to my wedding date. I spoke with Lisa there who has been nothing but understanding and accommodating to my needs. During this hard time a bride deserves to deal with a hall that is patient, kind, understand, and, of course accommodating. Thank you so much Lisa, I can t wait for my wedding :)

Absolutely amazing experience with the Jewel event centre- many times. Have dined in and ordered event takeout from them regularly and the food is incomparable. Would not be able to recommend one specific item, because everything we have tried from them has been fantastic. Asides from the food - I cannot stress how hard Lisa strives to satisfy her clients. It has been a pleasure to have someone so genuine on our team. It is really impeccable and leaves a seriously positive lasting impression. If and when asked I recommend the Jewel all the way- and this is coming from someone with YEARS of customer service, let alone LIFE experience. whether it be an eat-in event or takeout - go with the jewel. You won t be disappointed.

Our wedding date is in August and with all that s happening I was worried we would have to change our date. After talking with Lisa I felt so much better. She was so understanding and listened she even offered to book me an alternative date just in case we can t get married this year. I can t wait to get married at the Jewel!! 5 stars for me for sure
