I stayed at one of their apartments for one year...and it was okay...till I handed in the keys and I moved out and I had questions about my security deposite...Sarah doesnt like being asked questions she will yell at you and hang up 2or 3 times and refuse to answer any questions and she wont redirect your call to barb or Mike...
state law says 14 to 30days for security deposit return...I'm totally aware of that and I'm more than okay with that...I just wanted to know if they found any issues or if the check was sent out because the forwarding address I left I wont be there I'll be on vacation and wanted a family member to pick up my mail...she wouldnt give me answer without loosing her mind...then I had questions about if the interest rate would it also be included with the check? or if that will be a separate?.but she refused to answer and hung up 2 to 3 times...so if you have questions dont ask Sarah...Mike and barb are super nice people it's a shame they hired someone with poor people skills and horrible attitude.

I went into business with a partner that has used WCOIL for many years. I was reluctant to use them since they charge quadruple what a competent competitor charges, however I agreed to half of the expense. After 3 months the partnership has not worked out. WCOIL, at the direction of my ex partner, hacked my personal email and had it forwarded to her. I'm a real estate broker so these emails contained all of my client's personal information. They were a nightmare my whole experience and I can't believe they helped aid in what I believe was criminal. BEWARE!!!
