I received a plant for my birthday from Veldkamp's. The plant was lovely but it quickly became apparent that there was a problem with the plant. I called and they replaced it. They brought me a different species of plant at my request, since I was concerned about the problems I had with the other plant. They really stand behind their stock and want the customer to be happy. I'll use them again in the future for flowers and plants. Thank you for standing behind what you sell. My parents who sent me the plant for my birthday, were really happy to hear this shop had good customer service. Thanks Veldkamp's!
